Pros

Good range of features and solid selection of KPIs. Competitor report can be useful for those not tech savvy.

Cons

clunky, awkward to navigate at times. Adding competitors manually is slow, needs multi window functionality to help save time. Not very useful for multi location business. Can review individual locations but would really like to group all into 1. Could benefit from draawing in display advertising, text ads and also GMB images

Pros

Quick and ease of use. Buzzboard takes some of the ease out of doing a needs assessment when you first meet with a client.

Cons

Although this is a very helpful tool sometimes there are errors. For instance the report may say a prospect doesn't have a facebook page when they actually do.

Lots of use in sales pitches, used it to motivate customers to purchase digital products

Pros

Built to match our sales process, often has useful info I wouldn't have any other way. Easy for clients to understand, well designed reports.

Cons

Often has errors, sometimes claims websites are mobile friendly when they aren't, or vice versa, and often is in error when checking whether certain keywords are showing up on google

I get frustrated with it at least 2 or 3 times a week because of how long it takes to create a profile.

Pros

The fact that it assigns a profile owner and shows the date the profile was generated.

Cons

way too often, nothing happens when I try to create a new profile.

Allows for much more strategic conversations moving forward with clients.

Pros

It provides valuable insight into clients digital health allowing you to go into meetings better prepared. Customer service has been great with our team. The Google extension is one of my favorites!

Cons

The information is not always up to date or there are minor inaccuracies. Adding competitors manually is a pain, but usually necessary as the ones it pulls are often wrong - possibly due to incorrect category listings. The UI and UX have improved, but it still has a way to go. Can be laggy and time consuming.

I liked the initial concept of what the service would bring to the sales team... but what was delivered did not match up.

Cons

The service provided was not what was explained to us internally. Inaccurate data, not user friendly, not time saving, no use or integration with existing company data sets or CRM.

Simplisity makes a big difference for out clients to understand what they need to improve appon. Score is a great add on

Cons

Platform is still a bit slow and it makes for awkwawrd parts of my sales pitch. even after the information loads.

The software provides reporting in less than 1 minute in most cases. It also allows you to add competitors very easily.

Cons

Sometimes the competitors that it pulls up are duplicates and they will be the same business but have a different score.

I think customer service was a bit weak i knowledge but overall response to my problem was quick , it took them time to sort out the issues .

We are finding more leads and making more sales calls. This is a really helpful prospecting tool!

Pros

Buzzboard opened our eyes to MANY client opportunities that my team was unaware of, it also gives us a glimpse into businesses that are already working to market themselves and are, thereby, viable prospects, versus those who are asleep at the switch and will be unlikely to invest in marketing initiatives.

Cons

We found the UI to be complicated and non intuitive. The new platform is much easier, but takes getting used to.

The navigation throughout each section is cumbersome and difficult. It would be nice to identifie how much digital spending websites spend on social, google search, display or any other tactic they are using.

Showing the NAP error rates and the social media ratings. Many people are unaware that they have incorrect listings.

Cons

Sometimes it takes forever to load and some of the information is incorrect at times, such as whether or not a site is mobile friendly.

It is a nice program to offer to our clients. The information is interesting.

Pros

The information provided is great. It is great to see the digital presence of each customer and compare them to the competition.

Cons

It isn't easy to figure out the program without help. Through trial and error I figured out what I needed to do. There is so much more information available, but I don't know how to access it. Also, the categories for the companies isn't consistent. You can have "dentist" and also "dentists".

The one thing I don't like about this software, is that if i search a company, and I don't save it to a list, it just gets rid of it.
