Pros: I love the fact I get a custom URL to send my clients to. The tight integration with Google calendar is a huge time saver. The reviews tool is awesome because they encourage reviews after a meeting and give me a dedicated page for reviews SimplyBook.me also maintains an exportable database of client contact info (which has been a lifesaver on more than one occasion).

Cons: The software has so many features, it can be a little daunting to find what you need in the admin panel. For the most part, I've figured it out. I look forward seeing new themes made available. I would love to see integration with a reliable and cost-effective (or free) web conferencing tool or screen sharing client support tool.

Overall: SimplyBook.me allows me to manage my client appointments with ease. I keep regular 'visiting hours' open for clients, and as long as they book 24 hours in advance, I can plan my day around the times booked.

Pros: The Software is Simple, easy to setup and use; especially for beginners like myself. I tested it and it accurate and gives reminder emails as well.

Cons: Don't want the sound ungrateful, but The free version is a month to month renewal in which I do not use to. I've tried tons of free software and never had one that I had the renew on a month to month basis. I only hope that changes soon.

Pros: Easy to use and understandable. You get all the time to practice and to become familiar with the software before you purchase anything. Very accessible for low skilled user with regards tot computers.

Cons: Buying custome features is not that easy. You would expect a synoptic manner to purchase your custome features, but thats the only thing thats mot really awsome.

Overall: I can now organise my business in a proper way.

Simple, Reader friendly, Cheap, and Staff courtesy and efficient with any problems or questions

Pros: What I like about the software is that you can print to an excel document/or PDF
A requirement of my program is to show graphs and attendance, your software does that automatically and the graphs are clear, color coded and easy to read.
This software is improving every year, with add ons and custom features, Always seeking ways to simplify the software to accommodate clients like myself.
The software is not time consuming and has been benefit towards my own program

Cons: One least con: is payment method. I use this software for my program as stated, I have to ask my boss to use his credit card for the business .
Suggest if possible to be directly invoiced each time wanting to make a payment. like a subscription or text messages added on.

Overall: Printing out or having the opportunity to do so
Graphs and scales color coded
Simpy to use and cheaper, the text messages/emails are sent to remind the person of their lesson
Cost Effective, I have searched other software and yours is the cheapest and the most reliable

Very easy to use and get set up quickly. Love the reminders and ease of client use.

Pros: Easy to use. Clients can easily book their sessions and receive reminders. I like that I can create different schedules and special days for mini sessions easily.

Cons: As I don't book a ton and it doesn't allow for many customization options that I would like.

The site is simple to set up and you can instantly take bookings and love the Book Now link

Pros: you can easily modify schedules and specific days and make modifications to services. If you're running a one day promo it is so easy to set up and customize to a specific technician and day.
Having reminders for both the service provider and clients is a great feature and setting the time of the reminder also helps as it eliminates those last minute cancellations.
Sending an automated link to clients after their service to complete a review is one of the better features ! It eliminates having to remember to follow up when your schedule is busy and it completes the service. These reviews can also be used to further promote your business. Seeing the calendar in different views whether by tech per week day or month allows you to see company performance easily and also compare to other months and previous year I am one of the Franchises and we have over 40 now locates across Canada and now overseas. Many of our other Franchises were looking for a simple online booking system and I've told them about your site. It would be nice to see all of Tan on the Run use this site to streamline our bookings.

Cons: there is not much negative to say about the software. initially when you set up you get to try all features but when it's new and you're not getting a lot of traffic at first it's hard to try them all so i would only suggest that maybe after 6 months when a client sets up and has really understood and had time to really try out the software to offer this later as well. I understand as a business it might not be possible but I think I would have been more inclined to get a couple extra features to see what works.
I did try the promotion feature and found it really difficult to manoeuvre and after several failed attempts and trials gave up. It was very limiting for the discount unless you've changed this. I liked that you could select specific clients to send to but other than that it didn't work for me.
Also trying to add a service from mobile doesn't work. I couldn't get the whole screen to hit `save.

Pros: From a user point-of-view, it is SUPER easy to use. It is both visual (as I configured each service provider to have a photo) as well as intuitive.
Something to consider is a theatre style booking, the kind they do for movies.

Cons: Some features are hard to find but with such an efficient help desk who answer questions in real time it makes the whole process very easy to use.
I would like to see you develop a theatre-style / movie booking template where users can choose a seat number and not a time. Administrators will then be able to configure their theatre space by number of rows and number of seats per row and your system will draw up a "plan" instead of the timetable schedule that you have now.

