Accessibility Graph are beautiful Notes and billing is great and easy

Learning tree terminology and set up is confusing and not user friendly No IOA No arrow notes able to be added for thing like med changes etc.

Overall good product and easy to use for scheduling and to view others schedules!

Pros

What I liked most about this software is the ability to schedule and the ease of seeing other's scheduling. This software makes it easy for the user or someone else to schedule for someone and to see others scheduling.

Cons

What I liked least about this software is that it's not as user friendly. There always seems to be something that occurs when trying to upload information.

Cons

Sometimes the note doesn’t save quickly enough and because eod the dependence on the internet the note disappears and has to be rewritten.

Overall, It is a great way to go digital. It is able to connect program books, schedules and time sheets. It also has great tools for managing staff.

Pros

I like that the software is fast, it is easy to navigate between the learning trees, schedules and time-sheets. It is able to pull report data quickly.

Cons

I do not like how it redirects to a different page such as the time sheet when using the calendar. It can be difficult to read the information on the appointments from calendar view and you have to click on the appointment to open it up to see all the needed info.

Overall I’ve had a great experience with CentralReach, I do wish the app was easier to use as the actual program is through the website.

Pros

I really enjoy the ease of use. It is very simple to take data necessary for work on my clients and easily converts that data into graphs for me.

Cons

Very infrequently there will be system wide issue where the system becomes impossible to use. In such situations it becomes difficult to then be able to convert my necessary data for my clients

My experience with central reach has been really great. Once I learned the system it was a lot better for me and really convenient.

Pros

I like the features available and how they give you drafts of templates that can be used. It saves some time.

Cons

Early on it is really difficult to learn the software.

Reason for choosing CentralReach

I liked the amount of features that were available for the price of the software. It’s nice being able to do just about everything in one software.

Pros

I run ABA programs for kids with autism. Central reach makes it so easy to collect data and track the kid’s progress over time.

Cons

The app can be a little confusing at first, but nothing that exploring a bit won’t fix. Its also an option to run the program from a web browser

I love working on CR, because it is a program that over all I under how to navigate most of it, it’s easy and user friendly.

Pros

I like Central Reach because it’s easy to access and navigate, and it’s user friendly.

Cons

There is a new feature that is not very easy to understand, and I am having a little difficulty understanding what I am looking at, however it’s new so I hope to get better at it.

Amazing! I learned a lot and love the company.

Pros

The costumer service when I didn’t understand how to interact with the software was amazing. The lessons reinforced what they taught and provided quizzes so I really got the material.

Cons

Occasionally the software messed up and the videos didn’t show as completed.

The initial training is well organized and complete, but no matter what questions come during implementation! We had some unique questions related to workflow and how to optimize the system. Having a BCBA \*\*IN\*\* support was awesome. It's so cool that this company really GETS what we do and how we need the system to work. I've found the support to be positive and very helpful!

Like I mentioned, transitioning to it was easy and it seems to be reliable. I have yet to experience any problems or outages.

Pros

I like that it uses all of our old forms so transitioning to it was easy.

Cons

That the appointment time defaults to 15 minutes.

Central Reach allows for true visibility and transparency of client's programs. Goals are easily entered into learning trees for all of those working with the clients as well as caregivers to view with real time data graphed for you. Having everyone working together collaboratively is essential, and the learning trees truly allow for that. With the use of the scheduling tool and authorizations tracking, supervisors can manage multiple clients and team members with ease. The tutorials in the help section, especially the videos, are helpful in keeping up with the new options that Central Reach often adds.

Great software! Wonderful features in terms of billing, scheduling, management of goals and data tracking! New helpful tools being added all the time. Customer service is always there to help, and the great part is that they take feedback from the field and from customers to improve their software. There is a lot of information on the site, and lots of useful tools. The site is becoming more streamlined over time, to make it easier for users. Additionally, when new features are added, the team helps with trainings, webinars, and help articles. Highly recommend!
