### "A robust and Powerful Platform to Improve the Overall Efficiency of your Organization."

September 13, 2025

4.0

It is a powerful and robust platform suited for all sizes of organizations. Its features would be really effective to make the organization as a whole more efficient. Its templates are really helpful, which otherwise would have made the platform very complex. A training on the usage of the platform would be helpful to make the staff of the organization acquainted with this platform more quickly. This will encourage improving the overall efficiency of the organization faster.

Pros

It brings all the data into a single Dashboard, which makes it more effective for easy decision-making. Its easy accessibility via the web is also a plus point. The availability of templates makes work easier and faster. The AI feature definitely assists a lot in solving immediate problems.

Cons

I love most parts of this platform. For users to be highly effective using this platform, they have to do a lot of learning. I also wish that the processing speed of documents were a little faster than its current processing speed. More users will be attracted if the pricing is made a little lower.

### "Retail & Engineer Company (Trying to Obtain 1 Solid Playform"

April 15, 2026

4.0

Overall - 100% Happy, Great product and Implemented Really well, The Team Are always Helpful and Offered Great support Setting us up at the beginning. The Software is easy To learn and There is so Much Helpfull guides and Content to be Found.

Pros

The Format of Editing Templates - It Feels Smooth and Easy to Use, It allows for Quick Changes and Sense Check of the Questions/Code you have added. The Compliance as whole works Great the Anaylitics give it a real smooth Feel. As a senior Manager its great to manage compliance and Set a clear consistant standard

Cons

It would be Great if Some Settings Were on a More Overview setting for the Admin. Also approvals is Tough, There needs to be a Way for Quicker and easier approvals to work. It would be Great it we Could Build Larger Safety Culture Models for Example... I have 1 Asset Tab - It would be Great to Be able to Rename the Assets to Vans, Then Add another Assets Tab Called Devices and Be Able to Run Multiple Set ups... Also the Same for the Sites Button... No Idea why i Can View Sites on Phone? And No Idea why we Can Run Multiple Site set ups with different Structures. Rather Departments Based

### "Could be better"

April 23, 2026

3.0

Was very good but I feel they are losing focus as a company. Listen to customer concerns more and don't make so many changes without getting feedback first.

Pros

Easy to create templates for inspections and pretty good analytics. The web interface is very good and the support team is helpful.

Cons

The company makes changes without giving customers enough notice. Provide more migration tools. I have currently having to recreate 450 schedules manually as no migration tool is available.

### "good platform, but scoring and report controls could improve"

April 24, 2026

4.0

Overall, SafetyCulture has been good to use. It helps with inspections, audits and keeping records organised. The main things I think could improve are the scoring system, corrective actions, and having better control over internal versus external reports. Being able to create two versions of a report would be very helpful, because it would reduce the risk of internal peer review notes being shown externally by mistake.

Pros

SafetyCulture is good overall. It helps keep inspections and audits organised, and it is useful having the reports, notes and actions in one place. It makes it easier to keep track of what has been checked and what still needs to be followed up.

Cons

The scoring could be improved. It works, but it could be more flexible and easier to adjust depending on the type of inspection. Also, there is a high chance of peer review comments showing on a report if a tag or setting is missed. It would be better if we could generate two report versions: one internal version with all the peer review notes, and one external version that is clean and ready to send out. Corrective actions could also be improved. They are useful, but the process for assigning, tracking and closing them could be smoother.

### "Thank you SafetyCulture, You Rock!"

April 15, 2026

5.0

Love the team that I work with at SafetyCulture. Everytime that I have a question they are there to help me through. Everytime that SafetyCulture rolls out a new feature, I love the way that it fits seamlessly into out safety program.

Pros

I love how the product is always looking for ways to solve the problems that us field safety people are facing. Could not think of another company that I have every worked with that was always putting their customers first.

Cons

Nothing at this time. I have not run across anything that I would classify that is a con. Keep up the great work!

Reason for choosing SafetyCulture

We looked into almost 25 different solutions. SafetyCulture checked all of the boxes. A lot of companies had great training but lacked inspections and other vise versa. They worked with me on the seat types since it is tough to determine who might go over 12 inspections a year and provided me a more flexible option.

