Pros: The custom email notifications is excellent. In fact the customization in general is great. It's very visual and easy to use both for me and for my clients.

Cons: Having to re-up my subscription every month instead of an auto renew. Granted I'm using the free service as I only have about 10 appointments a month.

Pros: Online appointment with a graphical presentation and notification between patient/client and doctor that can easy manage controlled by the user or admin

Cons: Is a shared hosting in terms of speed good for booking but in long term it should be dedicated server

Pros: Interface and user experience. It's quite simple to use and it also has a nice layout to put on your website.

Cons: No translations to portuguese. That would probably make it easier for my clients. But It's not a big problem.

Pros: I like that my clients have no trouble figuring out how to book an appointment and that the map to my location is on the home page. It generally easy to navigate through editing open hours. Seems to have a lot of features I'd like to become more familiar with.

Cons: Subtracting breaktimes could be an easier process. Not too sure about the slider method in editing working hours. Sometimes glitchy.

Overall: Booking clients for appointments with ease.

Pros: It's integration & notification function is great. Instant updates to both us the service provider & to the client making the booking.

Cons: Not easy enough to make changes to my bookings site. Monthly fee structures along with custom features need to be re-addressed.

Pros: Calendar sync runs my life. Amazing!
Ability to create paid memberships that means I don't spend any time on admin with bookings from clients.

Cons: Some annoying bugs that need fixing but overall aren't deal breakers.
Can't create discounts on memberships.

Pros: The calendar is very easy to use.....it links to my website beaufully my clients of all ages find it easy to use

Cons: I wish there was an option to have a 14 or 18 hour sms reminder option.......I am currently using the 12 hr reminder-unfortunately I have a 12 hour cancellation fee policy. The 18 hours sms notification is too early/long........would love to have more options such as 14 or 18 hours instead!

Overall: Very reliable has never failed on me or my clients

2. The user should receive further notifications on how their site will be limited once they start using the "basic" paid version.

Pros: I like the usability of the admin panel, everything is easy to understand. If I don't understand smth - the online live help will always help immediately any time even in deep night. I also like that all workers of SimplyBookit are very polite and nice people.

Cons: I guess nothing. Everything is all right with this service. I also after a year made a research of it's competitors and I came to the conclusion that they are the best! For me :)

Overall: It makes my business process be going faster and easier.

Pros: Online - no compatibility issues with different OS and devices. A lot of video tutorials for advanced users, quick Live Support

Cons: no time overlapping warning at multiple bookings of the same client, we use it as booking platform for 1-day event with multiple parallel sessions and clients must check their schedule on their own, or we need to do it in the dashboard so there is no overlapping.

Overall: Simple and affordable booking platform.

Cons: We need more model. Optimize our Simplybook on multiple devices. I do not have the option to remove the cancel button.

Pros: The fact that i can make bookings on my own without using an intermediary is amazing.
It also has reminders that totally are awesome,it sends reminders if an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled.
Being able to manage the appointments online is also an amazing feature for businesses because they can know and be reminded of appointments that were booked by their clients.
It has a google calendar sync plugin that makes syncing of bookings and the available time more efficient.

Cons: I rarely encounter problems with SimplyBook.me except that it is a little bit complex to customize it to one owns liking

Pros: I like the flexibility of the booking system such as creating appointments at fixed times, and customizing the time settings for the variety of services offered. I also needed a system to accommodate for group classes, so this has been a huge positive for me.

Cons: The free and basic service does not have many custom features available, which means that you have to purchase a more expensive package to attain all the settings you require.

Overall: The software allows me to create customized settings for each class that clients need to book for. This flexibility is just what I need to accommodate for a variety of classes that require different settings. The interface is user friendly and I am able to navigate it easily.

Cons: It is not easy to set a dedicated custom system and purchase a basic system. You cannot choose your own custom settings.

