Pros: WebPT has helped our clinic grow ten fold. They have been there to help every step of the way too. You great a great system and great support. They also have great deals in their marketplace.

Cons: There are a couple things in the SOAP notes that I would like changed, but otherwise no complaints.

We have been using web pt for about 2 years now and our experience has been wonderful with it.

Pros: I really like that this software is easy to use and have found it extremely easy to train staff. I also like that there are many places to put extra in house information if needed. The reports section has also been an extreme help to our company as the missed notes reports will pick up if any therapists have any outstanding notes. This helps us in our a/r . I also find the the appointment reminders to be of help as well. The fact that there are more than one place to put in authorizations is helpful to keeping track of auth.

Cons: Sometimes there are glitches in the system. It doesnt happen often but when it does the whole system freezes.

Overall: Ease of use for an EMR system.

Pros: The best thing I like about WebPT for our practice is that we can view/schedule/cancel appointments among our 4 locations.

Cons: I don't like the fact that the clerical staff cannot discharge a case when a patient is discharged. The therapist has to do it but most time our therapists don't discharge the old case and leave it open and then the patient will come back months later and the wrong case will be added to schedule and the note completed on the wrong case. This happens a lot at our practice.

WebPT makes our life easier.

Pros: This software is comprehensive and we can fully rely on it. The scheduling component is well done, you can use it fully as is or personalize it. They have email reminders for appts. The documentation part is thourough too. Again you can use as is or customize it. They build in things to keep you compliant. Then the charges carry over to a few different billing options for in house billing done right.

Cons: The price recently went up a bit and that is a bit frustrating. But still worth it! Customer service is a bit slower than it used to be but always that day.

Pros: The system makes scheduling and organizing a lot faster and easier. You can customize what you want your insurances to look like and easily lay out who is on the schedule provider wise for the day. The documentation is very thorough.

Cons: You have to go to a lot of different reports to get specific information. If you do want/need to talk to a person about a problem with WebPT sometimes you do have to wait a while on the phone if its a busy time for them. The documentation is so thorough that it takes my PT's a long time to do notes, which I get a lot of complaints about.

Comments: Overall it is a good product however I wish the referral reports were a little bit easier to use as well as I wish it was easier to use when transitioning from one Clinic to another clinic as far as scheduling patients in a multi Clinic specialty practice

Pros: It is reasonably comprehensive with regard to your notes presented to your Physicians and referring parties. It is also very easy to enter a building into your daily notes

Cons: The analytics reporting is getting better however it still lacks very specific reports on trends of referrals between different clinics if you have a multi cutting practice.

Pros: Ease of use and learning, customizable scheduling, Medicare reporting functions, Medicare 10 day note stops

Cons: lack of mobile platform - our therapists are always on the go and check schedules as well as note from phones and tablets, the website doesn't function well on a mobile device
lack of customizable reports
lack of POC reporting

Pros: Easy to implement software.
Great support for questions.
Intuitive flow to the EMR in a SOAP note format.
Awesome learning videos and informative blog / pod casts.
Have enjoyed several webinars as well!
Ascend conference that I attended was informative and inspirational.

Cons: I think the exercise flow sheet for the notes could be redesigned to show current HEP activities, and show better organization of exercises.

Pros: How easy it is to learn. I am more of a clinical practitioner and I have gotten quite comfortable in a short amount of time with the software.

Cons: Sterility of the graphics if I had to pick something at all. I really have no complaints. The graphics are the only thing I can think of.

Overall: I am able to do all of the things I would normally have to hire an entire staff for. I am extremely happy.

Comments: From a therapist prospective, it is easy to use but there are cons.

Pros: Therapists say it is easy to use. You may scan documents into the program for storage which is helpful. The ability to have a 'comment section' that therapist see when seeing a patient is nice. You can put a unique comment regarding the payer here such as X insurance does not allow X treatment

