### "Time-saving solution for inspections and compliance."

August 26, 2025

4.0

SafetyCulture has made a big difference to the way we conduct audits and safety checks at DishIs Technologies. Previously, we used paper checklists which were time consuming and this took time in reporting. Inspections are now digital, reports are now auto-generated and they can now track corrective actions in real-time. It has cut down paperwork, saved time and also enabled us to be consistent with the compliance requirements of different projects.

Pros

I enjoy how simple it is to use and customize SafetyCulture to our audits at DishIs Technologies. Being able to make and use templates, work when out of the office during a site visit and create detailed reports afterwards has saved us a great deal. It equally offers value for money looking by the effectiveness it offers and the customer care team has been fast and responsive whenever we needed answers.

Cons

Occasionally it takes longer to sync our inspections when we multiple load up various inspections to sync, particularly when our internet connection is slow. It does not support all the advanced features and integrations in the free plans and this may be a constraint to smaller teams.

### "Electrical Contracting Review "

April 26, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with SafetyCulture has been very positive. It is easy to use, saves time during inspections and audits, and helps improve visibility of safety issues across the team. The ability to capture information quickly, assign actions, and keep records organised makes it a practical tool for risk and safety management. It supports a more proactive approach to safety rather than just reacting after problems occur.

Pros

SafetyCulture saves time and makes safety management much easier to keep on top of. I like how inspections, audits, actions, and reporting can all be managed in one place instead of relying on paper forms or scattered documents. It helps create a stronger safety culture because issues are easier to record, track, and close out.

Cons

Some setup and template customisation can take a little time at the start, especially if you want the system to match existing site processes. Once it is set up properly, it becomes much easier to use.

### "Could be better"

April 23, 2026

3.0

Was very good but I feel they are losing focus as a company. Listen to customer concerns more and don't make so many changes without getting feedback first.

Pros

Easy to create templates for inspections and pretty good analytics. The web interface is very good and the support team is helpful.

Cons

The company makes changes without giving customers enough notice. Provide more migration tools. I have currently having to recreate 450 schedules manually as no migration tool is available.

### "Safety Culture Positive Experience"

April 26, 2026

5.0

Positive! It's a very dynamic tool that offers a lot of customisability in a way that's logical and easy to follow. It's been easy to roll out and it offers a lot of potential for it's scope of use.

Pros

It has a very intuitive user face, it's easy to navigate, the functionality is logical and easy to understand. The inspection tool especially has set the standard for us, it's logic and capabilities are awesome.

Cons

The back end set up can be a little bit messy, and there are some shortfalls in the assignment functions. There's no way to see someone's progress through a module, no notifications for when an assignment has been submitted, and no indicator when an assignment has been submitted but not yet marked.

One of the best safety platforms that I have ever use. I have told so many of my other safety professionals about it I feel like I should work for them. Also, I had OSHA consultation here and they were very impressed with it.

Pros

The ease of use, also there is so many uses for it. This is a game changer for sure!! It just makes everything work better togeather

Cons

The pro version is just a little expensive, it would be nice if there were a multi seat discount. Other than that... not much.

Overall - 100% Happy, Great product and Implemented Really well, The Team Are always Helpful and Offered Great support Setting us up at the beginning. The Software is easy To learn and There is so Much Helpfull guides and Content to be Found.

Pros

The Format of Editing Templates - It Feels Smooth and Easy to Use, It allows for Quick Changes and Sense Check of the Questions/Code you have added. The Compliance as whole works Great the Anaylitics give it a real smooth Feel. As a senior Manager its great to manage compliance and Set a clear consistant standard

Cons

It would be Great if Some Settings Were on a More Overview setting for the Admin. Also approvals is Tough, There needs to be a Way for Quicker and easier approvals to work. It would be Great it we Could Build Larger Safety Culture Models for Example... I have 1 Asset Tab - It would be Great to Be able to Rename the Assets to Vans, Then Add another Assets Tab Called Devices and Be Able to Run Multiple Set ups... Also the Same for the Sites Button... No Idea why i Can View Sites on Phone? And No Idea why we Can Run Multiple Site set ups with different Structures. Rather Departments Based

### "good platform, but scoring and report controls could improve"

April 24, 2026

4.0

Overall, SafetyCulture has been good to use. It helps with inspections, audits and keeping records organised. The main things I think could improve are the scoring system, corrective actions, and having better control over internal versus external reports. Being able to create two versions of a report would be very helpful, because it would reduce the risk of internal peer review notes being shown externally by mistake.

