Pretty good software for the health and safety auditing. Once it integrates smoother it will be more useful to us.

Pros

This software does a good job of providing editable forms for collecting health and safety date. We’ve found it useful.

Cons

There were some limitations in the way in integrated with our software Jobber. There are work around using Zapier.

Brilliant, since using it for the first time 20 months ago, it has been a breath of fresh air and they have really found an opening in the market for a platform like this. I'm exited to see the future

The constant product development they are doing to the platform and how they genuinely bring what they say they are going to do to life

Cons

Having to wait for certain new features, although they almost always delivery, having to wait can be frustrating but for all of the right reasons

Pros

It’s remarkably efficient at building tailored training programs—based on patterns the system detects in reports/audits—making it easy to craft courses for recurring issues. At SafetyCulture we customize the interface -our way- and manage staff credentials with automated checks and tracking.

Cons

Notifications sometimes go overboard — too frequent when several users 'jump in' to update or comment on the same inspection.

It links straight to our approved catalog—so making requests or getting approvals feels effortless. Each piece of equipment’s tied to a qr code for instant info \[history, checks, location\]. SafetyCulture’s smart reports handle audits—no tedious manual reviews required.

Cons

The file storage section could use a boost — a more structured layout would help group finished reports by project type.

My overall experience has been extremely positive. SafetyCulture brought more structure, speed, and transparency to our safety and quality processes. The entire team adopted it with ease, and it’s now a key part of our workflow. I highly recommend it to any company serious about improving operational safety and audit quality.

Pros

The flexibility to create custom checklists, the ease of doing inspections on mobile devices (even offline), and the automated alerts for follow-ups.

Cons

The per-user pricing might be a challenge for smaller teams. Also, some advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans

SafetyCulture has brought all of our safety processes together into one system. I no longer need to track down paper forms or email threads. Our reporting’s faster and it gives us genuine sightlines to where our greatest safety risks are.

Pros

I'm largely using SafetyCulture to manage inspection, safety checks and training records across a number of sites. I love how customizable it is, I’m able to customize templates and use them for our internal processes and make quick adjustments without IT having to do anything. Its second nature now to bring it up on my phone at walkarounds, log an issue there and then or see who has done their latest safety modules.

Cons

Backend setup can be a little overwhelming out the gate, especially if you're looking to set up forms or automation. Some of the dashboards would benefit from having more intuitive filters and it would be nice if there were reports that were easier to sort by date/ or site. Sometimes the mobile app is too limiting as compared to the desktop version and it slows you down out in the field.

Safety culture has helped a lot to streamline the incident reporting it helps both end users to report the issue as well as IT service team to review and resolve the incident by using the safety culture web application where every incident is stored digitally with timestamps and clear information of the incident which is useful for timely resolution by the service team and as well as for future audits

Pros

Safety culture helps users in our organization to report incidents faced in our enterprise applications using the standardized templates for incident reporting created in the Safety culture digital platform available both on web and mobile .The templates can be easily customized in the editor using drag and drop and also has an AI feature to create a template based on giving a prompt of the requirement

Cons

The AI template creation process works well only if proper description of the required fields in the template is provided else it will just give a generic template which needs to be further edited

Cons

The main drawback — a cap of three mobile devices per user — means logging out (again and again) just to switch devices.

SafetyCulture helps me with paperwork as well as being compliant and organized. Inspections are consistent and auditable evidence can be presented. Staff training is also easier as there are established standardized procedures and it also minimizes mistakes and provides me with peace of mind and helps increase productivity.

Pros

For my day to day operations, I predominantly run inspections, track daily checklists and keep all the audit evidence consolidated in one place using SafetyCulture. What I like the most is how fast I can create or modify a checklist and that is something I do almost daily. I appreciate that I no longer have to chase paper forms or email threads as all the logs are captured in the application and can be reviewed easily.

Cons

Report generation can be somewhat restrictive, in terms of customization and I often have to do additional work in Excel after exporting the data. I also find it cumbersome to format pictures and other locked segments in templates.

SafetyCulture is very useful for creating custom Incident reporting forms for our IT applications so that users can report using thes forms and incident resoliution teams can quickly resolve the issues in a organised way .There is a wide variety of predefined templates in the SafetyCulture template library which can be used and all the fields in the template can be customised as per the actual use case.

Pros

Have been using SafetyCulture for the users to report an IT incident .The IT Incident report Form template available in SafetyCulture predefined templates was used and further customised based on our requirement .We has a usecase to capture all the details of an IT incident that the user is facing and use these details to resolve the IT incident by the incident resolution team. The entire application is cloud based and is vry easy to setup and customize and deploy to end users who are using the application so that they can report any IT incidents with details using the safetyculture application.

Cons

The summary view of all open incidents in the dashboard view not very intuitive .Would like to see a calendar view of all open and closed incident so that the overall status of incidents can be quickly understood