Cons: Reports are pitiful. We have to do so much manual work to see what we need to see. Also compliance is very lacking. For example, some insurance contracts allow us to bill the 8 minute rule by unique cpt code per CPT rules (not Medicare/Federal programs which have more restrictive rules with total time Trump). For these commercial contracts if a provider does 12 minutes of 97140, 12 minutes of 97110 and 12 minutes of 97112 we can bill 3 units even through the total time is only 36 minutes. (Please take a Gwenda seminar for all the documentation to show in certain circumstances where this is allowed for non-Medicare non-Federal payers). In order to handle this scenario in WebPT, you must shut off all over-site. If you shut off all over-site, things get crazy. For example, if a therapist accidently logs 30 units instead of 30 minutes, WebPT will now not notify you. The only way to proof before billing to see how many minutes is assigned to each cpt code is to open each an every note and look. There is NO REPORT or billing log that will tell you how many minutes are assigned to each cpt code. That is why I spend 8 hours every two weeks opening each and every note for specific payers to see if units are assigned correctly. I commonly find 22 minutes of 97140 where the therapist assigned 2 units to this. This is overbilling and I have to manually open each note to catch it. Other major software out there can easily handle this scenario. Also, the system will not give cancel/no show rates per each unique provider. We have to manually do this. Also, we can run a great report for Medicare but not for any other payers. For example our state has a unique requirement for rehab agencies in which we have to do recerts more frequently than required by Medicare. We can run a report for Medicare to help track when they are due, but there is not the option to run this same report for other payers in addition to Medicare. It's very frustrating that our info is in there but we can't report on it. In retrospect we wish we would have went with Clinicient, BMS or something else.

Comments: We love this system and rarely have problems with it. The money is worth the system. The clinical is hard for new therapists to learn but once they get used to the system it is fast and easy.

Pros: This system ensures compliance, has an easy to use scheduler. The ability to fax through the system and upload documents to charts using quick scan is amazing. The reporting is new and improved and very helpful.

Cons: There are system outages and slow downs after updates (not frequently), Its hard to switch between licenses, When the internet is lost clinical notes can be partially or mostly deleted/lost.

Comments: It is appreciated when customer service reaches out to enhance our WebPT experience. It would improve the continued relationship with WebPT if a customer care/service person is designated for a clinic and can help walk each clinic through any and all particular nuance of WebPT.

Pros: For the most part easy to navigate though documentation. Once you have used WebPT for a few months you can develop an efficient system for effective notes. Thus allowing for customization for your specific needs via Smart Text. WebPT allows for detailed documentation which is so important in this day and age. In addition WebPT is follows Medicare guidelines having reminders in place for PRs, etc. Customer service has been good.

Cons: Difficulty in use of the flowsheet as point and click requires quite a bit of scrolling to get to the exercises desired. Developing own exercise flow sheet takes time. Smart texts are not pre-loaded which also takes time to develop own smart text system. Compatibility with Apple systems was limited when we first started with WebPT.

Pros: it's easy to use and help save lots of time. We can also fax document to physician from the software

Cons: WebPT gave me the quote and changed the price without notice . Howeve, the price they charged was different as the new rate they sent to me . Even though they adjusted the price for the next month, they charged me even higher for the following month, DOUBLE the rate for one full time and one part time providers. They are dishonest at all.

Comments: With the new price increase I'm unsure if WebPT is still worth the money.

Pros: I love that WebPT has a lot of features integrated into the system and that it takes me a fraction of the time to write notes than it did when I had to write them by hand at a previous clinic.

Cons: WebPT has outdated tests for SLPs, I've had clients who were unable to access their records through the system, and I've had other clinics who didn't receive full Taxes from the system.

Pros: I like that WebPT has informative blogs available and good customer service. It's easy to access patient records and choose exactly what you need to print.

Cons: The faxing mechanism could be improved. The report menu should offer more choices. Also, the insurance entry should have more than (2) insurances that migrate to Kareo. Sometimes we have patients with (3) insurances due to liability or other instances.

Overall: Good focus on billing clean claims.

Comments: They seem to be one of the more affordable systems. Most users that I have spoken with really liked it, so I may be the exception.

Pros: customer service is out of this world. they reply right away, and bend over backward to please you.

Cons: the problem is when they can't help you. They several of our documents over the course of a couple of years. No problem, we re-wrote them (not the best solution). The bad hit the proverbial fan when they lost an entire chart. It was pretty difficult to recreate that from memory. They checked their backup systems and said the documents never existed. What is even more telling is that it was the same chart that they had helped us with the week before, when they moved a document for us.

Comments: Web pt is a well constructed piece of software. It is very user friendly, and it can handle all of your EMR, scheduling and billing needs to run a successful therapy rehab facility. Pros: Easy to lean and use. Support staff are very knowledgeable of software program and its web based for ease to finish charting.

Cons: It can be a little expensive if you have a lot of staff employed, but other then that I love Web PT!

Pros: We did a lot of research prior to switching over to a web based program and WebPT came highly recommended. As a PT it makes my documents fast and easy. They are constantly keeping up-to- date with Medicare/Medicaid requirements and other documenting needs. The average daily note takes 2-3 minutes to complete which is very nice!