Pros

SafetyCulture is good overall. It helps keep inspections and audits organised, and it is useful having the reports, notes and actions in one place. It makes it easier to keep track of what has been checked and what still needs to be followed up.

Cons

The scoring could be improved. It works, but it could be more flexible and easier to adjust depending on the type of inspection. Also, there is a high chance of peer review comments showing on a report if a tag or setting is missed. It would be better if we could generate two report versions: one internal version with all the peer review notes, and one external version that is clean and ready to send out. Corrective actions could also be improved. They are useful, but the process for assigning, tracking and closing them could be smoother.

### "amazing and easy to use "

April 23, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Safety Culture has been very positive, particularly in terms of simplifying site compliance and improving visibility across jobs. The platform is easy to use, especially through the iAuditor app. Completing inductions, checklists, and site reports on a phone or tablet is quick and efficient, which makes it practical for teams working on-site. The ability to upload photos, notes, and compliance records in real time helps ensure nothing gets missed and reduces back-and-forth later. From an admin perspective, having everything centralized is a big advantage. You can track submissions, approve inductions, and monitor compliance without needing multiple systems. It also improves accountability, as it’s clear who has completed what and when. There are a few minor drawbacks. Sometimes users need a bit of guidance when first using the app, and if site processes aren’t followed properly (e.g. incomplete uploads), it can create delays. But that’s more about user discipline than the platform itself. Overall, Safety Culture is a reliable and effective tool for managing safety, compliance, and reporting—especially for businesses with field teams or multiple job sites.

Pros

What stands out most about Safety Culture is how much it simplifies and streamlines compliance across sites. The biggest advantage is the ease of use through the iAuditor app. Being able to complete inductions, checklists, and reports directly on-site—while uploading photos and notes in real time—makes the whole process fast and efficient. It cuts down paperwork and reduces the chance of things being missed. Another major plus is the visibility it gives. Everything is centralised, so you can quickly track who has completed inductions, what jobs are compliant, and what still needs attention. That level of transparency really helps with accountability and follow-ups. It also improves communication between the field and the office. Instead of chasing paperwork or updates, everything is already in the system and accessible straight away. Overall, it’s a practical, reliable tool that makes day-to-day site management and compliance much easier.

Cons

One of the main drawbacks with Safety Culture is that it relies heavily on users consistently following the process. If photos, notes, or checklists aren’t completed properly in the iAuditor app, it can lead to delays in approvals or extra admin chasing things up.

### "Simple, Effective, and Reliable"

April 15, 2026

5.0

Overall, a very positive experience—easy to use, with strong inspections and action tracking that improve efficiency.

Pros

We’ve been using SafetyCulture for a while now, and it’s become a key tool in how we manage day-to-day operations. The inspection function is excellent — it’s very easy to build, customise and roll out checklists and internal audits across teams, which helps ensure consistency and high standards across the board. Being able to complete inspections on mobile devices and attach photos in real time is a big advantage. What really stands out is the action management feature. Assigning actions, tracking progress, and having clear accountability has significantly improved how we close out issues. Nothing gets lost, and follow-ups are much more efficient. Overall, it’s a very practical, user-friendly platform that genuinely helps drive better management of H&S, Environmental and Quality areas and also compliance and continuous improvement.

Cons

Occasional syncing delays, slow Power BI configuration, and limited reporting customisation. issues.

### "Great product to use that I highly recommend to anyone!"

April 24, 2026

5.0

Great, easy to use tool that will help and aid in any part of a corporation. We can deliver training easily to those in the field. We can gather information and follow trends what are employees are seeing in the field. Its helping meet our safety requirements and tracking items of interest.

