Easy to use. This is like a workplace social media but with a reliable substance & positive impact!

Cons

There's really nothing I can think of as not likeable about this product. Maybe just maybe, some feedback or affirmations become corny or cheesy?

Overall the service is an affordable way to implement a peer to peer review program but as with any service of this type it take a lot of initial user buy-in or it just won't work to give the culture boost that you are needing.

Pros

The software is easy to implement for most companies, it has the ability to quickly and easily keep lists of your employees and their titles and roles in the organization. It is a fast and effective solution to quickly provide a platform for peer to peer and supervisor to peer reviews.

Cons

The character limit on how much detail you can leave is incredibly difficult to work within. These shouldn't be character limited and I think it would be nice to see if the person leaving you the feedback was on your team or from a different group.

Pros

Promotes a positive culture that lacks in todays employees.

Cons

I don't really have too many cons besides learning how to create surveys for feedback a little better.

Reason for choosing Tap My Back

I chose TMB because of the ease of set up and use. I wanted something that was easy o maintain and was easy for my staff to use and have fun.

### "Staff Recognition & Microsoft Teams Integration"

Pros

We use TapMyBack for a number of different things;- a monthly ENPS score for the company, gathering feedback from cross-department team members on certain activities and most importantly, recognising staff contribution based on the company values which we use as the measure for rewarding the employee of the month, which we find the best way as is completely unbiased and also gives all members a change to recognise others, not just limited to the team leaders/managers. The website is easy to use, but the integration to Microsoft Teams is absolutely perfect as we use Teams all the time so have TapMyBack right there available without having to think about checking in online.

Cons

Nothing too much to say here - it would be nice if the feature available on the mobile app where you can comment on a particular message could be made available online / on the Teams integration.

Good experience doing business with Tap my back, very responsive guys with a lovely tool to help us solve one of our issues in the company, the recognition among people.

Pros

It is a easy to use tool that foster collaboration, improve relationships in the entire company but most of all, recognizing the employees, with a global visibility, create a positive impact on the daily-work and on the people pride and engagement.

Cons

The mobile app is pretty basic and is missing notifications feature to let me know when interactions are happening.Integration with SSO is also difficult and in our case is also pending to solve with Microsoft Azure AD

Pros

It's very easy, but also fun to use Recognition in this APP and all our team can see it happening on the desired Slack channel. Plus, I love to use GIFs associated with praise

It could be more obvious to see a rewards catalog before starting the redemption process

The requirement for quick input, frequently on demand, is the main issue that Tap my Back attempts to solve. We can tap someone while they are moving, which is wonderful and makes it challenging for us to find an excuse not to provide feedback to a colleague.

Pros

There are many choices for sharing and distributing taps across many channels, and it is very easy to integrate into team dynamics and processes.

Cons

As a team leader, I suppose the largest disadvantage is that I am unable to determine how a team member qualifies themselves.

Cons

Through my profile I cannot go to the received taps, if I want to review them. GIFs are cropped and thus loose their meaning as they cannot be fully seen.