Overall: It automated a process in my school that would normally have been done manually. And since this is an online booking system, it takes out the human factor of parents coming to complain that they did not get an appropriate booking slot.

Pros: making payments to paypal recurring is only pro. I also have issue with minimum characters in this field.

Cons: colors not easy to manage
paid for sms and not getting alerts from system on email or sms
reported issue to support with no effective response

Please be in touch with Live Chat to get that sorted if you experience that again. Most of the booking systems out there do not allow for any customization when it comes to colors etc. where as you can play a lot with the look of your templates in our system. If you are not happy with the results you can get a html coder to adjust it exactly according to your brand, should be easy for most html coders, so maybe that would be worth the try. Pros: The ease of use in setting up the system, connecting your calendar and being able to do customizations for color and branding.

Cons: There is no real cons on this software wished there were a few more free options for my clients just starting out with limited funds.

Pros: I like that this software is quite simple, light, and friendly. No frills, gets the job done. I have no reason to even look anywhere else at this point. Satisfied!

Overall: There are a lot of extra features which I haven't really explored. It would be nice if the platform somehow introduced them to me - but perhaps I just haven't had the need (I'm on the free plan).

Pros: Price - free until you exceed a number of bookings which makes it easy when you're first starting out.
Ease of use - had no issues teaching people to use it and clients love the online booking option
Possible features - also a con. Many to choose from but only 1 included with free charge
Online booking - people love it!

Cons: Cost for extra features
No Canadian prices
Confirmations emails sometimes delayed
Clients using online booking are not merged with old profile without extra features
Some of the extra features should automatically be included

Pros: its great for some clients to have simplybook! for them its easy to book dates around the clock!
The prize!!

Cons: calender for me is not clearly arranged (confusing)
the software becomes difficult to use if I add more locations
there are some failures (cant delete an old location, false translation into german,...)

Overall: a little bit less of endless telephone calls for finding a fitting date!

Pros: I like the fact that I have been able to source a product that does exactly what I need it to do and then implement it all myself without needing tech advice.
My clients also seem to love the ease of it all!

Cons: I'd like to be able to customise it a bit more but that's it really, perhaps using my colour scheme through being able to choose the colour through my colour code.

Pros: Every SimplyBook.me plan includes an unlimited number of service providers, services, and clients. Pricing is based on number of bookings and number of chosen custom features. This enables you to start using the service even if you are only starting out building your business, without restricting the way your business is structured.

Cons: I would love to see them add the Thai language. Also if they could provide integration with the Zoom video conferencing platform then that would be really great. Most of my students are Thai at the beginner level and also we use Zoom which is the best video conferencing platform just like Simplybook.me is the best.

Overall: It allows me to free up my time to do my teaching and follow up with students. No need to make scheduling in my time.

Pros: My clients like the ease of booking appointments with me. I also like the simplicity of the website and how I can offer various services. I don't need to know a lot about technology to get my site set up.... It is awesome value.

Cons: I wish it had landing page and product selling capability. (maybe it does? Haven't seen it yet). Thank you!

Pros: I like that is easy to use in the changes, in changing the non working days and to be with me economically in the beginning of my work. It is not easy that the old people uses booking on line and I am grateful to easybook in its economic rate

Pros: It is a system very easy to use and for free. Also you have many plugins to choose and you can upgrade your plan if you want.

Cons: I would like they have at least a two languages version or an option translate, in HTML code to integrate it in my webpage

Pros: Fairly easy to use.. Like any new techy app it takes a little bit to get used to. Figuring out where things are etc. I use the free version- I have a service business, most clients are repeat customers and have my direct email. This way your email address does not need to out in the open for the spammers tio get.

Cons: If you use the free version, the support is via email and may take a day or 2 for reply. Time zone thing. You will need to purchase credits- they are very inexpensive. Credit let the system text customer reminders of their appointment.

Pros: I love that I can have more than 1 appointment type even on the free version. The personal booking site is also customizable with my brand colors. It's a great system.

Cons: The learning curve for how to set it all up was a bit steep, but once you figure it out it's simple.

Pros: I've used the free feature for a year now. I have a small consulting business and it works perfectly for my client load. I only have to "renew" every month, free of charge. I highly recommend Simplybook.me to any startup.