### "iscoverin other features"

April 23, 2026

4.0

Mostly a positive experience. but id like to drill deeper and see if it has the ability to house fleet and forklift schedules and adhoc servicing so i can enter km's or dates as to when they are due to be be serviced. i could do the same for equipment and building repairs but i do not know where to starts

Pros

The Staff credentials features allow me to get a ton of info about all our staff members all in one place in the same format

Cons

Some times there is some loading and saving lag especially when loading or saving documents. Also the lag if up to an hour when inputting data for it to show against a person is frustrating

### "Horizon Scanning Safety"

April 15, 2026

5.0

Very positive, supportive and engaging, its helped the safety team get on with the day to day and reduced the admin burden.

Pros

The engagement it has given the workforce, in reporting incidents and seeing actionable follow up. it has increased our near miss reporting and actively changes or safety culture. Super easy to use and deploy, our engineering team are now approaching the safety team with "can it do that" questions, to which the answer has been "yes"! We have implemented 5's in all the labs, used it for monthly safety meetings and recently asset management. We like that the tool gets stronger with new features being released monthly.

Cons

Analytics could be more intuitive, but the tool is getting easier to use, i wish that a limited amount of training could be given to Guest licence holders for onboarding, to keep costs down but on the whole I am very happy with the system.

### "Great product that will improve your productivity"

April 15, 2026

5.0

It's very good. I like to champion it to others and share the good word. I love the fact that it is very agile and they really listen to their customers to make changes and improvements.

Pros

The customer support is second to none. The ease of use is also excellent. It is quite expensive, but you get what you pay for and good products don't come cheap.

Cons

Sometimes the platform starts on a project but then drops it without carrying on to develop it. This can be frustrating.

April 15, 2026

The product is now “part of the package” that new employees go through in our state of the art training centre, and most significantly has “contributed to a culture of quality” throughout our business worldwide.

Pros

Before SafetyCulture, paper inspections created challenges with miscommunication, illegibility and downplaying issues. After proof of concept, we began a phased rollout across the organization throughout 2017 and 2018, where we saw vast amounts of employee engagement with the platform.

Cons

Occasional version differences between IOS, Android & PC different browsers has caused minor confusion internally on occasion.

### "Great Inspection Platform"

April 23, 2026

Overall experience has been very positive. The price is right, customer service is great, and the inspection results turn out professional

Pros

The ease of use and it is very user friendly. End results come out looking professional. The price is great.

Cons

### "Review of Safety Culture."

April 23, 2026

5.0

The SafetyCulture app is an overall strong and effective product because it simplifies how organizations manage safety, audits, and inspections in real-world environments. Its mobile-friendly design makes it easy for supervisors to complete inspections in the field, capture photos, and document issues in real time. The platform supports consistency by standardizing audit criteria while still allowing flexibility for site-specific needs. Automated reporting, trend tracking, and corrective action follow-up improve visibility and accountability. By making audits easier to complete and data easier to understand, SafetyCulture helps shift safety efforts from reactive compliance to proactive continuous improvement and stronger safety engagement.

Pros

The ability to customize audits and inspections within the SafetyCulture app is a significant advantage because it allows the audit process to reflect our actual operational and safety expectations, rather than relying on generic, one-size-fits-all checklists. When audits are tailored to our specific processes, equipment, and risk areas, they become far more meaningful and effective. Customized inspections reinforce consistency by ensuring every auditor is evaluating the same critical items, aligned with our internal safety standards, 5S expectations, and regulatory requirements. This reduces subjectivity and helps eliminate gaps between “what we expect” and “what gets checked.” From a safety culture standpoint, customization helps shift audits from a compliance exercise to a coaching and accountability tool. Clear, site-specific questions make expectations obvious to supervisors and associates, support better discussions during Toolbox Talks, and drive corrective actions that are relevant and actionable.

Cons

Developing and building an effective audit or inspection in the SafetyCulture app can be challenging because it requires a deep understanding of site-specific operations, risks, and expectations. Translating real-world processes into clear, measurable inspection questions takes time and careful planning. Audits must strike the right balance between being thorough and remaining practical for supervisors to complete in the field. Poorly structured audits can lead to inconsistent results or box-checking behaviors. Additionally, aligning questions with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and operational realities often requires multiple revisions and stakeholder input before the audit truly adds value and drives meaningful improvement. Assistance in developing these audits and inspections would be where AI could fill the gap.

