The software itself is nice to have the different options.

Cons

It has crashed multiple times in the middle of the day. Customer service is not great, and will leave you on hold forever.

Great to deal with and enjoy talking to the support group. They are well trained in any area I've asked question about. That's a plus for me

Works well with Quickbooks, user friendly and can be learned quickly. Reliable server. Value is well worth the cost.

Cons

I wished it had a buy here pay here option and offered more reports. But that's not really a problem considering how well the software does better overall.

Coming from IDS dealership software to Everlogic was like night and day transition. All of the tasks in system are so easy to accomplish and perform, that it's easy to overthink the process and make it difficult.

Pros

How easy it is to go from one task to another, add notes, and go on about your way.

Cons

The inability to effectively track parts in system, in conjunction with work orders.

Customer service has helped me by working on issues and then getting back with me with solutions. The recent video updates on EOD by rep has also helped and I've tried to implement any similar experiences I've had with the solutions he presented.

Pros

Being able to keep track of the shop tech billable hours for our company. Also, the availability of customer support when you have any issue ... they answer or call back immediately and do not keep you waiting for hours, but do not stop until they have helped resolve an issue. I have not found one impolite person and they've all been amazing at answering my questions.

Cons

I get click happy with my RO's and sometimes enter them more than once and have to return back and void the multiple ones. So, that's really my issue. The EOD when there is a credit card refund have proven to be tricky when transferring to QB accounting ...

Every once in a while there is a glitch, but they always fix it.

Pros

It is very user friendly. The customer support staff is amazing. They are very helpful. They are always happy to help and never have I felt like an imposition when calling them. The remote sessions are a big help.

Cons

Only because I have to add something in this box, it is pricey, but worth it.