Cons: Because I use the free version, I can't book from my mobile device. The upgrade is affordable so once my business is ready for the next level I will get this feature.

Pros: Ease of use, functionality, and price. I use the free subscription, and I have to say that there is no site that offers any service near this, for free. I highly recommend this to small businesses that need a free booking site.

Overall: It allows my clients to book appointments with me and leave deposits, without them having to make a special trip to the shop to make the deposit.

Pros: the email confirmations and its easy to use. you can customise the look and choose your color schemes. you can set up payment features so they pay as they book

Cons: that it doesnt just show your available time. it shows the whole day in grey. that can be confusing to clients trying to book.

Overall: outsourcing and it frees up SO much time now that this takes care of the booking, description of services, and payment. I spend less time repeating myself and wasting hours a day so I can focus on my business and clients more.

Pros: Easy to set up and get started. Ideal if you just start out with a small business or salon and want to get your online marketing off the grounds. With a limited amount of bookings per month you can keep using it for free by simply renewing your free subscription monthly. The interface is quite clear and intuitive, simple to adjust and add pictures, pricing, time slots etc. It's free to use and you get one month where you get to experiment with all the additional features. Be aware that you probably don't really have enough time to properly set up, test and evaluate all the features so be selective with the ones you need most and only test those.

Cons: Unfortunately there is no option for customers to pay online through the 'ideal' system (used in the Netherlands for 90% of online purchases). Although there is a way to build it into your site itself it is a big hassle and not what you hope for when starting with a booking tool. Make sure your most prominent payment methods for your clients are supported. If they are, then this is a great platform with lots of free stuff and plenty of options to expand. If you're using the free system then make sure to renew you subscription in time or risk getting bookings at unavailable slots.

Overall: Free online bookings with a professional look and feel.

Pros: Simplybook.me offers a free monthly option if you have 50 bookings or less per month. I have been using this option to try out the program while I'm a student in a Massage Therapy program. This has been a great tool to book clients for my practical hours and I have had many clients tell me how easy it was to book their appointment online, or that they love the option of booking appointments at their convenience. It's been a great way to start building my clientele and I will definitely upgrade to the full paid version once I am finished my schooling and open up my own practice. There are so many additional features that simplybook.me offers that I'm excited to add to my online website when I upgrade. The website is very user friendly and I have recommended it to many of my colleagues already.

Cons: I would prefer if the free version would offer the text message confirmation and reminder instead of the email alerts because not nearly all my clients check their emails on a daily basis, but they do check their phones. I recognize that this is an upgrade option, but as a student, my funds are currently limited.

Pros: Students take ownership of the scheduling process. They self-identify their need for a conference and choose convenient times within the parameters of my office hours.

Cons: Lack of customization for student input on scheduling - I would add course identification. I have 150 students in 5 classes. When students schedule, I am required to manually check rosters to identify class and section.

Pros: There is a lot of features that makes my work easy. I like the integration with so many softwares, the most one is google calendar, it makes my work easier when I want to schedual a meeting with my client and all I need to do Is to send him a link for my website.

Cons: I would like if the design of the interface will update, and also I wish will have an android app for use it.

Pros: It is simple. The Emails to my practice and to patients remind the registration. The Special Days function keeps the open times management easy. I have 2 nurses and some temporary stuff from time to time - the instruction how to use SimplyBook has never taken more than 5 minutes.

Overall: Sorry, I had to rate Customer Support and Features&Functionality with 4 stars - I never really needed them, so I have no idea how good they are. But the fact that a system works fine without the need to contact Customer Support is really a good thing :)

Pros: Easy enough to use, and it's free which suits because my traffic is almost zero. However not many features for free!

Cons: It is not working. I tried to follow up but it just says you have used up all your features. Worst is I never really know whether it's functional or not.

Overall: Just a potential booking facility. Doesn't work but I just leave it because I'm not bothered about online booking.

Pros: Very easy to use, I had searched lots of systems and the level of customization to get the look and feel of my brand was a big factor in my decision. The features are also great and I never miss appointments due to the notifications.

Cons: There isn't two-way integration with gmail so you need to manually manage appointments between those two calendars if you are using two systems. However, it can add your appointments to your Gmail.

Pros: The Google Calendar Synch. It saves so much time going back and forth with clients re-scheduling because I am busy.

