Ease of use. Ability to send out realistic physical cards. Emailed articles to keep in contact with clients. Use of online reviews for Google and social media.

Cons

The toughest part so far is the ability to link the chat feature to my website.

Rocket Referrals is an essential tool for independent agents. The ability to automate feedback emails, cross-selling campaigns, renewal reminders, and more makes everyone's lives easier. The existing integration to our agency management system helps things run smoothly, and our account manager, Matt, is incredibly helpful and supportive of our goals. I would highly recommend this service."

The product is really helpful and easy to use! I like the automation with requesting surveys and feedback. For me, the VERY best part is the customer service.

Cons

I wish I could see metrics regarding referral partners more easily.

Very useful up until now - about one month of use.

Pros

I like how it interacts with my agency management software and automatically sends out emails and contacts to my clients but I have the right to approve any communication first. It forces me to update my contacts in my ams.

Cons

Sometimes the integration with the ams is not exact or I have to go into the ams to change it in order for it to work correctly with Rocket Referrals.
