Pros: I liked the clean, minimalist interface and found the styling really refreshing and attractive. It also seemed very well-adapted to the needs of an agency, and I liked the idea of having analytics and resource management as part of the tool.

Cons: Once I started using the aforementioned clean, attractive interface, I felt like it was a bit TOO pared down. It didn't feel approachable and transparent, and I thought that the other members of my team would find it unfriendly.

Also, since we're not an agency, I felt like the invoicing, expenses, timesheets, and other features weren't necessary and would have liked to hide them.

Pros: Overall i would like to say that this is really a good tool for me to know how to use and will continue

Cons: Sometimes i think that it would help me and others if it was easier to learn and pick up on with less effort

Comments: We are a design agency and a few months ago, we decided to adopt thrive and pay annually in exchange of expected features to be developed and bug fixing.

Unfortunately, as of today, we are far from a finished product and we just can't use it on a daily basis. This is not usable in a professional environment and we would not recommend it to anyone. In other words, my team of 15+ designers hated it.

The founder refused to refund us or even stop our annual subscription because he prefers money than satisfied clients.