Pros: Easy to operate and learn. Good for your time. You can customize contents without restrictions. Perfect for business owners who would like to receive bookings online but don't have a lot of time to build their own website. I've used this service for two yrs and didn't cost me a penny! Got the system set up in an hr and zero maintenance each month. Appointment confirmation and changes arrive almost immediately to clients. It's also free to use for small businesses like me that have 50 or less appointments per month. Overall, this is a service that you don't want to miss out on.

Cons: It would be certainly nicer to have more template options. The current templates looks good and are customizable, but a little more variety would be great!

Overall: Everything as mentioned in review. I honestly don't expect to find a better service at the present time.

Pros: The people behind the support team. My goodness. They are always available, always quick to help, and aren't afraid to think outside of the box.

They really built this software with an understanding that every business is different, and give you unending ways to make it work for yours.

Cons: I am used to a piece of software that we had built for us 10 years ago, so this one is missing pieces of that. However, that took 10 years to build, and in just 2 months, we've customized this one to be at 80% of level of our other software. Incredible.

Pros: price is more that i was paying to the site that i used before ( they shut down ) it seems to be at least as good or better than many similar products . but, i won't know until i've used it for a while ( first day , today ) although only via "chat " the staff is super helpful!!!!!!

Cons: very complex, and difficult to navigate. no call center for quicker help. only "chat" . of course this seems to be the way many companies are going. you're not getting a human on the phone, and if you do, it won't be without a very heavy accent, i assume.

Pros: Easy to use, help is easy to find as well as easy to use. I also like the customer service a lot. Whenever I had a question it was answered quickly or in a timely manner. The software offered a variety of business solutions, from very small to larger businesses, its simple to add service or to change options I can choose from.

Pros: The chat support was super helpful every time I asked a question which was several times. I'm a bit technically challenged and they helped me every step of the way. I like the layout of the webpage that I put together.

Cons: Some of the terminology is not obvious too me, but again, I'm a bit technically challenged. Facebook had a hard time copying a link so I could post it, but the Simply support staff helped me figure that out.

Overall: I have not implemented it's use yet, but did do a test run and set up an appointment with a payment. It worked as advertised! I like the look of it and most things were pretty easy to set up. When I did have problems, the chat support staff was outstanding! Not something you find that often these days.

Pros: Accepts online payments even on a free account
30 days Free Trial which is long enough to try all of the costum features. It actually helped me decide to upgrade when my free trial is over.

Cons: Poor customer support. I signed up for the Free account. After logging out, I couldnt log in. Tried "forgert password/forget company login" but no email has been sent to my inbox. Tried chatting with their live chat, but it wasnt so "live" after all. I left a message but I didnt get any message in my inbox from them. Tried sending a message via their Facebook page which says "typically replies within a few hours" but until now there was no response. So I signed up again using a different email. This time, I screen shot my login details. I set up Simplybook according to my company's needs etc. When I tried logging in again after a few hours, I couldn't login using the login details I used (which I have screen shot earlier).Went through the same steps mentioned above to retrieve my login details (just in case I have the password wrong) and to no avail. I didnt get any email to reset password nor to find my company login. How can I use the system if it wont let me log in.

Overall: I cant tell since I cannot log in after logging out.

As for the FaceBook answer, you sent your question in on a Sunday, which is day off, and should have been answered on Monday but you were answered on the Tuesday. Our Live support would however have responded to you live, right away during workdays as they are on 24 hours per day, answering hundreds of clients. Pros: all the custom features are awesome. It is the only automated booking system that suits our needs (and we have tried a lot)

Cons: We have a lot of different services that are very similar, with only slight differences in the time or cost. We also have different instruments (categories) for these different services. Without a duplication feature when creating services, it took me literally 3 straight days (16 - 20hrs) literally!! to setup all our services one by one. It was very frustrating and I didn't even know at that point if the software was going to fit our needs. Luckily it did! A duplication would surely be a welcomed addition for all using the software. I really liked the welcome videos provided in the interface, but I feel there is a serious lack of descriptive videos on all the features available online. I would strongly recommend adding more.

Pros: Since I discovered this service in 2013, I have been using it as an on-line self-service appointment scheduler. The flexibility to customize our appointment times, dates and number of persons per appointment is fabulous. I also like the report listing and that I can import it in to Google Calendar for others to manage the schedule. Great value for the cost and the fact that I can pay just to use it for 3 months and my set-ups are not deleted is great. We don¿t have a need for a 365 day a year scheduler.