Cons: Being a web based program on occasion their server can go down which means we can not document or schedule patients.

Comments: They are a great company overall and listen to our concerns and try to make changes to make everyone happy. Its kind of like being a parent with 30000 kids. We are needy and all want different things for our clinic. :)

Cons: I do not like that two people can be in a chart at the same time and that there is no wait list. The scheduler is not very user friendly to set up templates.

Comments: Overall, this is one of the better documentation software available. It has been around for a while and they seem to know what a PT and its office would need.

Pros: 1. It is user friendly 2. It has many levels to it such as scheduling, and billing 3. It double checks all documents which helps especially with certain insurances 4. Options for patient to get reminders and paperwork via the web or text

Cons: It is expensive. Each item such as scheduling and billing is separate and each user is a separate cost as well.

Pros: It's user-friendly. It's' easy to teach/train. Key features being added helps overall.

Cons: It lags, not as fast and clean as far as transitions within the software. Need a lot of more tools, some features should be free, exa outcomes.

Pros: I like that WebPT integrates with our billing software Kareo. The setup was easy when we did the integration.

Cons: The one thing I dislike in WebPt is that every time to want to move around the screen and go somewhere else in a patients chart it has a pop-up asking if you want to leave the page. So annoying!

Comments: I accepted and signed The price they quoted me before onboarding. Now that I already am onboard and spent/ invested so many hours learning the system, etc, they claim that there's something wrong and that they have to increase my monthly rate! It's infuriating. I WASN'T the one that made the mistake! It's them. I feel like they lied to me to get my business!!!!! and when you're with them, they probably feel like they can just increase your price!!!!

Pros: Accepting the fact that there's not a lot of good EMR SYSTEM for outpatients, this one is ok. Easy to understand.

Pros: Enough positive that we've used it since 2012. We have seen several good updates, but as with all updates they change other things in the program. They seem to have amateur IT staff.

Cons: Sold their product in Hawaii without support available. Promised they would never again schedule down time during Hawaii clinics hours. Then they did it again

Pros: Availability of outcome forms, large selection of tests and measurements to select from, and a fairly quick and easy method for selecting proper ICD-10 codes.

Cons: Would like to see a discharge form that is less complex that can be easily and quickly read and understood by the physicians that we send it to. Physicians receiving the WebPT EMR D/C are not necessarily familiar with the WebPT format, and have occasional difficulty with determining the patient's status

Overall: Compliance with documentation requirements

Pros: It is very intuitive. Easy to learn and access information. SOAP notes are very quick and efficient. Customer service has been prompt and helpful.

Cons: The HEP program is clunky and difficult to use. We work around it by scanning in paper copies of TEs.

Overall: Easy and efficient documentation cutting down on documentation time. Easy process to enter charges in daily notes. Easy access to notes spanning different office locations which is convenient for therapists working in multiple locations.

Pros: It is extremely user friendly. Everything I need to use is easily accessible or in a logical spot. With the new update I also like the addition of the blue i's for short cuts to useful information. I use this program at least 8 hours a day and sometimes even 12 hours. If a program isn't user friendly it effects my entire job and therefore patient interaction. With WebPT it makes patient interaction timely, and therefore impresses patients, and makes them trust that we know how to help them.

Cons: If I would have to answer this question, the only thing I can think of is that when I need to call tech support it is usually due to wrong visit counts or used authorized visits. This is extremely important so that I can keep the patient informed if we are running out of insurance visits, and authorized visits ensures we get paid for our services. We have a very caring staff, but we can't give away all our services for free or we won't make it as an office.

Overall: An all inclusive program that is user friendly and allows me to do my job in a timely yet professional manner.

Comments: After transitioning over to WebPT, we ended up having to go back to Quickbooks. We are now using Clinic Source and it is amazing for ST. We are now very happy after the past 4 months of chaos.

Pros: Representative on Onboarding and on Therabill support are the stars of the team. There is not anything else positive to report

Cons: There is no versatility. Once something is entered there is no way to go back and change it; It requires the purchase of 2 programs to make it work both WebPT and Therabill; The cost is high and there is no coordination between the two programs. WebPT knows nothing about Therabill and vice versa. WebPT just bought out Therabill and they don't know how to run it, it was down for 2 days; They have poor customer service often taking a week or more to respond with help. Overall this program has been an absolute disaster for our company.

I started using WebPT when I started my private ST/OT practice. I needed a Medicare compliant EHR.

