Comments: Bullhorn provides a complete servicing platform for all stages of candidate recruiting. We are able to manage our client and candidate contact lists, our jobs, payroll, onboarding, and more. Aside from minor window control and UI quirks, Bullhorn has few flaws. With recent mergers, our company has experienced exponential growth during 2016. With that growth comes the challenge of integrating client and sales data, as well as candidate data. With Bullhorn, the integration was seamless. All of the data was easily uploaded into our established Bullhorn database and we experienced no downtime. As a Staffing Agency, our entire organization uses Bullhorn CRM. Bullhorn is our main recruiting tool allowing us to easily manage sales leads, candidate leads, and all levels of the staffing process. It effectively addresses the time issue; this tool saves us a great deal of time by organizing each of our processes in a general tab format.

Pros: Organization - The layout of the Bullhorn interface is simple. This makes training new users easy and makes working in bullhorn stress-free. Detail - Bullhorn allows us to enter and retrieve a great amount of detail within records. This allows for accurate reporting and follow-up. Customization - Bullhorn is very customizable. We can easily add components and fields to the interface within each function of the CRM.

Cons: User Interface - Though highly customizable, the windows and popups can be quirky. The sizes of windows for example can sometimes be to small for the data contained and require a great deal of scrolling to navigate through. Email Capability - Bullhorn would be better with a full service email suite which included all of the functions of MS Outlook for example. Data speed - We all want to work faster. Bullhorn can sometimes be a bit sluggish with the transmission of data.

Recommendations to other buyers: I would suggest making sure that the CRM software you select is highly customizable. We have realized a clear, positive benefit from Bullhorn's ability to integrate with other software. We have our background check vendor integrated within our CRM platform and by doing so have saved a great deal of time and money as a result.

Pros: 1. Full function for recruiting, keeps all information intact from parsing, screening, endorsment and placement.

2. It is great to use for multi tasking. Can open several jobs at once, can pull up multiple candidates

3. One great feature of this software would be their tear sheet. Can make a list private or public of candidates in certain location, skills or qualities that can be used for future references. You can also use this tear sheet to send multiple emails at once.

4. Bullhorn, gives you flexibility with integration. This also serves as accuracy in documentarion. If all tools are integrated, however you interact with a candidate thru phone, email or text all these will be put in on file automatically.

5. You can also open a job, and see similar jobs at the bottom of the page o look for other opportunities with the same end client

6. It also provides variety of ways to save a candidate. Either drag and drop, copy and paste or download the file. It also offers bullhorn accelerator. Where it can download profile straight from your job boards. If you want to save up with space in your drive.

Cons: 1. Though Bullhorn is a very useful tool, it is never perfect. It has latency every now and then and at some point misses to capture what you have saved.

Clunky, slow, terrible reporting. Does the job, but does so in a very inefficient way.

Pros: Navigation between candidates, companies, and applications

Relatively user-friendly interface

Note sharing and distribution listings easy

Cons: Reporting. Pulling a report with the exact same parameters multiple times produce reports with widely varying results. Even when parameters are set (e.g. exclude a field), parameters are not stuck to leading to inaccurate results. Will not operate correctly if there is too much data in the reports, so it cannot handle creating a single report with multiple months/years of data, meaning smaller reports have to be pulled separately and then pieced together manually.

Customer service - highlighting issues with the platform went nowhere. Identifying problems or issues elicited zero response from Bullhorn.

Performance - so so slow! Opening candidate profiles takes forever!

Overall: Its an ATS - it keeps the data we need, but it just does so really terribly.

Comments: Easy to get your teams up to date and configure.

Pros: If you are already using Bullhorn as the ATS, it is easy to get your users up to speed on the CRM as it is the same look and feel. The users are familiar with the features and easily able to navigate through the Leads and Opportunity process. The email tracking is great as it allows others to have the same information on the lead without having to speak to the lead owner. The opportunities component allows to track longer term prospects and projects that could come to fruition in the future. It is an easy way to track and keep up to date on task and activities that need to be done a future date and time.

Cons: It would be great if you could take a lead and convert into a Job instead of creating an opportunity and converting to a job. This is if you use within the staffing industry.

