Great user-friendly software that looks to be constantly improving.

Pros

This was extremely straight forward and required no training for the team to begin using it. It effectively represents the needed communication.

Cons

The kanban view doesn't really show the relation of the cards. You need to use list view for that. But, the company as actively asking feedback on this.

Pros

Kanbachi is one of the best project management app in the market. Features and functionality are very flexible for almost every kind of stuff. And the whole enivonment is so friendly, very simple to use. And of course customer service is its best part.

Cons

As a new product, Kanbanchi has perfect potential to become more trustworthy application. I mean some minor errors, if they will solve them It would be greater one.

Simply the most enjoyable experience of all the available options. The regular updates introduce great features and the google drive integration is awesome!

Pros

Great UI. Google drive integration / attachment management. Markdown on cards. Extensive tagging and filtering options.

Cons

No android app (yet) but it's on the roadmap. No overview of progress across boards.

For my purposes, it works out quite well. I just need "the big picture" view of where everything is by client.

Pros

fun to drag stuff from column to column. easy to use and add things.

Cons

I want to be able to size the width columns, sometimes I need to see them all at the same time and if I add too many, I can't. I don't like the "color tag" thing that literally says the name of the color, instead of just making the entire card that color. there seems to be some kind of delay after I enter copy on a new card.

I like that this is free for my personal use. We use it to manage out farm and home projects.

The visual cards. It helps me organize things well. I also like the function of being able to attach documents to the cards.

Cons

the gantt chart is more cumbersome. It doesn't allow for adjusting the time line from daily to weekly or even monthly. It would be great since I have several projects that are more than a year's time frame and so looking at it from a monthly time frame in gantt view would be super helpful. I'd also like to have more colors available for additional color coding.

Allows me to manage people who are working on projects for me. Keeps me in the loop without having to constantly ask for updates or engage in email threads.

Pros

It is like using advanced sticky notes, but it doesn't clutter your desk and you can take it with you! Being able to visually move tasks around, edit them, color code them, etc makes this software awesome. It stands out from Trello in its ease of use with G Suite products.

Kanbanchi is actually a Google App and uses Google Drive to manage your dashboard files, including sharing. It's easy to pick up and learn due to its simple and engaging interface. Kanbanchi is very customizable in terms of tasks and subtasks. I would recommend it to anyone, especially Google Drive users.

We use Kanbanchi for organizing our orders for our small business. It is extremely useful. The main drawback we have is that Kanbanchi does not have a mobile app and so we are stuck to carrying our laptop everywhere to view it. If it had a mobile app the convenience for an use would double.

The best thing about Kanbanchi is its integration with my Google account. It makes project management easy for everyone within the project - PM, designers, webmasters, stakeholders etc. Since our team has signed up for Kanbanchi, we had no intention to move our projects to another similar service.

Pros

It is free, very user-friendly, there is no need to register if you have a google account, nice design.

Cons

Very heavy projects with multiple tasks are loaded longer than expected.

I decided to use Kanbanchi after spending a lot of time researching a project management solution for a not for profit. The feature set in Kanbanchi is rich and the additions roadmap looks well thought out. The interface is easy to use and can be taught to anyone with basic computer navigation skills. My interactions with support have been stellar. Support comes across as kind and prompt in responding with accurate information to queries.

Pros

Feature set - primarily changing backgrounds for different projects. Email tasks to dashboard.

Cons

The card for "Done" or "Doing" does not move straight across but right under the card in that category. Not a huge issue but took some trying to figure out.

I've choosen Kanbanchi because it is: - simple - complete of the main kanban functions even in free version - accessible by a Google account - integrated to Google suite/calendar - open for numbers of collaborators even in free version - modular/scalable/customizable for future uses - based on a robust and flexible methodology.

Cons

It hasn't - icons to set graphical codes for the cards - an Undo fuction to rollback wrong action (e.g. wrong Drag&Drop cards) - an Italian language interface (some spare user requires this)

I like the light weight feel of the product and the flexibility for defining individual business rules based on the type of board required. I'm not locked into a "scrum" or "kanban" only set of rules.

Pros

The ability to establish board business rules based on need. I have used it for projects, business workflows, etc. I also like the light weight feel of the application. It is so much better than some of the more "heavy" products in the same category.

Cons

Would like to see functionality built in to share boards via Google Team Drive. Currently, I (or other PMs) must share via their own Drive space.
