"Best Decision "
Overall: Excellent working with this very helpful team.
Pros: After much research, we opted for Pomodo, the best decision ever! The software is extremely versatile, very detailed, and logical to understand. Best of all is the support they are very responsive and care about the users and solve issues quickly.
Cons: It is a very complex system, learning all of the possibilities of the system is time-consuming, but well worth the time involved.
"Pomodo POS"
Overall: They are great to work with when resolving issues. Many of our problems were quickly addressed. We convert from Quickbooks POS with very little effort. Pomodo made it far less difficult than we would have imagined by importing most of our data from quickbooks to Pomodo for us. I believe we made the right decision in choosing Pomodo.
Pros: Great customer support team. Easy to learn.
Cons: Combination of needing to use both a desktop and cloud (back office) version
"Excellent for the last 5 years"
Overall: Whenever I needed help to set up or program issues, I was always able to get my issues resolved quickly and efficiently.
Pros: Once I got the program set up, it was very easy to use and keep track of my inventory as accurately as possible.
Cons: The only reason I am switching over to another program is because I need to keep track of medical records along with inventory so I needed to switch everything over. So for a while I did have information in separate programs so it was a bit time consuming, but the program wasn't built for what I needed as I grew. That would be the only thing that I had to have information in multiple programs.
"Best POS system for Beer Distributors"
Pros: The amount of technology in the POS system makes keeping track of inventory a breeze. Customer service is fantastic, and always gets you answers to your questions/ issues immediately. They thoroughly train you to be confident in running your business with their technology.
Cons: I haven't had 1 bad experience with Pomodo

Overall: From implementation to full use, it was quick and easy.
Pros: Customer support has been fantastic from the beginning. Pomodo is easy to navigate.

Pros: Ease of use and excellent training and customer support by the ADI Pomodotech staff. Also, no need for a long-term contract.
Cons: It would be nice to be able to track lot numbers and expiration dates on some of my perishable products.
"POMODO"
Pros: I like the way it Helps track inventory and orders that are placed. You also can gain control over your inventory. Also helps you gain control over package sizes as well. I like using this program to keep track of my inventory.
Cons: I have no problems with this program. Sometimes it does run a little slow but that could be because of the server I am on.

Overall: The staff at Pomodo Tech are awesome! They take the time to work with us and train us when needed. We are very impressed with them.
Pros: This inventory software can be adjusted to our type of inventory (Pet Food Bank) which is very complicated. It is also very easy to move around in and we can grow our use as we grow.
