### "Great System for Many Needs "

April 15, 2026

3.0

Good experience overall, with some areas of opportunity, as any system has. Looking forward to increasing our system usage in the future when some kinks are ironed out.

Pros

Love how intuitive it is and user friendly. There is a ton of functionality, including different modules, AI translations for training and templates, as well as scheduling functions. New functions are rolling out quickly and they are very responsive to feedback. Good value for the cost overall.

Cons

Areas of opportunity would be testing before rolling a function out, we have had issues with a seamless OSHA process, and problems with the onboard function. Customer support has been responsive overall, however, the technical engineering side isn't troubleshooting as quickly as I would have liked to see. Reporting capability for training is little funky and reporting for inspections gets muddy with open text and dependent logic.

### "A User-Friendly App That Saves Time and Delivers with Great Support"

April 24, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with this data collecting app has been extremely positive. It is easy to use, saves a significant amount of time, and offers a high level of functionality that supports day-to-day operations effectively. What truly stands out is the excellent support team, who consistently provide reliable assistance and quick solutions when needed. This strong combination of usability, efficiency, and dependable support makes the app a trustworthy and valuable tool.

Pros

alue for money by combining multiple features—data collection, safety management, audits, and reporting—into a single platform and helps reduce administrative overhead and operational costs while improving data accuracy. Through various enquiries I experienced professional, support and troubleshooting assistance. A well designed and functional interface assist in working with Safety Culture a pleasure. Proactive identification of hazards, incident reporting, and tracking of corrective actions forms an integral part of this management tool. The emailing notifications and identification of hazards is a very strong feature of this system. The audit and inspection functionality is robust and flexible, supporting customizable checklists and real-time data capture. Inspections can be completed efficiently in the field, with results instantly available for review and follow-up. This significantly improves audit transparency and reduces the time spent on composing and post-inspection reporting.

Cons

No availability of the submitted data in a data base format i.e. data not available to export to excel to manage.

### "Long Term user"

April 15, 2026

5.0

I have used SafetyCulture for many years (iAuditor era), where the free version allowed much more freedom for the teams. I think the software is very good and now pay for the access and continued use. This I still think is good value if you have a small team, on larger teams this cost does increase significantly. Other than that the options, tools and templates are great for the small business user like myself. The continued development and support also shows a long term of the product and gives some comfort that its still being improved.

Pros

Ease of use, the available templates and new features being added. The ability to use this on multiple platforms and the formatting for smart phones make the experience very good, easy and clear to use. This is great for rolling out training to the teams, with easy access using a phone.

Cons

The cost per person and limited use from the any other seat other than the full seat. There are a couple of points that raise work arounds, such as document sharing via QR codes for the shopfloor, this needs a login to be able to view. A calibration option on the asset management section would be good, to enable a calibration activity, currently processed via the maintenance / engineering section.

### "Go to Program for Recommendations "

April 24, 2026

5.0

Pros

Ease of use of the web and app have been key for my team. The customization of editing of audit and inspection templates is phenomenal. Narrowing down how we do safety management tasks to exactly our goals is perfect. The email notifications for incidents, certain answers, etc. really gives us the value for money spent. I have only had to use customer support once and they were quick and assistance with exactly what I needed within the first question.

Cons

My only con is the time period between edits to template access to when the changes are live. Some times i want to give access to a certain team member to make edits immediately but it can take up to 24 hours for the changes I've made to the access to be current.

### "amazing and easy to use "

April 23, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Safety Culture has been very positive, particularly in terms of simplifying site compliance and improving visibility across jobs. The platform is easy to use, especially through the iAuditor app. Completing inductions, checklists, and site reports on a phone or tablet is quick and efficient, which makes it practical for teams working on-site. The ability to upload photos, notes, and compliance records in real time helps ensure nothing gets missed and reduces back-and-forth later. From an admin perspective, having everything centralized is a big advantage. You can track submissions, approve inductions, and monitor compliance without needing multiple systems. It also improves accountability, as it’s clear who has completed what and when. There are a few minor drawbacks. Sometimes users need a bit of guidance when first using the app, and if site processes aren’t followed properly (e.g. incomplete uploads), it can create delays. But that’s more about user discipline than the platform itself. Overall, Safety Culture is a reliable and effective tool for managing safety, compliance, and reporting—especially for businesses with field teams or multiple job sites.

Pros

What stands out most about Safety Culture is how much it simplifies and streamlines compliance across sites. The biggest advantage is the ease of use through the iAuditor app. Being able to complete inductions, checklists, and reports directly on-site—while uploading photos and notes in real time—makes the whole process fast and efficient. It cuts down paperwork and reduces the chance of things being missed. Another major plus is the visibility it gives. Everything is centralised, so you can quickly track who has completed inductions, what jobs are compliant, and what still needs attention. That level of transparency really helps with accountability and follow-ups. It also improves communication between the field and the office. Instead of chasing paperwork or updates, everything is already in the system and accessible straight away. Overall, it’s a practical, reliable tool that makes day-to-day site management and compliance much easier.

