Shipping Dept Printing Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Still growing on me." October 5, 2020 3.0 Pros I can do International shipments without filling out a lot of customs commodity info. Cons When someone in production create a shipment in pace and forgets to check the planned box. Then it doesn't translate over to process shipper. I wish the planned shipment weren't an option. If I need to send an shipping label to a 3rd party you can not save the label as a PDF. It would make it a little easier if I could save the label as a PDF. Review Source WZ Walter Z. US Distros are easy to work with Cons International shipments with UPS don't work as intended and International Distros don't work or aren't easy to work with. From saving adresess to getting quotes on pricing i would pick this software every time. Pros This software is very easy/straight forward to use. President Printing Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Tough to learn" October 12, 2020 3.0 Poor-partially because of our own fault and partially because in teaching folks, they didn't easily pick it up. It is not an intuitive piece of software. Pros We have yet to use this software, largely because we have let it languish but also because it was very difficult to learn and subsequently teach others on it's use. Also, even though once we use it. it seems to be very particular or finicky in its use. Cons Hard to learn/use. Cons I have been working with EFI for 2 months trying to get answers so I can get Process Shipper installed on our PACE system. I have called the EPI people who are in charge of Process Shipper and leave them voicemails and emails with no response. I am constantly chasing these people to call me back and get the answers I need to I can complete the steps needed to install the software. Review Source MC Martin C. October 12, 2020 5.0 Pros It is great how easy it is to UPS or FedEx a package within PrintSmith. Cons I wish it worked with couriers and self delivery.