Cons: The recent website updates have been a little confusing for me; however, I only use the system once a year to set-up our appointments. I get lost best I don't know how to best set things up; however, the on-line help and the Live Chat features help me out without fail.

Overall: Professional service/product and expectional value.
Everyone, i've contacted through the years have been so kind and wonderful.

Pros: It's easy to use, like a normal calendar app. I can see what my schedule looks like as I'm making the changes instead of hoping that I got everything right and checking once I'm done. It's easy for my clients too.

Cons: I wish it would translate the time zone to the client's time zone, or make it more obvious that the appointment times are in Mountain time. I've had a lot of people miss the note at the top that clearly says the time zone.

Overall: It's a great way for clients to book time with me. Instead of playing scheduling ping-pong, I just post or send the link and they can pick a time that will work for both of us.

It seems that your anger arises yesterday after we granted you a Gold subscription for free (normally costs $29) while you insisted on getting unlimited subscription ($59) for free to continue your full system testing long after your normal testing period ran out. Giving us a bad rating for this is simply unfair and not much more is needed to be said here. Pros: I like how easy this is to use...once you learn it. The tech support is helpful, but if they have to email you it can take days.

Cons: I think it's ridiculous that a client can't reschedule an appointment on their own, and that they have to call me. It's such a hassle for a client to either have to call me or if they cancel and reschedule then they have to pay againa and then I have to deal with refund issues. Too may nooks and crannies and the user interface could be improved.

Overall: I don't have to schedule 450 seniors by telephone; they can do it online!

Pros: Our charity uses this software to administer the loan of free family passes to local attractions. Families love being able to choose and book directly, and our staff are freed to do other tasks - we have doubled the number of passes being used by families already, and have capacity to add more in future if needed

Cons: Interface isn't the easiest to understand, and needed a few non-obvious tweaks to get it working the way we needed, but Live Chat staff are always helpful, and we get there in the end!

Overall: Easier for our clients to choose and book, frees staff time for other work

Pros: The ability to do the two-way calendar sync, and also the SSL function - this allows me to update my availability from my smartphone, and keeps my client data secure (which is also good for their peace of mind).

Cons: I would like SSL to be as standard, not an extra feature. Also, it would be nice to have HTML formatting and the ability to add logos / branding etc. to the booking confirmation / reminder emails sent to customers.

Overall: Able to schedule client appointments / add a useful booking facility to my website (work in progress).

Pros: I like the way I can integrate on my facebook page and homepage. With book button simple, and a page where people can see more in detail!

Cons: Its really hard to connect paying options, though you are covering a lot of methods which is great.

Difficulties of making changes to button look, styles etc. Not when I found the menu for that, but just the overall organizing of the functionality for the user.

Pros: THe software works really well for me as customers are able to book appointments when I am not able to take calls / when I am closed. That the software enables me to provide details of the services I offer, that I can make each service a different length of time (for a long time I thought I would not be able to use this software as some appointments need to be one hour and others one and a half hours. It is great that It syncs with my google diary automatically.

Cons: I am unable to log in to the software though my android phone which is a real downpoint. Also when I log in via my face book page I seem to need to repeat the log in process. My customers have tried to download the app but have reported to me that it does not work - I have not tried it however.

Overall: It saves me time and it makes it easier for customers to book an appointment with me.

To address your comments, if you use Chrome or Firefox on your android device you should not have any problems logging into your system. Please contact our Live Chat support if you experience such problems. As for the facebook login, I have asked our tester to look into that, it should not need double login process, so if there is a problem there it will be fixed. With regards to the app then we have been updating a lot of features recently and it often takes a bit longer to update the apps. Only free users can loose their account, and that can only happen after many months of no usage nor renewing the system even after repeated reminders on our behalf to do so. In such cases this user/domain is considered as inactive as per our Terms&Conditions and hence due to technical reasons can not be renewed again under the same name. We had complaints before from users when we did not delete accounts that were not in use, as they kept on getting bookings without them knowing about it when they had stopped using the system. We are sorry that you did not renew in time, but hope this explains our point of view and why we have to disable long nonactive accounts. Kind regards

However you can choose the background image (which covers almost all the page) on BookingTroll and that way you can truly brand your Bookingtroll website. With regards to the client settings, in fact the clients do merge if phone and e mail are identical, but even better is to use the login custom feature if you want your clients always to stay unique. As for the variables, it is enough to place the cursor where the variable should be inserted, then to just press the relevant variable it in the variables box to ease your life when customizing the email, sms and feedback request texts. In the beginning we had the renewal automatic for our free users but we continuously got complaints from users who had actually quit using the booking system and continued to receive bookings from their clients without them knowing about it as they did not use the system anymore. They insisted that we would cancel their system if they had stopped using it, so therefore we now ask our free users to renew the system monthly. Pros: We have a slightly different situation than what the software was designed for, but it the design is flexible enough to work for us.