Cons

One of the main drawbacks with Safety Culture is that it relies heavily on users consistently following the process. If photos, notes, or checklists aren’t completed properly in the iAuditor app, it can lead to delays in approvals or extra admin chasing things up.

### "Safety Culture - User Friendly System"

April 15, 2026

5.0

Setting up new users is easy and requires little training due to the systems simplicity. Templates have many different customisation options and provides what we require. The monthly user price is reasonable and it is easy to add new users. Whenever i have had an issue, the customer support is very helpful and fast at responding to my enquiries.

Pros

The system is very easy to use. We mainly use it for reporting and tracking, auditing, inspections, and for our compliance requirements. audits and inspections can have required signature boxes for when signing the document is required. Schedules for inspections and audits can be set us to ensure risk and safety management is upheld.

Cons

All users can see the issues section on the system. A way to make this for certain people only would be useful, similar to inspections completed.

### "Safety Culture and Anderson Trucking Service. "

April 24, 2026

5.0

The support staff are knowledgeable and there when you need them. The round table meeting in KS was very eye opening to the platform and all the different tools you can utilize. The team there allows for real users to come in and collaborate, and share the experiences using the system. This also opened the door for the leadership team in KS to see what situations we are using the application for and how we can work together to make the industries we work in and the application better.

Pros

I like the ease of use, the built in analytical data, and the ability to integrate with power automate, power BI Etc. The applications ease of use across multiple mobile platforms and the web allows for us to increase our inspections in the field where we didnt have that option before. The value we get from the application allows for us to increase our inspections and make meaningful changes in the field.

Cons

There should be a seat option that is free and allows users to view only analytical data. This would eliminate the need for me to make my own custom reporting using power automate and SharePoint. or give us the ability to take the analytical dashboard and allow it to be mirrored into PowerBI so we dont have to recreate all of the charts and metrics that are being displayed inside SC.

### "Electrical Contracting Review "

April 26, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with SafetyCulture has been very positive. It is easy to use, saves time during inspections and audits, and helps improve visibility of safety issues across the team. The ability to capture information quickly, assign actions, and keep records organised makes it a practical tool for risk and safety management. It supports a more proactive approach to safety rather than just reacting after problems occur.

Pros

SafetyCulture saves time and makes safety management much easier to keep on top of. I like how inspections, audits, actions, and reporting can all be managed in one place instead of relying on paper forms or scattered documents. It helps create a stronger safety culture because issues are easier to record, track, and close out.

Cons

Some setup and template customisation can take a little time at the start, especially if you want the system to match existing site processes. Once it is set up properly, it becomes much easier to use.

### "Fantastic System, always improving with feedback. A great provider to work with"

April 24, 2026

5.0

Excellent! I have never worked with a system provider so customer focused. All the feedback shared is always taken on board and improvements made to the system; this often done very quickly too! Big shout out to \[sensitive content hidden\], our Account Executive, \[sensitive content hidden\], our Success Manager and Will Worsley, Solution Specialist, who have all been instrumental in supporting us get our system up and running and always on hand to help whenever needed!

Pros

The system brings many 'CAFM' like system items all into one place, with the added extra of Health and Safety. The Audit and Inspection function allows us to carry out audits all in one place, whilst also addressing follow up actions in the system. All in all the combined items within the system offer great value for money given the multitude of things the system can provide. The Team at safety culture are always on hand to support with questions and improvements we want to make to the system. We use the system across c. 80+ sites, and all our teams utlize the platform as it's so easy to use, which is great when operating across such a large estate.

Cons

I feel there are still improvements to be made across various parts of the system. However, the Safety Culture team are always developing new things that the system can do. I feel the analytics feature could be better and incorporate more reporting options but believe this is already been worked on.

### "Swiss Army Knife of HSE apps"

April 23, 2026

5.0

As a growing business we use Safety Culture for things it wasn't meant for, it is very easy to get lost down a rabbit hole with forms but so easy to get back on track.

Pros

We run our whole operation through this app it's great and so easy to navigate. The AI function has been a great help with creating forms etc and if you aren't tech savvy it will build courses based on minimal information.

Cons

I would like the ability to change the tabs in the menu bar to what I would like to call them so for example change issues tab to something else. I would like the scoring to add up just the score not an average % if I could change anything that would be it!

### "Safety Culture Positive Experience"

April 26, 2026

5.0

Positive! It's a very dynamic tool that offers a lot of customisability in a way that's logical and easy to follow. It's been easy to roll out and it offers a lot of potential for it's scope of use.

Pros

It has a very intuitive user face, it's easy to navigate, the functionality is logical and easy to understand. The inspection tool especially has set the standard for us, it's logic and capabilities are awesome.

Cons

The back end set up can be a little bit messy, and there are some shortfalls in the assignment functions. There's no way to see someone's progress through a module, no notifications for when an assignment has been submitted, and no indicator when an assignment has been submitted but not yet marked.

