Rocket Referrals is simply the most cost effective marketing tool I've ever used. Pros For us, the most important feature of the software is finding out how our clients view us and the job we're doing for them. It's great to know who's happy, and more importantly who's not. Not only is the product great and easy to use, but Rocket Referral get's one things really well....They understand how we as business owners work. We are out of time and while touch-points and follow-up are vital to getting referrals, we are just too busy and don't have time. With Rocket Referrals 90% of it is automated with little time needed. Pros The customer service is extraordinary. I don't know if I've ever had a good experience talking to support on any other service. More importantly l, the service itself works wonderfully.
