In this short time it has improved efficiency of the admissions process and document collection. It has allowed a real time view of admissions activity and provides information that allows for data driven decisions. It helped us to wrap our current recruitment cycle a month early. Which allowed time for families and staff to prepared for the start of class. Previously, MYC used a series of spreadsheets that led to duplicate work and were error prone. Cons For us the Calendar and Appointment function never worked.
