"Building Stronger Communities with ToucanTech's Solutions"

**Overall:** Very positive, they are supportive of your initiatives and work with you on getting the most out the platform to suit your needs

**Pros:** Technical support has been excellent and their flexibility and help with website evolution.

**Cons:** Getting to grips with the Database. This is probably more me than ToucanTech but I find the search filters difficult to use to create bespoke mailing lists.

**Alternatives Considered:** [Hivebrite](https://www.capterra.com/p/147279/Hivebrite/), [Graduway](https://www.capterra.com/p/134140/Graduway/) and [Almabase](https://www.capterra.com/p/133653/Almabase/)

**Reasons for Choosing ToucanTech:** ToucanTech was already set up. The renewal process, training offered and the flexibility of the product.

"Needs fulltime use, otherwise very frustrating to use occasionally"

**Overall:** I use it very seldom , but find it frustrating to obtain the results I require. Help information is on a separate Web page and the search on that is not comprehensive.

**Pros:** It's comprehensive and obviously has many features that are not relevant to some users

**Cons:** I didn't find it very intuitive and would have found more hints useful when errors occurred, although I know ToucanTech are always looking to improve the system