Pros: We use Sendouts by Bullhorn; it is a robust, relational database and has worked for us for the past few years. We like the ease of parsing, merging records, tracking of activities, layout of the "Dashboard" and as a new user, I found the ramp-up/learning curve short and user-friendly. We use it as a recruiting tool as well as a business development tool. The calendar feature is good and it, as well as email, integrates nicely with Outlook.

Cons: When I make an entry, where I think the database should be "smarter" it isn't and I find I have to do "double-entry." I'll give you an example. With candidates in a Job Order, I'll "advance" the candidate from a "match" status to an "Interview" status, enter the Interview information, (date, time, with whom, etc.) and yet I still have to then go and create an appointment and re-enter all the same information again there. I think the advance component should integrate with the appointment component.

Recommendations to other buyers: Ask a lot of questions and make sure you know what is most important to you and your users at your organization. Do your research, view a good number of demos. Try to project a few years out what your most common activities will be, what your most important needs are, and how the new software will (or will not) work with other programs that you use. Consider learning/ramp-up amount of time required, as well as any data migration abilities and costs. It's an important decision and you'll want to make the transition as smooth as possible so really dig in to understand the integration process with your prospective new software program.

Bullhorn has set the bar high for CRM - GREAT!

Comments: Bullhorn has been great to work with. The CRM is a CRM for people who want to develop, maintain, and manage relationships with clients and candidates. The Bullhorn staff is always coming up with new and innovative ideas. The company does not sit still. They are attempting to do more, integrate more, and combine the interesting reality of automation and personal relationships.

Pros: The features of Bullhorn are excellent. The fields that can be customized and arranged per the user, the way work flow is presented and managed. The search tools are great. The task list and tearsheets are helpful.

Cons: The only con I can think of is the mass email function. When recipients get an email from a mass email, it might have "bullhorn" in the "from" portion of the email. Not too big of a deal, especially if you don't send mass messages

Recommendations to other buyers: Evaluate it. Check it out. I believe you will find it exciting and find the company great to work with.

Pros: What I love most about Bullhorn is not only the easy interface but also their partnership with vendors. They have a marketplace that allows you find so many great tools to help your business and they all integrate with Bullhorn!

Cons: They have some things that are hard coded that I wish we could change. Also, they tend to tell customers about new features and give a date that it will be live but it usually takes longer than expected. For example, they said the new version would be rolled out in July and when I spoke to them about when we would be getting it they said it would be closer to December.

You've gotta use BullHorn!

Comments: I will not work for a staffing company unless they use BullHorn CRM!

Pros: You can tag everyone and everything. You can text (new feature we got) your candidate and it tracks it in the profile. You can set appointments, tasks, follow ups, copy your whole team. Tearsheets are instrumental in building your pipeline. I

Cons: It takes a little time to be able to fully use the robust application, but it can be the best recruiter if you use it the way you are supposed to. Take the time to learn and you will always be a step ahead of the competition.

Pros: Bullhorn allows us to manage our candidates, back office paperwork flow, and our sales activity all in one place. The system is very flexible, and easily customizable. Bullhorn integrates with all of our 3rd party software that we use, and it also integrates nicely with LinkedIn! The support team is unmatched.

Cons: Bullhorn Back Office has a slightly dated user interface, but that's really it. I'd like to be able to send automatic email notifications to candidates that we mark as Not Qualified for a job.

Not very intuitive but luckily customer service is accessible and knowledgeable

Pros: Real time updates so multiple team members can collaborate. Our team utilizes notes to keep everyone on the same page with processes and informational updates.

Cons: Reports feel clunky and difficult to analyze for metrics and kpi reporting. Difficult to print out reports that are in a readable format.

Overall: We are professional services marketing consulting firm and we use the software to create a database of consultants and clients. We track our on boarding process through to engagement start.

Pros: What I like most about the product is the functionality and ease of use. You don't have to be a technology pro to navigate through the system and the features are great. If I can name my top three features it would be having the ability to create and manage tasks, an easy and streamlined process of pulling reports to track my metrics, and the integration between several other tools I use for recruiting such as LinkedIn, CareebBuilder, etc.

Cons: Overall the prodcut is great, howevevr greater functionality on a mobile device would make it even better !

Pros: Once you get used to it, it's pretty easy to use. For better or worse it records all interaction with candidates so if a co-worker is unavailable you can go the candidate's profile and read through their email history.

Cons: I feel like there could be better functionality around adding information for sourcing candidates and managing multiple reach outs to a group of passive / unresponsive candidates.