Pros: I like SimplyBook.me because I save my time. No many emails and calls. The students love book directly in my booking page. Also the sync of the Calendar is fantastic and this help me to manage my life in a better way. I chose SimplyBook.me from 3 different websites and this is absolutely the better. First the assistance! I find prompt help when I need. But also because is a easy system to use and for the possibility of customization.

Cons: Nothing. Honestly, at the moment, I don't find anything that I don't like. I use SimplyBool.me online booking system from over two months and it is perfectly suited to my needs.

Overall: Make easy my job and life, I save my time and help my students to organize their classes.

Pros: What I like most about Simplybook, is that it's so easy to use and it's been helping my business with timing and organization. I prepare for my clients well in advance, even if it's a same day booking.

Cons: I didn't expect to be limited on the features, during the trail it's like your at the top of the hill, and then trail over and it just feels like your af square one but I feel if business improves as it's been then it will make sense.

Overall: Organization, my clients and I have a better form of communication without words. The studio is always ready and prepared because of this massive heads up feature and they also can pay online, so they can simply walk in, record and walk out. Very convenient for both business and clients.

Pros: In the time that i used it I could not find one outstanding thing that I liked the most about the software. Nothing is standing out.

Cons: The fact that if all sessions have been used of a membership the membership does not automatically expires. What is the use of having time left on a membership and no more sessions/units to book into that time? If admin needs to cancel that membership manually, what is the point of having a booking system if it needs to be done by hand.

Overall: Got started with using a booking website for my business, but will consider looking at more mobile friendly software.

Regarding the membership feature then this is a very common usage of membership, to only allow a certain number of sessions to be booked during membership period and this applies to a lot of different sectors who want to have it exactly like that. Users can add more sessions if they renew the membership already when sessions for membership period is over, or new sessions get added when next membership period starts. This is in fact very useful for limiting bookings to limited resources like tennis courts etc, so one member does not block too many sessions during a certain membership period. Pros: The fact that you can customise the booking page with all your company logos and photos. It is so easy for me to use and for clients booking their own appointments is a simple, stress free process. As a sole proprietor this booking system is going to save me so much time.

Cons: Not having the facility to type in a client name and their appointment pops up, instead you have to scroll through day by day to find them.

Pros: Ease for people to use to book sessions with us both paid and free. We use the free version currently, but have also used the full version.

Cons: It can be difficult to set up sessions and times easily, especially when you don't have a regular schedule.

Pros: I love the fact that I could activate the payment options to PayPal or any other one. I also love how I can design my web page.

Cons: The fact that all of my settings start over when there's a new month for the subscription. The settings should stay the same even when I renew my subscription

Pros: I like that I can allow individual service providers to have their own logins so they can manage their own schedules. SBM allows us to set up a great variety of appointments and request all sorts of information from people booking appointments.

Cons: This is not the most intuitive system to figure out but because there isn't an endless amount of features it's not too difficult to figure out. I do not like that people who want to leave a review must be signed into facebook.

Overall: We get the ability to book appointments with cat adopters to the people giving appointments to sign adoption contracts

Pros: It allows me to use it on my website and on my Facebook page. Since I am starting my business is nice to have it free at the beginning.

Cons: I would like it to have more templates available. The instructions to use the templates are not very clear.

Good thing is that I can put a reminder time which email me about the customer's appointment in advance. Whenever customer books the appointment I always get email and it's really good that you don't have to manage too many things.

Cons: Not anything yet Might be better to tell you once I'm using for more than a year or more. Overall no complaints.

Pros: It is so customizable! There are so many features to choose to make it fit exactly what I want. I also like that a I can sort my services into categories. The options to allow specific times for different services during the same day is also great.

Cons: The book now button is in the center of the image on the main screen. Most of my images look funny with the button directly in the center.

Pros: I like the fact that it is very accessible and the Support is second to none. I like the fact that changing the look of the product is relatively easy even for someone as computer inept as myself!

