It even allows us creating web-portals (views) so our customers can monitor themselves. It is worth mentioning they do not charge per network size. We are monitoring our AWS servers to know the issues before customers complain... We also monitor remotely (and securely our infrastructure installed at customer's sight. Pros Universal set of features Cons None, but I would recommend them to hire another marketing person, actually, I doubt they have one. Their website does not reflect the value of the software.
