Oracle Spatial and Graph is a separately-licensed option of Oracle Database. The spatial features manage geographic and location-data in a native type within an Oracle database, supporting automated mapping/facilities-management, geographic information systems, wireless location services and location-enabled e-business. The graph features include Network graphs used in transportation, telcos, utilities and energy, and RDF graphs used in social networks/interactions, linked data and integration.

Pros: it is highly scalable and has a large number of spatial features necessary to solve any problem that may arise, the management of data and the mapping syncronization it's really effective and esay to use, also the integration of differents GIS formats specially open source formats like graphSON and gml. Has a good price-quality ratio
Cons: It could be better in features for new handlers that are not used to using a tool of this type, but it makes up for it with good customer service and documentation of couser a lot of effectives features