Cons: I run Classes, I would like to be able to offer a single class pass plus 5 and 10 class passes. The system does nto allow for this as you have to buy the product as a membership to create the class pass. Then use the Pass. For single Use this is too long a process and will put people off. SO to be able to have the 2 systems, to just purchase a single use product at the same time as have the "membership" is pretty important. Ease of use for the client is so important and can put people off.

Overall: I have been able to set up a booking system relatively quickly

Pros: I like the future that the clients have the easy possibility to make a reservation. When an reservation is made and accepted, the clients get updates of upcoming event both with an email and a sms message.

Cons: Translation part is difficult to manage, and the translation page freeze easily. It has happen that I have lost all the translation I have made because of lagging page. I would like to have recommendation of a pot. App, or morse stable page.

Pros: Ability to have custom domain, although it cost extra but it's a great feature. Able to add multiple service providers, which allows our dealers/partners in different countries to manage their appointments with one single system.

Cons: many available plug-ins but have a limit on how many can be used based on the subscription plan purchased.

Cons: Long "website" name to give to people. The payments option doesn't allow for personal banking details - I would like to send out an email with my personal banking details if a client clicks on "pay later" - not all people feel comfortable paying with payfast/PayPal etc. And still prefers EFT payments. I would like to be able to sell "packages"

Pros: I like how they have managed to cover pretty much every relationship that I would want between the data types. From Providers, Services, Users, Products, Time Schedules, etc... I have been able to be as creative as I want due to their extensive data system. When you combine this with the ease of use for basic computer users, it will create a very usable environment. I was able to completely set up our company scheduling system and implement it on our website in one day. I replaced a system that we have been using for a few years now. I was so impressed with this system, that I replaced a system that is already paid for until late 2019. It was worth the switch. This system is less than half the cost also.

Cons: Since we are a small business, we have only about 50 bookings a month (if that). I'd like to see an advanced basic level that gives you about 8-10 custom features with a low # of bookings per month. Price this between Basic and Standard and I think you would attract even more small/medium businesses.

Overall: Cost and functionality.

Pros: The booking interface is amazing. It is very easy to use and my customers loves it. I also like that they have live chat. The assistants are very nice and they help me everytime I have doubts.

Cons: I need to pay for different pluggins. The software has very nice pluggins and extra things to add to the system, but in the basic user I need to pay for most of them.

Overall: It is cheaper than any other boking system and the interface is really amazing. I really love how colorfull it is.

Pros: The best thing about simplybook is their custom feature library. You can customize your page and your admin page to suit your business model. For our photography studio, we used 3 custome features and those were more than enough.

Cons: UX/UI of Simplybook when i use it on mobile has some issues. I'm using iphone SE and when i view the calendar from Admin page to key in my booking, the date titles of the calendar never show full text, and it's hard to key in infomation

Pros: I like the different custom features, the flow of the site is nice, customer support is *usually* quick, it seems to be easy to use, generally organized system

Pros: It's easy for clients to use online. Once you have figured out how to set it up it's easy to change and adapt as needed. It's handy I can link it in to my website and my facebook page. It's great to be able to see all the reports and to be able to check client reports as well.

Cons: The feature I like least is the classes option as you can't link classes to a provider so I had to use services instead. This annoyed me as I had set everything up as classes and then had to reset it all up again as services. I wish that there was an app that my students could use to book in and out on their phones that would be great. I know you said that also that you can use webpage on your phone but it's very fiddly. Especially if I am trying to look at who is booked in and I have 15 names all squished together (that's how many I can fit in one class/appointment).

Overall: Less phone calls and messages as clients can manage their own bookings. I can also keep track of how busy I am and if classes are getting quieter.

Pros: I like the ease of use and the directions and assistance always available. Simply book me is always updated and adding new features to compliment my business and assist with day to day tasks of synchronising my appointments. I love the analytical part of the system that allows me to keep track of all my appointments, hours and money

Cons: There is nothing I do not like about Simply book me. It is easy to use, 24/7 online help with everything and great feedback from my clients who can choose their times with ease.