Pros: The ease of entering all the info through the patients account and the reports that WebPT generates.

Overall: WebPT has opened our eyes to lots of policies and procedures we might not always know about without them requiring them to be done. They customer service is always soooooo nice, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Pros: Fantastic web based platform for documentation--easy access from anywhere! Easy to navigate and customize to make your documentation faster while still keeping it compliant.

Cons: The only thing I wish could be a bit better is the flow sheets that are used for tracking exercises and minutes spent on each activity. They are a bit more time consuming overall compared to the actual SOAP note itself but at least give you a great platform for being descriptive and compliant.

Overall: I have been using WebPT for just shy of 1 year now and I honeslty couldn't be more impressed with this platform! Not only does it provide you with a fantastic web based documentation system but the Marketplace will also provide you with a way to purchase awesome rehab equipment and supplies at a great discount compared to other avenues of purchasing! I've had great experiences with the company as far as customer service goes too! There is always a very prompt response to any of my questions or concerns and I feel like there is always someone at the corporate office for WebPT that has my back! A truly great platform for any physical therapy clinic!

I was sold on the product by Webpt support stating that I would be able to generate superbills and submit claims to officially but then once I signed up there was no such thing. I had to purchase more options to do that when initially they told me I could with the package I had gone with

Pros: Honestly, can't think of one. I know some PTAs liked it because the ease or recreating a note, but every software has that now

Cons: It is not Chiro friendly. The told me it was but once going through it was just all typing and make my macros. Long process or initial notes and daily notes

Recommendations to other buyers: Chiros should stick with a Chiro software. Due to having a Pt within the practice, she wanted webpt so I was forced to use it but then she wasn't using the program at all and went back to paper notes

Comments: Overall the software is decent. I feel there are some areas they could improve, but based on the availability of other software (specific to rehabilitation) this is the best option for the price with no contract and unlimited free upgrades.

Pros: They have awesome customer service! They keep their software up to date and are constantly making changes to improving their system. They have awesome provider & biller education articles, keeping me up to date with current industry requirements.

Cons: WebPT's system takes forever to save, especially when doing documentation. Because you have to save any time you do anything it makes simple tasks take longer than necessary. A quick autosave feature would be nice. WebPT's system could be more user friendly. With data entry you're constantly clicking having to switch from keyboard to mouse several times. It would be nice if they had keyboard shortcuts (ie 'alt' 'tab'). A lot of the improvements that could be made in WebPT are small things, but things that would make it using the software more efficient.

Recommendations to other buyers: DO NOT USE THEIR BILLING SOFTWARE! The billing software (Therabill) that WebPT is contracted with is horrible and not user friendly. It lacks the ability to do basic functions any billing software should. Our previous billing software (from 2004) had more & better features then their current software, and it doesn't look like Therabill will be changing any time soon. Not to mention a lot of information doesn't even transfer from WebPT to Therabill, making double the work.

It's nice to see software companies reach out to their subscribers for information in making their product better - (after all, we are the ones using it and can usually provide great feedback for improvements).

Cons: Would like to see more options for the agenda and reports; more sort/filter options

Recommendations to other buyers: Suggest others find out exactly what they need from the software.... the list of needs / wants, etc. and go from there. Not all software is created the same so do your homework before jumping in.

When hospital systems were paying for poorly designed software systems with 1980's style templates that played well on the back-end with their existing systems, WebPT was constantly improving their interface to make the least important part of a clinician's jobless aggravating and faster.

Pros: The drop down, fully customizable GUI.

Cons: They failed to create an intuitive interface that learned from a therapist's interaction. Maybe I am expecting too much, but repetitiousness is inherent in patient care. That being said, the primary deficit I noticed over the years is that a goal template is lacking. I include 10-15 goals in each of my evaluations for a reason. I still have to select each goal via a slow, step-by-step process. Their billing service also gets a negative because they charge a percentage to process cash pay patients. Which means you are getting charged for service on an account that they are doing nothing with. This may not seem like a lot at first but ends up costing a clinic a great deal of money.

Recommendations to other buyers: The best software I have used for outpatient PT. It will improve when they add voice recognition capability.

Comments: This software is straightforward and easy-to-use. The only concerns I have had with the product include that not all of the functions work properly on a tablet. I do home care, so tablet use is essential. Also, most of the assessments that I use are not listed in WebPT's database, requiring me to upload the information myself, which is not a problem, until it maxes out at 3 additional assessments. Other than those minor details, I have had a successful experience with WebPT.

Pros: Web-based, quality support.