### "The power of Safetyculture"

April 15, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with SafetyCulture has been extremely positive. It is an incredible tool that significantly improved the quality, consistency, and speed of data capture on the shop floor. The platform is intuitive and well suited to frontline use, enabling teams to record accurate information in real time and providing strong visibility and traceability. SafetyCulture helped move data capture away from manual, fragmented methods and created a far more reliable and structured approach to audits, inspections, and compliance.

Pros

What I liked most about SafetyCulture was how easy it made capturing consistent, accurate shop‑floor data. The platform is very user‑friendly, works well on mobile devices, and allows flexible templates, so inspections and checks could be completed quickly with minimal training. It improved visibility, accountability, and compliance compared to manual or paper-based methods, while providing a clear audit trail with timestamps, photos, and user attribution.

Cons

What I liked least about SafetyCulture was the limitations around data extraction and reporting. Managing and consolidating data across multiple templates was inefficient, often resulting in numerous CSV exports that required significant manual effort to analyse.

### "SafetyCulture: Great with Data Evaluation & Customer Service"

April 23, 2026

5.0

Overall, I have thoroughly enjoyed the system and the ability it gives me to identify items for improvement with our template submissions. Also the ability it gives me on how we can measure data is unmatched! Every year I have been going to the BETTER event which is a great opportunity for me to learn how I can improve my system and learn from other customers how we can utilize the system more effectively!

Pros

The customer support is unmatched! The employees I have worked with are quick to help me with troubleshooting issues and helping to figure out what works best for my team! The platform is very easy to use and super simple to explain to customer who use it

Cons

I have had some items come up where there is an issue with the system and I hadn't been notified of the issue. We received a note informing us about the issue after we had identified an reported it ourselves, but I would have liked to have been informed about the issue prior to me finding it.

### "Safety Culture Improvement Review"

September 23, 2025

5.0

I think SC is full of potential. I would love for it to be everything it could be. I think with optimizing every section of the software, it can be. Integrating industry-wide certifications and certification courses (Tappisafe, ISO, CPR, Six Sigma, OSHA, etc), broadening the integration software to include other industry software, creating a warehouse tracking ability for industries to know how many materials are in stock and automatically order more when low, create a review setting for managers to have 1 to 1's with their employees, and reevaluating the organization of templates would really help this software shine. I think industries like software that is easy, intuitive, and powerful with the capability to solve many problems at once. I think implementing these features is what would help SC fit UNIQUELY into that space where other companies fail.

Pros

I like the ease of use for those completing inspections and the simplistic interface within the app and on the website. I like the potential it has to replace a lot of paperwork within the industry and the willingness to receive and implement ideas from customers. The potential it has regarding integrations is where I am really excited! I also enjoyed the quick response from customer support. I would love to turn most/all paperwork and computer interfacing into SC work- between training, ordering, tracking, and auditing. It seems to have the potential to be a one-stop-shop for industry work, and it has the bare bones for it.

Cons

I think the limitations regarding the reporting and tracking and within the audit and inspections are where SC struggles. I think that the complex nature of industrial auditing requires any system implemented to have as much flexibility while maintaining simplistic interfacing as possible. The device limit was a big issue at first as well- everyone having a separate log in that changes with personnel loses out versus multiple stationary devices with the same log in when dealing in an industrial setting. But moving on from that, the logic within the audits and the intuitive nature of the reporting is where I found SC lacking. creating an online template that is capable of capturing specific incidents and track specific metrics while being able to notify is where I think it will shine. Lastly, the permissions within the software seem a bit odd and complex. Template control (making folders, moving templates in and out of folders) should not be locked behind the highest permissions. Permissions should be more customizable than where it is now.

### "Driving Safer, Smarter Operations with SafetyCulture"

April 24, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with SafetyCulture has been very positive. The platform is reliable, user-friendly, and well suited for fast-paced operational environments

Pros

What I like most about SafetyCulture is how intuitive and practical it is for real-world operations. The platform makes it incredibly easy to create, customize, and deploy inspections and audits without needing any technical expertise. The mobile app is especially strong—operators can complete checks on the floor in real time, even offline, which significantly improves compliance and data accuracy. I also appreciate how seamlessly it turns inspections into actions; issues can be flagged instantly, tasks assigned, and accountability tracked through to closure. The reporting and analytics are another big plus, as they provide clear visibility into trends, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities, making it easier to support data-driven decisions. Overall, SafetyCulture strikes a good balance between simplicity and capability, helping teams standardize processes while still driving continuous improvement across safety, quality, and operations.