Overall: I save a lot of time not having to text or email my clients to confirm their attendance to appointments. I have less cancellation and no shows due to the reminder texts and emails.

Pros: I love how easy this software is to use there's lots of templates and plugins for you to use to get started. Also the payment plugin is fantastic as it allows my clients to make payments immediately after booking a session.

Cons: There's not much to dislike about this application but it would be nice if the developers added a few more plugins for the free version otherwise you're stuck having to pay the monthly fee.. which still isn't too too bad

Overall: Any of my students can use the link produced from this software to make a payment. All they need is an email and a PayPal account works like a charm

Pros: You can customize your services, schedule, even design a website for online booking. We used it for our online tutoring classes and worked very well. Able to take payments and online booking is awesome tool

Cons: I didn't like that it's plugin system where, more plugins you want more money you have to pay. For my use I didn't really need many but didn't like the fact I only had 1 or 2 choices for what I could pay.

Overall: I like it, best price service out there

Pros: This is a testimonial from a client that I only received because SimplyBook works very well!

-Excellent technological part and ease of scheduling.
Loved the ease in the online scheduling process, clean, well located location and modern and new decor.

Of course the location and decor is my merit ;-) , but the technological part all merit is from SimplyBook.me

Cons: I would like to be able to do some customizations, although the system allows several and you had an option that the login screen was the first one to appear on the site.

Overall: I do not have to worry about my service schedule. The client owns the calendar.

Pros: I originally chose this software for my scheduling because it includes many features under the free plan. My implementation is slow, so this allows me to adapt to the software and really understand it before making my decision. The customization is outstanding. Once you level up to a paid plan, you have a great many features for a low price.

Cons: I couldn't get it to work the way I need it to. I synced calendars. It seemed to be working great on some sample appointments that I put in. I had to stop using it when it allowed an appointment to be made that didn't fall within the parameters I had set.

Pros: The API is vast and connects to most areas of their full-featured ecosystem and has documentation for most areas of the API. Also, the price structure allows us to scale sustainably for our use case.

Cons: The API has the odd error which can be troublesome and the team does not seem to be responsive to corrections when submitted. Also, I've used their Redmine API/developer support page and it takes a long time to get a response, when they respond at all, even for paid users.

Pros: I am able to make the diary unique to my working pattern, I find that it is very flexible and this is important to my working style.

Pros: Its versatility. Many other booking systems had too many restrictions and didn't suit my business. The genius with SimplyBook.Me is that it's absolutely customisable with many (if not all) small businesses, which is just what I needed from a booking system.

Cons: The UX and UI could be improved - the design of the site is not the most up-to-date or user friendly. Can't fault the functionality though.

Pros: Allows our customers to book our conference rooms online w/ no labor from our staff. They can see our booking availability, pay, agree to our terms of use & cancellation policy, all online without taking our staff's time. Super helpful!

Cons: I wish the user interface for matching a conference room with an available time was slightly easier. Right now the user has to select a duration and then look at availability on our booking calendar. I wish he/she could look at our calendar's availability and simply click & drag across our schedule to select the time frame they want to book. That would be easier and more intuitive.

Overall: Allows us to offer conference room rentals to our customers online. Saves labor. Allows customer to make a decision on whether or not to book at all hours of the day. Has increased our conference room bookings.

Pros: Simply Book has the ability to integrate onto your website with a few easy pieces of coding. It also has Booking Troll which is a directory that is powered by them so that is great for search engine optimization (SEO). Not only have they created a great software but they are also smart enough to create a directory as well. Super smart!

Cons: It needs to be more responsive. I don't like how it looks on Smart devices. I had to remove it off my site temporarily for this reason.

