This is a great option for a small company. Besides that the price of Recruitee is very competative. For the HR team this tool worked great, the UI is nice and fast and we didn't stumble upon any problems or bugs. Pros User interface, usability, nice email features, easy to navigate and configure with other tools, ex. calendar Cons As a client, you have to choose a package which contains a limited number of your job advertisements. It could not be a problem, but when we have two office locations, we have to make two advertisements which use our limit of ads. It could be avoided by just adding a special feature. Recruitee cut down on hiring time along with us to better screen candidates and get the adverts out quicker. It helped track the hiring flow making for smoother interviews and follow-ups. As a startup you have limited resources for hiring and you want to spend the most time talking to customers and improving your product. Because we used Recruitee we were able to very effectively get our team together, and focus on growing the business again. Setting things up was easy and the build in email and calendar functionality makes recruiting a breeze. Additionally the API has the benefit that we can experiment with lots of different things since integration is relatively easy and not crazy expensive. Their subscriptions are great value for money compared with other providers, and the user interface is streets ahead when it comes to clarity and ease of use. It can do with some more advanced scoring and reporting features, but they are actively improving the product with a transparent development plan - and the customer support is excellent. There are comment fields, action points and tasks, notifications if needed. Its simple to use. Cons I would like to have instant reporting (to excel) by criteria I choose. I'm looking forward to the re-release of mobile app. Also slightly weak on candidate scorecards - but for what you gain elsewhere, this is terrific. We recently decided to double our team from 4 to 8 members. We first tried to promote the vacancies ourself, however we needed to pay a high price for promotion on websites. On free websites we lost our account details, or needed to use their tool in order to reply. Recruitee has helped us to find people fast and efficient. With the use of Recruitee we had everything on one platform. We could see where the replies came from, and all the information about a person was stored in a profile. Really helpful tool for us!