Comments: My company is coming from no previous software experience so even having a program to organize candidates and search, email, make notes is huge for us. However, I feel like their introductory process could be tightened up.

Pros: Bullhorn is pretty easy to use once you get all of your information in it. The search function is an excellent resource and the customization per user makes it stand out.

Cons: The on-boarding process was pretty tedious. Once you commit and sign the contract, you have to spend tons of time doing training modules, taking quizzes, and doing scheduled calls before you can even start using it. Once you finish that, you're put on a 3 week time limit to upload any and all resumes. In our case, that wasn't enough time (we're a company that had no previous candidate software so we were dealing with paper resumes, imbedded resumes in emails, etc) for us and we're likely going to have to pay for another bulk upload down the road. Also, I think there are still a few kinks to be worked out in the software and to get ahold of a customer service rep takes a lot of effort-- even just for simple questions.

Pros: The versatility of Bullhorn as an ATS is unmatched. Given the time and skills of the your administrator this system can become nearly anything you need it to be.

Cons: The learning curve is steep. This isn't an out-of-the-box solution. There is onboarding training that's provided, but you will need to invest hours more of your time to learn the intricacies of setting up this platform optimally.

Would recommend to all agencies.

Pros: Covers all features necessary to run a recruitment business and rarely plays up, if at all. I would not look elsewhere at another platform.

Cons: I would like it to add a text message feature. And possibly bulk texting. Also the duplicate feature seems to miss quite a few applicants. And if an applicant applies for the same job more than one it doesn't pick up on that and merge the submission.

Comments: I really, truly love their customer support. They offer chat or phone and I have NEVER been disappointed.

Pros: Bullhorn is something I utilize daily and it is easy to use, customizable, and they offer the BEST customer service in the industry!

Cons: Bulk actions are not often allowed or able to be customized. This can impede processes, particularly after a recruiter has left the company.

Pros: Tracks email/calls to client contacts and candidates. Able to create career link that integrates with our company website. Dexter allows you to search in different online job boards etc. Allows us to stay organized.

Cons: Price wise it's more on the expensive side, sometimes it gets a little sluggish and sometimes the ranking doesn't make sense.

Pros: The look of the interface is nice, but never did get full use out of the whole system. Probably great for IT staffing, but did not work for a blue collar staffing agency.

Cons: Was not very customizable. Instead of having someone available to you to help with training, they wanted to have you pay thousands of dollars to have someone come out.

Pros: Bullhorn has done a lot of updated in the last several months. they have made their software easier to use and more visually appealing

Cons: There are still some issues with tracking. I will add dates in a contact and they won't show up on a client. Also, there is a 50/50 chance meetings show up correctly during reporting

Pros: The tool is well laid out and easy to use. There are a ton of features, even after 7 years of using Bullhorn, I still find that there are features I have not fully utilized.

Cons: The search capabilities within the tool are not the greatest and could use to be developed further in order to get the most out of Bullhorn.

Comments: Overall, this is a great software for a company that is going to manage a variety of clients. Has great reporting features and is very easy to use.

Pros: Very simple to use and it had a lot of customization. Easy to go through candidates and jobs, easy to make placements, just easy in general.

Cons: Does not have a payroll service so you will have to pair it with another software. They are always updating to new add-ons which is great, but there are still issues that we have had open for months without solution.

Comments: Nice UI

Pros: Bullhorn CRM is easy to use & efficient, it has multiple functions for searching & storing information as well as reporting data.

Cons: It has so many different functions that it's often easy to forget to utilize all of them, occasional glitches & outages - web based product so at times can time out/ slow.

Pros: Bullhorn is very user-friendly and has great features. Great customization options and integrates easily with other products. Customer service and support are great.

Cons: Timeouts while actively working in the system are inconvenient because all information is lost and has to be re-input.

We procured Bullhorn to centralize our ATS and CRM under one platform.

Pros: It is the best staffing tool in the industry. Great, fresh interface. Constant improvements rolling out each month.

Cons: Customer support. It is rare when a member of there customer service team can find the answer to problem other than a password reset or general functionality.

Pros: Easy to use. Like the lead feature and how easy it is to put leads in the system The new candidate search feature is much better then before

Cons: On ocassion the product is not responsive and slows down in the middle of something Also notice some issues with the edit feature

Pros: For 80+% of my work, it does exactly what I need. The core of it is well put together and easy to navigate.