Pros: I did a lot of research on different booking systems as I was looking to get a simple but customisable booking system integrated to my website and SimplyBookMe seemed to be able to provide the options I needed including images, restrict bookings etc. I take bookings for workshops happening occasionally rather than regularly so ability to keep the cost to minimum was a key.
I've been happy with the system so far and have no complaints so can recommend.

Cons: The only thing I would say is that there is not much control of the bookings without the add-ons, so be prepared to spend some money on the custom features.

Cons: When I receive notifications in the notification area, I will press on the notification and nothing pops up. For example, I received a cancellation in my notification area, I pressed on it to see who cancelled and nothing showed. In fact, all of my notifications were no longer there. It said I had 0 notifications. This happens every time I try to press on a notification for further details

Pros: I have used their always available help chat so much! I did be SO lost without it!!! I appreciate how simple my booking site is for customers, too. I love how much support has been offered to me from signing up- this upgrade is a key example!

Cons: a few things.....
1) The mobile view is not very friendly and the look and feel for mobile is not responsive i would optimize all the templates for mobile, since 90%+ of all my customer book their appointments on mobile.
2) The calendar sync with google does not work very well, when a customer cancels or reschedule an appointment the google calendar doesn't updates and you cant see all the customer info (name, phone, mail, etc) in the google calendar
3) you cant book half hours.
4) There is no simplybook app for apple so i can manage my business in an app.

Overall: organize my team better.

Pros: It looks good for what it is, and is simple enough once you get the hang of where everything is. They are prompt in responses to questions, although the live chat usually becomes disconnected and needs to be continued through email.

Cons: Whenever you click on settings it will open a new tab every time. The descriptions are vague and misleading when dealing with what features are available in each subscription. I wanted access to the promotions and discounts feature, and purchased the option to add another only to find out that one only included with a subscription. I then purchased a subscription only to find out it needs to be the next level up. They refused to issue a refund, and eventually offered it under the condition that my website be deleted.

The promotion system comes with all subscriptions except the Free one, as you can see on the pricing page. So you should have been able to implement that with our Basic subscription. If you were not able to do that then you must have already used 3 custom features for something else and therefore you can not add more features under that subscription, if however you had only activated two features then you could have added the promotion system as well. The reason for us wanting to delete the system if they are cancelled is that otherwise you might get bookings from clients and then since you will not be getting notifications as you cancelled the system, you might have clients showing up without you knowing anything about their booking. Pros: I like that I can distribute services to my staff members and categorise the services via location which is really important to me as I didn't want a long list of staff to appear on the booking page, only the ones who was in the same area as the customer.

Cons: Some bits are tricky to use and when asking for help from staff to use the platform you are generally just given a link to a manual sheet. It doesn't tell you how you can use the booking system to its full potential and it would be nice as a paying customer to be able to speak to someone on the phone so they can get a feel of what you are trying to accomplish. That being said, it may be the reason why it doesn't cost as much as other platforms and i am happy with the price I pay monthly as it is affordable, especially as a start up business.

- With regards to client details, it would be great if the functions could be more seamlessly linked. Eg saving clients insurance details, they recognise directly to appointments, rather than saving as a timeline SOAP function.
- In the 'setup' list of all files/folders of the whole system. It would be great if these were listed aphabectically or grouped as per their function, as searching through them all to changes the names of them, eg SOAP fields, is very time consuming and confusing.
- Be able to have locations set up but choose for them to NOT show on booking page.

Pros: What I like most about simplybookme is the ease of use. Everything is pretty straight forward and simple to setup.

Cons: What I like least is the custom feature options in paid packages. Some of the custom features are pretty basic things that should be included with basic usage. A package gets you 3 custom features. If you want to accept payments, that's 1, add in custom scheduling, that's 2, and to edit service descriptions using HTML is 3... and you're doing. Now you have to pay to add each new custom or upgrade to a higher tiered plan. These features were always included in other platforms I've tried out.

Pros: I like the fact that there are so many custom features to choose from. This app makes booking very simple.