Cons: Not all functions available from tablet, limited assessments.

Pros: It incorporates regulations such as PQRS, etc.

Cons: It takes waa ay yy toooooo long to document anything. Too many tabs. A lot of redundancy. Not very voice to text compatible.

Overall: WebPT is great because there is no need to purchase software, etc. WebPT is VERY labor intensive compared to other PT documentation systems. The upside is that you can count on WebPT to implement requirements into the software to help ensure compliance with Medicare, etc. I have considered leaving WebPT because it is so very time consuming to use as a documentation system. I wish it were more voice to text friendly with fewer tabs.

Recommendations to other buyers: It would be great if a clinician could personalize templates for documentation that would still be sure to include the required segments.

Hi Ellen, Thank you for taking the time to review us on Capterra. You mentioned wanting the ability to personalize templates, and I wanted to make sure you're familiar with the ability to create customizable templates within WebPT. The user guide for creating those custom eval profiles can be found here: https://community.webpt.com/education/user-guides/customized-initial-exam-user-guide/. I hope this helps you document faster! If you have other questions/concerns, don't hesitate to reach out to me at emily.ely@webpt.com. Thanks, Emily

Comments: As a Speech-Language Pathologist, I find that WebPT is certainly geared towards PT, however, I have still enjoyed it as a system overall. I especially love how it links to Therabill, making billing a very easy experience. I find that there is a superfluous amount of information on each page that cannot be deleted or modified to personalize it, but if you can skip through that it is a good system.

Pros: The tech support is UNBELIEVABLE. Honestly, the support is the best I've ever received from any company. Ever. In my whole life.

Cons: I don't like how you can't gear the page more towards your discipline and I don't enjoy the incredible amount of unnecessary information that is present on each page.

Recommendations to other buyers: Do your research as an SLP when shopping for EMR systems to decide if this fits your needs, however, I am overall happy with my choice and don't plan on switching.

Comments: I scheduled a free demonstration for 9:00 am today and was told that I would receive a call from the presenter. Received a confirmation email this morning just prior to 9:00 but no phone call. At 9:30 I more closely read the confirmation email which had instructions for me to call in and enter a meeting access code. I called customer service informing them of my confusion and to request another appointment. I was told that the presenter tried to call me but there was not answer. I explained that the confirmation email instructed me to call into the meeting and so I asked whether or not I need to call in or will I receive a call. The customer service person insisted that I will not need to call in but that the presenter will call me. So I agreed to a rescheduled presentation for tomorrow. Soon after I received a new email confirming my rescheduled appointment and once again given instructions to call in and provide an access code. I again called and spoke to the same woman and read her the new email I had just received but again she insisted that I would be called. By then I received an email response from the presenter who I messaged regarding the missed appointment and he wrote that he sent me the confirmation email at 9:00 but did not call until 10 minutes later (which I did not receive). By that time I told the woman to just cancel the appointment and that I would go with another EMR company. Very disappointing lack of customer service and questionable honesty. Not the kind of people I want to do business with.

Hi Dan, I'm sorry that we've had such trouble connecting! I spoke with both the sales rep who scheduled your demo as well as the customer service rep you mentioned. It sounds like there may have been a miscommunication on how the demo process works. We would love the chance to make this up to you, if you are still interested. Feel free to email me at emily.ely@webpt.com, and I will personally work to set this demo up for you. Again, my apologies. We truly strive to give our customers (and prospective users!) the best customer service. I hope to hear from you soon. Best, Emily

Comments: The good: the appearance is clean and the interface is functional. The fields with diagnosis, code, and other history are quite thorough. People other than rehab receive printed notes that are clear and easy to read. This professional appearance can be critical, for example, if Medicare or private insurance requests to manually review the notes to determine the appropriateness of therapy. The ICD-10 code finder for the evaluations is very helpful. The billing reports are particularly useful with ICD-10 codes visible and details of each code available when the user hovers over the codes with the mouse. The automatically generated daily notes and plan of care for evaluations are a real time-saver. The caveats: the cost-effectiveness of the software is inversely proportional to the volume of the clinic. For a small, solo practice the add-ons of billing, faxing and quality reporting are too steep. As for PQRS, well, the joke is not on me because I decided that the cost of the reporting feature would be more than any penalties I might incur by not participating. For the daily notes: the goals are pulled into every note and that can be cumbersome. The flowsheet is the weak point of the software: it is cumbersome, generating a separate flowsheet for each session instead of making a cumulative chart.