Cons: There could be a lot more around customized features and reporting. We feel like there is a big gap on the reporting side and integration with other tools.

Pros: Easy of use and customization. Lots of options to customize your own experience to to your own liking.

Comments: Over Bullhorn is the best ATS I have used

Pros: The ATS is easy to use, has great tracking of candidates, and so helpful in following the candidate through the process.

Cons: Sometime the ATS is hard to search and pull back the best folks. We use tearsheets to keep things tracked

Pros: Bullhorn CRM makes it very easy to track all stages of the sales process. Entering clients and contacts is very easy

Pros: Easy to post on different platforms, easy to track email conversations, lots of information can be uploaded and tracked

Comments: For customers seeking a cradle to grave setup, look elsewhere. They could not even be bothered to provide a set of instructions on how to properly place a candidate.

Pros: They are very good at selling their product. They pretend to take the time to listen to your needs, even going as far as internally referring you to the correct parties to provide you with support. However this is all gimmick.

Cons: Once you sign the contract it becomes a very different story. The ┬┐trainers┬┐ are rude, go through things at a rapid pace and refer you to YouTube videos. They are not really an end to end solution and you will find that they do not care about working with smaller companies. They have no customer support-so you will find yourself in an endless loop of watching YouTube videos trying to figure out how the front office and back office work-and how to integrate that into your payroll and invoicing systems.

Pros: I like that the display is very modern and fairly intuitive. The mobile functionality is also very easy to view and edit on the go.

Cons: I wish there were more customization options. It is getting better, but still further to go. I also wish the training sessions were a bit more in depth with more content available to read up on and train as you go.

Cons: Add people can sometimes be a pain. When we people that apply through bullhorn they still dont show up in bullhorn and you have manually add them which takes time. Also if you dont use bullhorn for like 30min it logs you out.

Pros: This product is easy to use, easily customizable and has a great work flow! It's also easy to learn. It also can track all of your emails with outside leads, candidates and contacts! The support staff is great and are always there when help is needed. Their help site includes instructions and videos on how to use the system.

Cons: The most confusing thing about this product is their tracks, you can have multiple displays depending on what time of placement it is.

Recommendations to other buyers: Make sure you can easily customize the product for your use! Make sure the product can track the emails.

Comments: Overall, I think it's a good system. It simply requires too much set up time to navigate the issues I have with it. I wish it were a bit more intuitive.

Pros: This software allows me to keep track of my clients and my interactions with them. It makes it a lot easier than keeping up with paper notes. The new planning feature helps me plan my daily activities and keep up with my own schedule. These features ensure a written report at all times as well for any needed references.

Cons: Bullhorn is person to person based, while my company focuses more on companies rather than individuals. It often feels a little redundant, as you can have the same company as a prospect, as a client, and as a default contact with no ability to merge them. It's rather tedious having to set up categories and tear sheets.

Out of all the CRMs I have used in the past, this one is the most user friendly and adaptable.

Pros: The best quality is that you can adjust everything to your preferences. I have 5-7 favorite searches under each of my categories that is completely adjustable to my needs. You can do anything necessary to fit your individual needs.

Cons: The hardest part of the software is the updates. It takes a while to be fully 100% functional after each one. Particularly the search bar will not work until it is fully updated.

Comments: BH is great except for it has many glitches. When updating ant new information you must log out and log back in to see it. Also, I at least twice a day get the error message, "Illegal Operation" when it clearly is NOT. This makes me loose documentation and my team as well.

Pros: Organized and much of the information allows you to input it

Cons: Can not write specific "TITLES" for the NOTES sections. Must edit in the field mappings which makes us have about 50 drop down. Always get error messages. Must log out and log back in instead of refresh when you update new information.