Cons

While SafetyCulture is very strong overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. Advanced customization and reporting can feel somewhat limited without upgrading to higher-tier plans, which may be a drawback for teams looking for deeper analytics or highly tailored dashboards.

### "SC Feature enhancements made perfect for users"

April 23, 2026

4.0

It's a very useful tool to our company. after using it for more than 6 years I can see the enhancements that has been added every year. Their engineers listen wo what the users has to say and do something to make the app user friendly.

Pros

Ease of use and value for money. It has all the things we need in an app that combines Inspection results documentation and visualisation, Onboarding and Training, Contractor Management and Asset Management.

Cons

They still cannot connect the actual inspection records editable version to an action. Only the pdf and web format is linked, hence, the actions done cannot be printed together with the original record in one document.

### "SafetyCulture - Could not and would not be without it"

June 26, 2025

5.0

Incredible. After several years using the platform with two companies, it has become an invaluable tool that helps all colleges in all departments.

Pros

How easy it is to simplify things. It makes it possible to bring consistency across borders from a global perspective.

Cons

At times there is little communication when changes are made to the platform. Some changes have affected useful processes we were using. An example would be sharing templates with external users. When they hit the submit option, we would get an instant text message or email to notify us. This stop working quite some time ago when changes were made

### "Long Term Solution"

April 23, 2026

5.0

Pros

I’ve had a really positive experience overall, especially in three key areas that matter most in day-to-day operations. Customer Support has been consistently responsive and helpful. Any questions or issues I’ve encountered were addressed quickly, with clear explanations and a genuine willingness to assist. It’s reassuring to know there’s a knowledgeable team behind the product that actually cares about resolving problems efficiently. When it comes to Ease of Use, the platform stands out for its intuitive design. Everything feels well-organized and straightforward, which significantly reduces the learning curve. Even for new users, getting started is smooth, and navigating through features feels natural rather than overwhelming. Finally... Audit and inspection capabilities are excellent. The system provides clear, structured processes that make tracking, reviewing, and documenting inspections simple and reliable. This not only saves time but also ensures accuracy and compliance, which is critical for maintaining high standards. Overall, the combination of strong support, user-friendly design, and robust audit functionality makes this a dependable and effective solution.

Cons

Price might be a little bit lower for premium users, and there should be more inspections allowed for lite users and guests.

Overall, my experience with the platform has been positive. I have found the safety certificates and contractor reporting capabilities to be very helpful for our team's workflow and tracking

Pros

All the different ways of storing and tracking documents. I like how it sends out reminders for when items are 90, 30 days coming due.

Cons

Overall, we are happy with the system. It has streamlined our processes, improved visibility of safety activities, and made reporting more efficient, although there are still some areas that could be enhanced.

Pros

SafetyCulture is very easy to use and has helped us significantly in digitalizing our safety system. It has improved efficiency, reduced paperwork, and made tracking inspections much more convenient and accessible across the team.

Cons

One area that could be improved is the inspection list view. It would be beneficial if SafetyCulture could develop a more structured and user-friendly list view to make reviewing and managing multiple inspections easier.

### "SafetyCulture in the Modern Workspace "

June 27, 2025

5.0

Overall, I have had a very positive experience with SafetyCulture. SafetyCultures platform allows me to connect and support my team whether I am traveling out of state or in my home base office at our terminal. SafetyCultures many features empower my team and I to cultivate an efficient and safety driven environment that aids in the production of high-level product and brand integrity. From features like "Issues" which allows my team to report maintenance issues in real time to "Heads Up" which allows my team to start their day with a safety focused message, SafetyCulture paves the way for success.

Pros

The ability to remotely collaborate and engage with colleagues in and out of my territory. With remote approvals I am able to assist my team from home while they are unloading product, this allows for no delays in the unloading and receiving processes.

Cons

April 15, 2026

5.0

Pros

SC is a highly scalable platform with strong growth potential. It is very good to use, and it is great to see that there is always a new area being developed for the benefit of users.

Cons

It would be great if the PDF reports looked a bit nicer and more modern. The layout could be more editable, or there could be a feature that allows users to customize the appearance in a more professional way.
