I can now do my expenses quickly and feel secure that if there's a mistake, the platform will notify me or my manager will share that with me. Pros It is user-friendly, easy to use, and very clear on how to process all expenses. The notification system is also good at relaying if the expense was completed or needs to be reviewed. Cons When do for return transports with multiple locations, you need to use the same space as there are only two cells. It's super easy to take a photo, upload and discard the paper receipt. No need to print off electronic receipts. It's simple process to submit to Webexpenses from a variety of digital platforms. It's equally simple to use Webexpenses on a mobile phone as a laptop. Confidence in my expenses claim being standardised. Happy in the knowledge that it won't be rejected. Cons The receipt library on the app is a little complicated. I find the receipts difficult to retrieve and the thumbnails are difficult to see. Many functions that make is fast and simple to submit claims e.g. distance, return travel etc. It was my first experience of using any expense claim platforms and I was surprised how convenient it is.
