Pros: I like that you are always working live, graphic take off second to none, products interchangeable at any point no need for a thousand formulas/recipes/string to change 1 item

Cons: They are in WA so 2 hour time delay to east coast for customer support, but apart from that it's great

Overall: Speed in estimating, accuracy,

Pros: I really liked the sound of this program. But I have been very very disappointed with it. Not sure if this is a pro, but it was a tax deduction.

Cons: I really don't know where to start as there are so many things within this program that are not user friendly. A couple of examples of this is that you can not edit anything within the addenda once its produced and you need it to export it to excel to edit. If you find you've then missed something, you are then required to start this process all over again which you can lose hours of work which then needs to be redone. Another example is that the program can not work out how many studs are required for building timber frame walls. As the program cost so much I still have to use it as it is slightly faster than pen and paper and I can't afford to just go out and buy another program.

Overall: Very disappointing to say the least.
