Pros

Customer service reps are very helpful. This is an easy yet detailed system. You can do so much with it, but it's efficient to navigate. The work order flow is very organized.

Cons

We haven't found an efficient way to sync with Outlook and our calendar to keep up with tasks all in one place. The training was long, and we didn't cover a lot of things I wish we would have.

It doesn't link to my phone or maybe it does? I haven't looked into it yet. I would be interested in having the tasks link to my phone.

The almost endless customisation options, you can easily change the look and feel to suit your business and processes.

Cons

The reporting. Effectively, you'll need to go and buy a separate product, ie. Canvas or one from a third party.

Pros

I like that it is simple to use and understand. Its functionality is excellent. It is easy to move around from one area to another.

Cons

I would like to be able to move my sales calls to another day with a click or two of my mouse. That way, the calls I want to make the next day or next week are already set up without have to create a whole new tear sheet.

Bullhorn provides the utmost ATS, we can easily keep a track of the candidates and the scrutinization becomes easy with the desired keywords set. The user interface of the software is also good. I highly recommend it for staffing and recruitment.

Sometimes the search of appropriate candidates isn't met.

Pros

The product is incredibly easy to pick up - stop spending time asking "How do I do this?" and spend more time using the Opportunity List View as your customized pipeline report. It adds process to the sales team without over-processing them.

Cons

With so many options in configuration, it took a lot of work for our team to get the system just right.

Pros

I've been using it for a long time. I love how easy it is and that there are always updates to make it better and better.

Cons

I don't have anything negative to say. I depend on it, so on the rare occasion that something goes wrong (we are on the beta version), it impacts my day. Support is always right on top of it though, so it's not too painful.

If you are in any other business besides recruiting...run. The overall design does not adapt well to other industries, more specially it IS NOT adequate for financial services.

Pros

The support staff are nice people who do what they can. Response times are quick, but they are generally just relaying info. Product has some cool features, if you can get them to work consistently and the user interface is neat and clean.

Cons

They do not have adequate resources. Responses are quick, but any new deployments, fixes, etc. take entirely too long!

Seems like a great product, but has issues. The previous reviewer couldn't be more right about there Customer Support. It takes forever to get anything fixed, even simple things that should just work right out of the box. We can't seem to understand why they limit the number of users that can call into their support as well. When it works, it's absolutely great, but if you ever have a problem, it will take a week to get if fixed.

Pros

Once you find a record, you can add quite a bit of information to it. It allows you to store many entries.

Cons

They lack customer service; they don't even have a phone number to call. It takes weeks for someone to get back to us. The system is sluggish. The search is impossible unless you know exactly how to spell the name you seeking.

Pros

I like how organized the interface is and that it's very easy to start using for someone who is a beginner. This was the first ATS I've ever used, and I felt comfortable utilizing it by myself within the first day of starting.

Cons

I think the user interface is slightly outdated looking. Also, the search functionality could be improved.

Great Email system (unlimited contacts monthly) and excellent platform for keeping up with contact points.

Cons

I do not like the database as much as I thought I would. I like to customize and fill multiple data points for my searches, and felt it did not do this as well as others. also, job posting to external sources was not great.
