Pros La instalación y manejo de la plataforma fue muy sencillo. Además poder hacer análisis con las gráficas a la mano ayuda a dar seguimiento en actividades con los colaboradores. The store has also been a huge addition for our team and allows us to give employees rewards including both physical items and things like time off, extended lunch, etc. which the team has really enjoyed. Pros Monthly high level reporting both for the company and individuals has proven very useful to understand how our team is doing. We've gotten actionable items from these to ensure our management team is taking care of our team members. Their support team is top notch! Any time we have had a question or need assistance they have been quick to assist in any way possible. Cons Spanish seems to be the default language and there are areas where things will drop back to Spanish even though our default language is marked as English. Las decisiones que logran mejorar son nuestras, pero se facilitan con Clarity. Pros Incluye una metodología ya establecida de diagnóstico y mejora continua. No requiere que uno invente la pólvora. Muy práctico, rápido y funcional. Cons No identifico nada serio, a decir verdad. En algún caso algún reporte fue algo complejo de interpretar, pero el servicio de soporte es increíble y te ayuda en todo lo que tiene que ver con funcionamiento e interpretación. Once you get the monthly reporting though, it's very enlightening to monitor staff satisfaction across a number of different areas. Pros I like the fact that it incentivises staff to use it because of the prize store. The staff get something back from it rather than just answering questions for the benefit of management. Cons There's no trigger to get staff to do the daily pulse. I tend to only do it once a week when I get the weekly survey, because it pops up at the end of the survey.
