We processed them for on-boarding for a new client they wanted to work with. We provided them this Client's Requirements up front prior to them signing, as well as, our Fees and Refund policy. This Company decided to cancel their on-boarding after the fact and expected a full refund, even after we clearly showed them our refund policy. They then threatened us with bad reviews and credit card dispute if we didn't refund their fees, even after we refunded the portion of their fees we could refund. We have over 4500 companies on our platform like this one, and this is our first bad review all because its very clear they didn't read any of the materials provided to them.
