Comments: I signed up at first as I was attracted to two things. Firstly was FreshOffice's clean and modern interface, it was beautiful to use and like their name, Fresh!

Secondly, after looking through the functions available for use, I felt that Sugarubs would be better served to have Website and Email integration where all my clients information are intelligently saved into a list and I can send out Mass Mailing without having to pay for another EDM Software! It was easy to upload all my Excel File data and from there I was ready to use FreshOffice from wherever I was in the world as it is cloud based.

Another exciting feature for me is to be able to display my sales figures in a Graph function at the click of a button and this is indeed useful when I want to chart the growth of my Business and show my Investors an overall picture instead of just plain numbers.

However the best thing about FreshOffice has to be that, it is the most Value for Money Business Software as all functions are unlocked to be used at one cheap flat price. This is unlike other CRM softwares, where they unlock the functionality tiers according to how much you pay monthly.
Thumbs up FreshOffice and I would definitely be continuing with Freshoffice as Sugarubs grows.

Great CRM, but can be better

Comments: Pros
I like the UI and ease of introducing a new client in the CRM. It also easily allows me to invoice and create internal tasks from projects for clients.

Cons
The learning curve of the system is steep and takes awhile to adjust. Furthermore, the headers are direct translation of the original CRM and creates confusion at times.

Overall
It looks like this CRM can be the next Salesforce killer, but requires more time for localisation and debugging for a more polished UX. Great product guys, keep it up, don't stop and I really look forward to a fresher Freshoffice to be released soon.

Comments: I was a little hesitant about using an online platform to manage my business, but I feel quite silly now. FreshOffice has made my life so much easier. I can now really take care of my clients, keep an eye on what my colleagues (or underlings lol) are doing and see where I can make more money vs making more losses.

Most importantly, I can handle my small business in a much more professional manner... The software has really helped me streamline my processes. More efficiency, more money!