Pros

SafetyCulture is a great program that is very user friendly. It allows for our infield techs to provide relevant information to those who work in the office. The inspections are a great feature that can be used in a variety of ways to meet the company needs. Being able to link emails to designate the way it distributes to correct people is great and efficient. Definitely meets the requirements for our companies ROI.

Cons

The training templates are simple to use, but they lack creative freedom and allowing for a more personable delivery. They do have interactive elements, but not being able to freely edit and customize can make it a challenge.

### "Safety Culture Review "

April 23, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with SafetyCulture has been positive, particularly from an operational and safety management standpoint. The platform is very strong in standardizing inspections and audits. It makes it easy to digitize checklists, ensuring consistency across crews and job sites. This is especially valuable in environments where documentation and compliance are critical, like construction or utilities. The ability to capture photos, notes, and issues in real time helps improve the quality and accuracy of reporting.

Pros

User-friendly interface – Easy for field crews and supervisors to adopt with minimal training Mobile-first functionality – Works seamlessly in the field (even offline), which is critical for construction environments Customizable inspections & checklists – You can quickly build or modify forms to match SOPs, audits, and client requirements

Cons

The platform can feel overly complex at first, especially for new users trying to build inspections or workflows. Customization has limits—advanced workflows or highly specific reporting needs can be difficult to configure without workarounds.

### "SC Feature enhancements made perfect for users"

April 23, 2026

4.0

It's a very useful tool to our company. after using it for more than 6 years I can see the enhancements that has been added every year. Their engineers listen wo what the users has to say and do something to make the app user friendly.

Pros

Ease of use and value for money. It has all the things we need in an app that combines Inspection results documentation and visualisation, Onboarding and Training, Contractor Management and Asset Management.

Cons

They still cannot connect the actual inspection records editable version to an action. Only the pdf and web format is linked, hence, the actions done cannot be printed together with the original record in one document.

### "Very Helpful Tool for Safety and Compliance Work"

April 19, 2026

4.0

Overall experience with SafetyCulture is very good for us. It has made our work simple and faster. Our team is able to report and track issues easily in one place. It improved our productivity and reduced manual work. Application is easy to use and works properly without major issues. It also helps us in maintaining safety and compliance in better way. We are happy with the performance and using it regularly in our work.

Pros

SafetyCulture is very helpful in our daily work, mainly for creating forms and checklists very fast. I like that many templates are already available so we can just edit and use as per our requirement. It saves lot of time and effort. Everything is online so we can access anytime and from anywhere which is very useful for our team. Reports are generated automatically and inspections are now fully digital, so no need of paperwork. We can also track issues and actions in real time which makes our work more organized and smooth.

Cons

One thing I did not like much is the permission system it is little confusing and not very flexible. Some features like managing templates or folders are restricted which should be more easy to control. Also for new users it takes some time to understand all features properly.

### "Long Term Solution"

April 23, 2026

5.0

Pros

I’ve had a really positive experience overall, especially in three key areas that matter most in day-to-day operations. Customer Support has been consistently responsive and helpful. Any questions or issues I’ve encountered were addressed quickly, with clear explanations and a genuine willingness to assist. It’s reassuring to know there’s a knowledgeable team behind the product that actually cares about resolving problems efficiently. When it comes to Ease of Use, the platform stands out for its intuitive design. Everything feels well-organized and straightforward, which significantly reduces the learning curve. Even for new users, getting started is smooth, and navigating through features feels natural rather than overwhelming. Finally... Audit and inspection capabilities are excellent. The system provides clear, structured processes that make tracking, reviewing, and documenting inspections simple and reliable. This not only saves time but also ensures accuracy and compliance, which is critical for maintaining high standards. Overall, the combination of strong support, user-friendly design, and robust audit functionality makes this a dependable and effective solution.

Cons

Price might be a little bit lower for premium users, and there should be more inspections allowed for lite users and guests.

### "One tool for all your risk needs "

April 15, 2026

5.0

It has been a critical tool in creating a central database for compliance tracking, monthly reporting, and multi-property oversight. I especially like the one on one customer service with my account rep which is critical for troubleshooting issues and getting assistance with new ideas. All while being an affordable option for our business model.

