I use it each day to help filter my prospects by vertical and it makes quick work so i can get out of the office and go sell.

Pros

Good at identifying potential leads and sales opportunities. Efficient through the conversion funnel. Personalization makes it mine.

Cons

The initial setup and learning process to be a bit challenging. It can sometimes be slow to load or experience errors when processing data.

Buzzboard definitely helps with sales outreach, it can quickly create templates that a human would need to spend a lot more time on. It's not a perfect tool, though, and can have devastating inaccuracies due to relying on outdated or incomplete sources.

Pros

Allows for quick generation of personalized emails that would take far longer for a human to do.

Cons

The tool isn't perfect and inaccuracies are common.

Using Buzzbard these last several years has been a game changer. The intel and reporting providing is absolutely essential to what I do!

The Competition Report has allowed us to demonstrate where our prospects stand against their competition regarding digital ad spends. The ability to have the prospect pick the competitors really makes the report impactful.

It can take a bit of time to view a profile after it has been added.

Pros

The site audit is a great ice breaker and always gives a reason for prospects to talk to you. the advertising section shows me where there is opportunity to grow. Great all around tool to really prospect a specific vertical, or geo and generate call lists from.

Cons

i would like to see more accuracy if possible on the Ad spend information, often when asking what thier budgets are it shows a much lower spend in Buzzboard then what clients are actually investing.

Buzzboard is a great ice breaker when cold calling clients. It allows you to give an interest creating remark, which in turn, helps start the conversation.

Pros

Product is easy to use. There are so many features that you can drill down to the exact type of client you are looking to sell.

Cons

When you first use the system it is a little overwhelming because of all the different feature that are available.

My number one pet peeve with any software is intuitive usability. Buzz Board does a really good job of keeping its functionality in the world of normal people and not just code writers.

Pros

This is the first product I have used that actually harvests all the available data on a client's digital foot print. Not only can you research your client but you can run comparisons against their competitors and present both sets of data to your client to help them understand where they are falling short in the digital space. I would highly recommend this resource.

Cons

the software has trouble telling the difference between local and national accounts. If a business has a national website for a local digital storefront, that can create confusion. Some of the terms listed in the in depth reports should have definitions right next to them

I love the ability to look and see how current and LOCAL clients are using the web.

Cons

I think the categories are too broad. Many time the search brings in businesses that don't seem to fit the search criteria.