Recommendations to other buyers: take advantage of your first introduction. Try to use the tool before you have the scheduled webinar so that you understand what they are going over. We did this prelim and didn't have a lot of questions but found that we needed help as we learned the software better.

overall it is a good recruitment tool that has excellent analytical tools

I find the actual search tools to be limiting and the customization and new features and very far and few between

I would definitely not recommend Bullhorn to a small or medium sized company as they need will be better served to go to a less expensive and more customization application

I would like to see more features added to the system to keep up with the times as many requests my organization makes do not get accommodated

look and feel is pretty solid on BH I just wish they improve it's guts and core recruitment functions

color coding would be a nice addition

too many problems exist with their parsing technology compared to others I have worked with

not being able to save your login info or not being able to access the site through certain browsers remains an issue even after knowing about these issues for years now

Comments: If you compare the product with some of its competitors Bullhorn is over priced. Their business model seems to be Enterprise accounts are far more important and of value. As a small business their lack of account management has been a massive challenge despite numerous complaints. We had numerous issues with S Release and trying to get an account manager to help resolve these issues was frustrating to say the least. However despite being over whelmed the support team are great.

Pros: support team are extremely helpful and pleasant

Cons: Price loads of bugs in the S Release lack of customer care

Recommendations to other buyers: Shop around there are other companies that provide the very similar functionality for fraction of the price.

Comments: I felt like the product served its purpose as a CRM and Applicant Tracking System. In saying that, I feel that the tool was extremely expensive compared to what you get. As I shop around for other tools, I am finding that there are tools at nearly half the cost and are much more flexible and customizable. They require one year contracts which is not standard practice in this space. They also said they would only provide one full backup of my information and if I needed another one at a later time they would charge. That seems extreme!

Cons: Not flexible as cannot change fields. They do not seem to keep up with technology.

Recommendations to other buyers: There are better and cheaper products on the market.

Overall: Overall functionality is good and BH is easy to use and navigate but many small details which makes a recruitment professional life easier have been over looked and or not addressed

Great reporting tracking features but would like to see more emphasis placed on recruitment functions and automation both on the Manager and Recruiting sides I.E When you make client submission in BH it will check off all resumes in the persons file which in some instances can leave you unchecking dozens and sometimes 100's of box unnecessarily and taking up lots of valuable time.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you want extensive reporting and use a candidate ownership model BH is probably for you and if not I would go with another product for customization and cost reasons more than anything

Pros: The best part of my ENTIRE customer experience with this company was onboarding. The staff was nice and walked me through everything that I needed to make sure I was up and running by the time period I needed.

Cons: After the onboarding process it was extremely difficult for me to reach anyone for assistance. I often felt like my emails were floating around in black space.

Recommendations to other buyers: Take your time during the onboarding process and get direct contact information. It is not a very user friendly platform. It does get the job done but it will take time to learn how to navigate.

Pros: The product is incredibly easy to pick up - stop spending time asking "How do I do this?" and spend more time using the Opportunity List View as your customized pipeline report. It adds process to the sales team without over-processing them.

Cons: With so many options in configuration, it took a lot of work for our team to get the system just right.

Recommendations to other buyers: Keep in mind that the system you see in the demo can be highly customized, so don't get hung up if things aren't in the right place or are not labeled exactly as you would label them. The idea of email tracking can be scary, but once you really think through the benefits and start using it, you will see that the shift in mindset of all emails being visible is not as challenging as you think. It actually benefits everyone in the team.

Pros: I like the functionality of Bullhorn. The ease of searching for a job requirement, to adding a note to a candidate to making a tear-sheet is very easy. I have used a competitor such as Avature and everyone that I know who has used Bullhorn prefers Bullhorn more. They fix bugs quickly too.

Cons: What I think could be changed as my least favorite thing about the product is that the bulk email feature is limited, and it is as not as easy to bulk update a candidate's record as it is compared to a competitor.

Recommendations to other buyers: It took me awhile to understand how everything worked. If the UI was a little bit more simple and required less steps, it would make the process easier. I would recommend others to be patient.

Comments: It is a great CRM product. The cons I have with it though are:

1) Limitations on 'report' structures - To get specific detail, we are unable to tailor ourselves and found that it costs extra to have one created for us

2) The new version only allows review of one tearsheet at a time. In previous versions, I have been able to review multiple tearsheets.

3) The refresh function closes a session and puts you back to the very beginning of a process. For example, while removing candidates from a tearsheet and refresh is hit, you are no longer where you let off. You have to find the tearsheet and sort again to specific criteria to be able to review.

4) It would be GREAT if the LinkedIn messages could sync with the candidate record. This function, to my knowledge, does not exists.

Pros: It had some in-depth choices to input information for each of your prospects. The fact that there was an integrated email system was pretty okay, even if it wasn't very powerful.