Cons: Again, because our situation is slightly different, we would like a different view in the booking screen. We would like to see all available appointment times on the calendar showing providers rather than having to first select the provider. But I understand that might not be best for most users.

Overall: It coordinates students with instructors offering english and math workshops.

Pros: Cheaper than the rest, relatively simple to set up, even for a technophobe like myself. Anything I struggled with was sorted quickly with online support

Cons: some issues exporting widget to our own website but we got around that in the end with the help of our internal support.

Overall: Clients can book appointments 24/7 instead of normal 9-5 office hours, which has been a massive help as a lot of our clientele are in placements 9-5

Pros: I am able to completely eliminate the job of receptionist for my business - bookings come in automatically online. I was able to start for free and as my business expanded I subscribed to a payment plan - my life has gotten easier with this software.

Pros: The software allows us to manage the classroom remotely. It means that we don't have to have someone tied to a telephone all the time and being a very small team with a large working remit that is a great advantage.

Cons: The notifications to upgrade or re-subscribe for the free option.

Pros: It has great functionality and is easy for customers to navigate. The interface is attractive on both front and backend.

Cons: Would like for more functionality to come standard. Don't like that have to renew monthly. I would like a plain embed code so I can embed it easily into a standard HTML page.

Overall: The ability to schedule a service within our university.

Pros: Our clients, for the most part, had no problems booking their appointments, and the providers were able to manage their own schedules.

Cons: The basic features don't work at times. Can't batch change to Unblock clients. Client list search is basically useless because you can only search by Username, Email and Phone number. This doesn't allow you to search for a specific group of clients so I must enter variables in the Phone number field to find the group of clients I wish to extract. Have to use "live ammo" to test the setup. Lose all leftover bookings paid for after expiration of paid term.

Overall: It made a complex booking session easier to manage and apply.

Pros: Integration into the Facebook account and the possibility to put slots in. You can customise it with the company's look and feel.

Cons: Not being able to answer the booking in beginners account. Must be elementary and basic to tell your potential client why you're cancelling the booking proposal.

Overall: Online booking so less mails trying to fix an appointment.

Pros: I love the automated email reminders, and also the different options available for varied services.

Cons: I wish there could be a communication platform between customers and myself on the site. It would be great if people could leave a note when they booked an appointment. This would reduce the need for texting details. Instead, they could do this directly on the site.

We also have a lot of difficulties using this site on mobile devices. This is somewhat burdensome when customers want to book their appointments on mobile.

Pros: Customer service is great! Very helpful! The features are great as well..a lot to choose from as far as the options in paying online or in person.

Cons: There aren't half hour time options for class start and end times. Also it can be a little hard to figure out on your own, so many options...so I'm glad customer support is there.

Pros: It send reminders, immediately alerts me of bookings and cancellations and reminds me 1 hour before - very helpful.

Cons: I don't like the ticks and unticking when putting in your availability. It's confusing (ticks and crosses) and i don't like it 'expiring' every month

Overall: Helped me to organise my schedule, it looks professional, it was easy for my interviewee to book themselves in and for me to collect the relevant information from them.

Cons: Some features are not working qood enough. It seems not quiet ready or under development

Overall: We have up until now used a different system and found Simplybook on a search trough Google. We have just programmed it to our fir our business and needs and our impression, so far, is that it's easy to program and to use for our clients.

I have to say that our absolute best exerience so far is support though the Chat function offered by Simplybook.me. It's fast and the response is really helpful and accurate.

There are som issues regarding Approving (Extra features). If you need to use this option this is not "good" enough for companies with a lot of booking. But if you have a little volume of booking and always people that can approve the request at once/fast this feature will be perfect for you aswell.

The App possibility is a good asset.
And with some small more possibilities it will be greate.
