Well, it has helped in creating fast emails that don't require too much design but still doesn't meet my user expectations.

Pros

I love how easy it is to set up an email campaign running in no time.

Cons

The templates designs are very poor and customizing a template (colour, layout, etc) is too limited and difficult.
