Cons Lessonly didn't have as many options in terms of content types as the LMS that our organization replaced it with. If I have something I do not understand about the process, I just refer to Lessonly for a more accurate and step-by-step process.  Cons I haven't noticed anything for me not to use this because it is perfect for knowledge gainer.