Cons: At this point the only con would be that you have to pay to use all the custom features available to you

Pros: Excellent value compared to other products. Very good feature pricing structure. Support is immediate through chat and they are excellent. Lots of flexibility with services and statuses.

Cons: Lacks basic refinements such as; page navigation difficult at times as windows are off screen or covered by a pop up, not possible to delay notification emails/SMS messages when creating an appointment leading to multiple sent when mistakes corrected, no easy and clear way to enter and view worker off time as only visible on provider view.

Overall: Value for our usage.

In terms of the notifications then what you can do is to go to "Email and SMS (text messages) settings" and just uncheck that an e mail will be sent out, save settings, go and change/create the booking without sending any notification and then go back to "Email and SMS (text messages) settings" and check it again. Pros: I like the features available that allow you to make it fairly customized for your business needs. You can essentially have a variety of booking types and customize them to the people offering those services. The custom CSS is also nice because it allowed us to customize the look to our business. UX is very confusing though - even for this designer and developer of 15+ years.

Cons: It is not user friendly. UX is very illogical & there are several screen you can/have to go to do what you want. Constantly have issues with it not reading my customers timezone correctly. Literally had to beg & argue for them to look at. Messaged them several times & never had this issue with any other platform before.

Overall: I was able to have the flexibility to customize the tool to my business needs and allow my users to have a login where they could manage their bookings.

Pros: The interface is great because you can have a booking system in a affordable price. Easy to use

Cons: I think should give more feature inclued in the monthly fee, because the price could be very high in the end

Overall: i get a solution for booking in my place

Pros: Customer Support is the best! Also the software itself has lots of flexibility and features. Love it.

Cons: less flexibility on custom design. and copy and paste doesn't work on making services so each service must be created and set settings by yourself.

Pros: Very easy to use, everything is self-explanatory and if there is something you're not sure about, support is always available and willing to help you.

Cons: The price. When I first signed up I thought all the custom features were included for some reason, until I saw that for the lowest membership there are only 3 custom features included. My suggestion is that you do at least 6.

Pros: Today my favourite feature was the customer service! But otherwise it is the cost and overall quality for what we pay. We are a non-profit and greatly appreciate having functional software that stays within our budget.

Cons: It can be a bit tricky to navigate the admin side of things sometimes, such as finding a particular booking history, but that's partially my own user error, I imagine.

Pros: Good set of features and great ability to customise. the support staff are fantastic and cannot be faulted.

Cons: No ability to approve bookings (can but wont work with payments at same time)
No ability to take a percentage payment at booking
No branding available for internal staff landing pages/portal
limited automations
no automation for completing providers info or services,

i sent an email outlining all of this and would be amazing if we saw some of this in the future

Pros: My clients say it's easy to use.
It syncs with my Google Calendar.
It can be embedded on my website.

Cons: When I choose to have the time in my client's time zone, the time goes crazy and it causes problems with bookings.
Doesn't allow you to have prices in different currencies or accepts Visa for payments.

You could contact our live help to check this out with you. As for prices, you can select any currency in the world, but your clients can not select between currencies. Which cards can be accepted depends on which credit card processor you choose, but in our system, you have the choice to select between tens of provider who accept Visa credit cards, just contact our Live Chat and they will help you through it. Pros: ease of use while still very flexible to be ajusted to our needs
good looking integration into our own website with possiblity to adjust the look and feel
possiblity to add quite a bit of complexity (team members, locations, various products) without the subscription price to go through the roof

Cons: sometimes quite slow loading times
iFrame integration on our website. I'd prefer other integration.

Pros: Reminders and simplicity to achieve professional level results, it's like everything you need has been thought out for you. It competes with a the standard of whole organization handling bookings for you

Cons: I will love them to create a Mobile App for users on Android play and IOS istore that would sync with the web browser interface. This way you will never need another PA OR booking software

Overall: Handling my clients has improved, it was a physical cacophony of bookings before now as I run an auto worlshop