Cons: Bullhorn was always a bit difficult to get the hang of; the features are not intuitive and having multiple windows open at the same time is unheard of.

Good product for consultants.

Pros: Very easy to understand and use. The training was broken into reasonable times and the instructors did a great job.

Cons: There are some functions that would be worthwhile for my business but it is not yet available. Hopefully a beta test in the future will take care of that.

Recommendations to other buyers: Take the time to go through the information Webinars with the salespeople. You will see how easy and substantial the product is.

Comments: I use this softwear everyday to track dates and pay for consultants while I extend their contracts. Bullhorn is very straight forward and easy to use with a lot of options and customization.

Pros: I like that it keeps files secure and safe away from our internal database like a backup drive.

Cons: Not very integrative.

Recommendations to other buyers: It's a great softwear for any business that anyone can be taught to use.

Pros: Very intuitive web interface paired with strong mobile capabilities. Easy to import, input, and export critical contact details. Robust querying, sorting, and filtering tools. Powerful email features, as well as very good calendar/appointment features.

Cons: There are a lot of customization possibilities, which can be overwhelming.

Recommendations to other buyers: Consider the benefits of having CRM data available everywhere rather than relying on in-house systems, which are going to be vulnerable to data loss and hardware failures. Take the time to picture how your daily processes would benefit using a system like this.

Pros: Ease of access and administration of users is relatively easy to manage from the web. Navigation through the administration section is intuitive.

Cons: The flow of the work stream and lack of process is annoying. It's difficult to map to a current customer retention process.

Bullhorn CRM is very easy to use and it is really systematic.

Comments: It is good for recruiting agencies that want to have a systematic data storage and easy access to it.

Pros: Bullhorn is easy to use, data storing system is understandable and can get the information at one click.

Cons: Sometimes, data are not synchronized and there can be internal errors once in a while. It is difficult when system is not updated.

Comments: I have been using Bullhorn for about 6 weeks and I do not have any complaints, it works with the Virtual Interview software I have and it also works with my web page so it pretty much does almost everything I need for it to do.

Pros: Ease of use

Cons: Not sure of all the features yet

Comments: This product completely changed my recruiting experience. Ever since I've had S Release, I've become more productive, in a way that's measurable by an increase in placements.

Pros: Ease of use, UI, customer support.

Cons: I can't think of anything.

Pros: I liked that it was specific to the staffing industry- used staffing verbiage which made it simple to understand.

Cons: It was frustrating logging all my calls, emails and tasks. I felt that it was slowing down my high activity days.

Pros: Great onboarding and training plan. This was huge for us to be able to hit the ground running and build initial momentum.

Cons: Would have liked to have been able to reference the content post training as needed.

Comments: If you are in any other business besides recruiting...run. The overall design does not adapt well to other industries, more specially it IS NOT adequate for financial services.

Pros: The support staff are nice people who do what they can. Response times are quick, but they are generally just relaying info. Product has some cool features, if you can get them to work consistently and the user interface is neat and clean.

Cons: They do not have adequate resources. Responses are quick, but any new deployments, fixes, etc. take entirely too long!

Pros: Good overall product, does everything you would want in a recruitment ATS - useful features and good integrations with third party software and websites like broadbean and SEEK.

Cons: Far too expensive compared to competitor products with not much if any benefits over the completion. For example Bullhorn charges between per user depending on which package you select, Jobadder and Vincere from a usability perspective appear to be a superior product...unfortunately Bullhorn is just not worth the money.

Pros: The simplicity and ease of use. You can learn how to use Bullhorn in a couple of hours and learn how to use most of its functions!

Cons: It is a bit laggy when trying to open bigger company/candidate information. It might be in conjunction with our server's speeds, but it does bug out time to time and closes on itself.

Recommendations to other buyers: Just take a couple hours to really learn how to use Bullhorn, or have colleague guide you through. Should be relatively easy to get the hang of within a week of using it.

Pros: I definitely like the User interface the color combinations to be precise. Also the page loads quickly.Helps me to analyze the complete BIZ in a glance

Pros: The best feature personally is the email integration and mobile access.

Cons: The dashboards can be a bit more simplified. Too many charts and graphs for me with too many colors, aside from that personal preference the software is still readable and keeps things organized.

Recommendations to other buyers: Give the software a chance, definitely helps to boost productivity. Once you get the hang of the system you will be able to readily see your progress in numbers.
