The document control is very good, which gives confidence that the correct information is secure and available. Cons When getting team members to review new document versions, it would be helpful to have a 'nudge' function to ensure that documents are reviewed in a timely manner. Some of the processes within the software can be confusing, but, like myself, you're not a constant user. Therefore, it can be a steep learning curve. I find Greenlight Guru a useful platform, with room for improvement, particularly in the flexibility and usability of the Quality Processes module. Pros What I liked most about Greenlight Guru was its user-friendly interface and its ability to centralize and manage quality and regulatory documentation in a structured and efficient way. It also provided good visibility and traceability throughout the product lifecycle. Cons What I liked least is the Quality Processes module. Compared with the other modules, I find it much less intuitive and more difficult to use. In addition, the workflow is essentially the same for nonconformances, CAPAs, audits and customer feedback, whereas in practice each of these processes has a very different workflow, structure, and set of requirements. I believe this module could be significantly improved in terms of usability, flexibility, and process-specific workflows.
