It was a seamless transition from our old check out system to this, which is a huge plus. The students and professors are wowed by it. **Pros:** It's extremely helpful for students and professors to be able to see exactly what is currently available or checked out. The checkout and reservation processes are pretty intuitive, and was easy to learn. **Cons:** Like any software, it has bugs sometimes. We found making reservations and checking out very easy for our team. However, in the future, we might need a simpler plan for two reasons: 1.We don’t use some of the features, so a plan that includes only what we need would suffice. 2.The yearly price is too expensive for us as a small production house, especially since the price range for video production in Italy is slightly lower than the European or American average. It would be amazing to have a more affordable plan with fewer features, perfectly tailored to small teams like ours. I believe this could also benefit many other small filmmaker teams. And, if you’re thinking about creating such a plan, we’d happily raise our hands to be your test pilots—just let us know :D **Pros:** The possibility to visually see the items in the inventory and that makes the preparation of the list very easy **Cons:** Just a couple of adjustments on the mobile app: the most important for us would be to give the reservation a name already from the mobile app while preparing the reservation.