Pros

SafetyCulture is the most user friendly tool I've worked with in my professional career. I often compare it to the user experience of using an Apple product. As a risk and safety professional that works in seasonal hospitality user friendliness is crucial to our unique employee base.

Cons

There are a lot of tools that are added which is a great thing, I love that aspect of using SC, but it often feels like the tools should/could interlink in ways that they currently don't.

### "Safety Culture Improvement Review"

September 23, 2025

5.0

I think SC is full of potential. I would love for it to be everything it could be. I think with optimizing every section of the software, it can be. Integrating industry-wide certifications and certification courses (Tappisafe, ISO, CPR, Six Sigma, OSHA, etc), broadening the integration software to include other industry software, creating a warehouse tracking ability for industries to know how many materials are in stock and automatically order more when low, create a review setting for managers to have 1 to 1's with their employees, and reevaluating the organization of templates would really help this software shine. I think industries like software that is easy, intuitive, and powerful with the capability to solve many problems at once. I think implementing these features is what would help SC fit UNIQUELY into that space where other companies fail.

Pros

I like the ease of use for those completing inspections and the simplistic interface within the app and on the website. I like the potential it has to replace a lot of paperwork within the industry and the willingness to receive and implement ideas from customers. The potential it has regarding integrations is where I am really excited! I also enjoyed the quick response from customer support. I would love to turn most/all paperwork and computer interfacing into SC work- between training, ordering, tracking, and auditing. It seems to have the potential to be a one-stop-shop for industry work, and it has the bare bones for it.

Cons

I think the limitations regarding the reporting and tracking and within the audit and inspections are where SC struggles. I think that the complex nature of industrial auditing requires any system implemented to have as much flexibility while maintaining simplistic interfacing as possible. The device limit was a big issue at first as well- everyone having a separate log in that changes with personnel loses out versus multiple stationary devices with the same log in when dealing in an industrial setting. But moving on from that, the logic within the audits and the intuitive nature of the reporting is where I found SC lacking. creating an online template that is capable of capturing specific incidents and track specific metrics while being able to notify is where I think it will shine. Lastly, the permissions within the software seem a bit odd and complex. Template control (making folders, moving templates in and out of folders) should not be locked behind the highest permissions. Permissions should be more customizable than where it is now.

4.0

Overall it's a really good experience, as previously mentioned, I use it every day to receive reports from all over the world, and it's a really useful tool to have real time reports.

Pros

It's an easy way to get reports from our very wide network, having project from USA to Japan, and all in between.

Cons

It will be amazing to have the possibility add some features, especially regarding searching for old info by filtering properly, I do think the filters when looking at old reports are a bit too approssimative, when maybe I'd like to search for a specific type of report.

Overall, my experience with SafetyCulture has been very positive. I use it regularly for marine survey work such as cargo inspections, draft surveys, and stock inspections. It helps me organise reports efficiently, attach photos, and send updates quickly to clients. It has significantly improved my reporting workflow and reduced paperwork.

Pros

Very easy to use on site and highly practical for daily inspection and survey reports. Creating custom checklists is simple and saves a lot of time. Photo attachments and instant report sharing are very useful, especially when working in ports or warehouses.

Cons

April 17, 2026

Overall, we are happy with the system. It has streamlined our processes, improved visibility of safety activities, and made reporting more efficient, although there are still some areas that could be enhanced.

Pros

SafetyCulture is very easy to use and has helped us significantly in digitalizing our safety system. It has improved efficiency, reduced paperwork, and made tracking inspections much more convenient and accessible across the team.

Cons

One area that could be improved is the inspection list view. It would be beneficial if SafetyCulture could develop a more structured and user-friendly list view to make reviewing and managing multiple inspections easier.

### "6 Star service, from a 6 star platform! "

April 27, 2026

5.0

Everyone has been amazing to deal with, from onboarding, training and even a couple of times i needed to use the chat feature to request help. its been simple easy and everyone is always just so happy to assit.

Pros

The fact that its simple to use, but has a huge range of features for so many different aspects of business.

Cons

I feel like we're only scratching the surface of what it can actually do, so it feels like we have an iphone, but we're only using it to make calls, when its capable of even more than we know.
