Very helpful customer service. Quick responses and resolution when submitting a ticket for assistance. Whether it's adding a map to our email and map link to text or questions on new products, always helpful and informative. Initial setup had a few kinks, but they were able to work through a formatting issue and make adjustments as things come up. Since setup and deployment things run smoothly and effortlessly. Serious time saver for staff.

Pros

We can customize all communications as often as we need. With so many changes in 2020 this feature proved essential in communicating effectively with patients about ever changing guidelines. Also, excellent customer service, quick and responsive. With multiple communication options available a patient can choose how they want to be contacted. Wish we had done this sooner, absolute time saver!

Cons

Difficulty integrating new report from our system with an acceptable format for their system.

Reasons for choosing RevSpring

Compared to other systems we looked at, this was the most reasonably priced and has proven to be very effective and efficient. Why pay more for the same thing?
