I have enjoyed working with Rocket Referrals a great deal! It has been a great experience so far. I have had a number of questions about how to do different things, but Matthew has been very quick to respond and very helpful with anything I needed. I feel like I have added an ally to my agency since we have partnered with Rocket Referrals.

Pros

Ease of use. Site is user friendly and set up was painless.

Cons

I can't think of a con. The product is good, service is good, price is fair. What's not to like?

Basically Rocket Referrals has filled a huge gap in our agency. By teaming up with Rocket Referrals it has allowed our service staff to have an automated on-boarding welcoming process which for us is a very important personal touch. This has led to more referrals as well a very positive online presence! Much Thanks to Rocket Referrals!

My NW agency mgmt. system isn't compatible, which isn't so much RR fault as it is just difficult to generate information needed to use RR effectively for the duration of our exclusiveness with Nationwide

A wide variety of options to choose from for us to keep in touch with our clients. We are always looking for those non billing and non claim contacts. We feel it this program will really help our retention and loyalty numbers as well as drive additional referrals. All of this at a very competitive expense!

Feature rich and automated. It allows us to automate contact with hour clients in a way we would otherwise be unable to do

East to navigate. Logical thinking needed! If I can't figure it out, help is only a phone call away.

I am sure as I continue to use the system, something will have a bug, because I have barely touched the surface of all that it offers, nothing crazy has happened yet.

easy of use and support. Software allows me to continually monitor the service we deliver to our valued clients. Great service will result in referrals.