Pros: The professional appearance. There is absolutely nothing wrong with an old-fashioned typed SOAP note and a hand-filled flowsheet, but I believe that a reviewer with a limited science or health background is more likely to feel that the therapist is professional and appropriate if the notes look modern.

Cons: The flowsheet is the least functional aspect of the software.

Recommendations to other buyers: Consider your bottom line before spending on all the bells and whistles on this otherwise great product. I found I did better taking a course in coding and doing my own billing. Ditto for faxing. Use of the flowsheet is confusing and time-consuming. The user is better off free-texting interventions.

Comments: WebPT has been a good software. It is missing some reporting tools and capabilities that seem like they should be obvious.

Comments: I did the demo of several top EMR and billing software. After looking all at all the pluses and minuses: the WebPT was on the top of my list for acquiring the software for my practice.

Pros: Simple to use, user friendly, good support system from WebPT and cost of using the services and WebPT is reasonable relative to other software product and services out in the market.

Cons: There is no dictation but I have no plan to use it at this time as is. However, WebPT are always looking to see what their clients' needs are and ready to update as soon as they are able to. I appreciate that. Also there is no Credentialing/Contracting with Payers services available and would like to see WebPT offer that in the future. Marketing is okay, I think their competition may have more to offer.

Recommendations to other buyers: WebPT is PT Focused and no other profession. Would recommend it to other PTs who are starting or have their own practice.

Comments: I work in a private-practice facility with a specialty in vestibular rehab. I find that the documentation is not helpful for this specific population. For example, for oculomotor testing, there are not comment spaces after each test. More information is needed when assessing gaze holding nystagmus besides "abnormal, normal or not tested". I tend to write out all my testing in one of the comment sections.

Pros: I like being able to add different profiles. I like the articles that are sent.

Cons: It works great for orthopedics but is less helpful for specific populations such as vestibular or neuro.

Recommendations to other buyers: Great for treatment of orthopedics.

Comments: I have been using webPT over 3 years and am overall happy with the product. I am able to do my notes quickly but thoroughly everyday.

Pros: Easy of scheduling, entering patients and doing notes. Prevents errors with FLR reporting with Medicare patients. Able to track patients with lost patient logs.

Cons: Not able to separate out PTA statistics, all the numbers are done by who co-signs the document not the actual treating therapist. There is no way to pull stats on specific billing done by therapists or to separate billing by insurance. When faxing notes the referring physicians self populates in the "fax to" line; it would be very helpful to be able to add other contacts to self populate (ie: case managers) so the appropriate people are always getting the notes.

Comments: For anyone looking for a Physical Therapy Documentation software, WebPT is a good option. I am still not convinced it is the best on the market for web based software, so I am still looking for better.

Pros: Keeps you compliant, built in document faxing, scheduler is designed well, web-based to work from anywhere.

Cons: Too much scrolling and clicking. Still takes about 30 minutes to actually type up an eval from start to finish; Fowsheets are not built into daily notes, adding yet another window you have to have open while treating; Flowsheets are difficult to use in timely fashion; Development team Not very welcoming to new ideas for improving efficiency; Customer service leaves me stuck on the phone for over 30-45 minutes every time we have an issue (which interferes with treatment time); Customer service reps admit there are flaws in the Physician referral/script/authorization design, but development team is not willing to help fix; This system overall is designed to prevent Autonomy. You CANNOT enter a patient into the system without a "referring physician," which limits your ability to properly document for direct access clients. The system FORCES you to pick a specific ONSET Month/Day and year or you can't finalize an eval (which we know most patients don't now an exact day) and your onset date cannot be more than 1 year (which prevents you from accurately documenting chronic pain onsets and old injuries that have been put off for some time.

Recommendations to other buyers: I would recommend looking around for other software before making WebPT your first choice. It is a good system, and will get the job done, but it has a lot of flaws we deal with on a daily basis.

Comments: It delivers as promised with regard to medical records and scheduling but falls short with its reports. I do a lot of our marketing and it is very difficult with multiple clinics to identify specific referral sources and trends. It is also very difficult to find productivity reports across call clinics separately. If you have one clinic and no ptas than this product will perform very well for you. If you have PTAs and multiple clinics, it is very difficult to obtain reports that are meaningful.

Pros: Simple to schedule patients

Cons: The lack of reporting of statistics and referral patterns

Recommendations to other buyers: If you have a singlw cliniic with no PTAs then this is a good product. If you have multiple clinics and a lot of PTAs then this will not be very good with regard to identifying trends amongst your workers and amongst your referral sources