### "Great For Business's "

April 17, 2026

5.0

SafetyCulture is a highly effective platform for managing workplace safety, inspections, and operational compliance. The system is user-friendly and allows teams to digitize inspections, audits, and checklists, which significantly improves efficiency compared to traditional paper-based processes. Overall, SafetyCulture is a powerful and reliable tool for organizations looking to improve safety management, streamline inspections, and enhance accountability across their operations.

Pros

One of the standout features is its customization. Users can easily build tailored inspection forms to fit specific operational needs, whether for safety audits, equipment checks, or quality control. The mobile functionality is especially useful, allowing team members in the field to complete inspections in real time, attach photos, and flag issues immediately.

Cons

On the downside, some users may find the initial setup and customization process slightly time-consuming, especially when building more complex templates. Additionally, depending on the size of your organization, pricing can become a factor when scaling usage across larger teams.

### "Powerful yet easy to use software"

April 15, 2026

5.0

This is easy-to-use and powerful software for auditing and managing audit teams. The reports look clean and clearly show the most important information. The ability to oversee multiple sites, gain "clean data" and derive insights is very valuable to organizations. The ability for managers and auditors to assign tasks and manage the closing out of action items, makes follow-up much easier. The Safety Culture team is always adding useful new features. It's really is a great piece of software!

Pros

The software is intuitive and easy to use from the start, from setting up templates to generating reports. The free version is not a "hook without value", it is valuable software that can be used to deliver great work with the freedom to upgrade when you are ready.

Cons

### "SafetyCulture: Great with Data Evaluation & Customer Service"

April 23, 2026

5.0

Overall, I have thoroughly enjoyed the system and the ability it gives me to identify items for improvement with our template submissions. Also the ability it gives me on how we can measure data is unmatched! Every year I have been going to the BETTER event which is a great opportunity for me to learn how I can improve my system and learn from other customers how we can utilize the system more effectively!

Pros

The customer support is unmatched! The employees I have worked with are quick to help me with troubleshooting issues and helping to figure out what works best for my team! The platform is very easy to use and super simple to explain to customer who use it

Cons

I have had some items come up where there is an issue with the system and I hadn't been notified of the issue. We received a note informing us about the issue after we had identified an reported it ourselves, but I would have liked to have been informed about the issue prior to me finding it.

### "The power of Safetyculture"

April 15, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with SafetyCulture has been extremely positive. It is an incredible tool that significantly improved the quality, consistency, and speed of data capture on the shop floor. The platform is intuitive and well suited to frontline use, enabling teams to record accurate information in real time and providing strong visibility and traceability. SafetyCulture helped move data capture away from manual, fragmented methods and created a far more reliable and structured approach to audits, inspections, and compliance.

Pros

What I liked most about SafetyCulture was how easy it made capturing consistent, accurate shop‑floor data. The platform is very user‑friendly, works well on mobile devices, and allows flexible templates, so inspections and checks could be completed quickly with minimal training. It improved visibility, accountability, and compliance compared to manual or paper-based methods, while providing a clear audit trail with timestamps, photos, and user attribution.

Cons

What I liked least about SafetyCulture was the limitations around data extraction and reporting. Managing and consolidating data across multiple templates was inefficient, often resulting in numerous CSV exports that required significant manual effort to analyse.

### "Easy-to-Use Gamechanger for Business Improvement"

April 15, 2026

5.0

Pros

The platform is extremely flexible and easy to use, without needing to know programming or design. We started using SafetyCulture to help our Quality compliance, and now use it across the business for H&S, Facilities Management, and to help our own staff improve. Over the course of our long-term subscription, we have seen a huge number of positive changes to SafetyCulture and love the proactive approach. SafetyCulture has completed changed the way that our business work and our staff respond to observations and issues. The benefits and ROI have been incredible value for money. We had rarely encountered any issues with SafetyCulture over the three years we have used it, but if we do, the support team always resolve these within minutes either by live chat or over the phone. Highly recommend for all industries.

### "Driving Safer, Smarter Operations with SafetyCulture"

April 24, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with SafetyCulture has been very positive. The platform is reliable, user-friendly, and well suited for fast-paced operational environments

Pros

What I like most about SafetyCulture is how intuitive and practical it is for real-world operations. The platform makes it incredibly easy to create, customize, and deploy inspections and audits without needing any technical expertise. The mobile app is especially strong—operators can complete checks on the floor in real time, even offline, which significantly improves compliance and data accuracy. I also appreciate how seamlessly it turns inspections into actions; issues can be flagged instantly, tasks assigned, and accountability tracked through to closure. The reporting and analytics are another big plus, as they provide clear visibility into trends, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities, making it easier to support data-driven decisions. Overall, SafetyCulture strikes a good balance between simplicity and capability, helping teams standardize processes while still driving continuous improvement across safety, quality, and operations.

Cons

While SafetyCulture is very strong overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. Advanced customization and reporting can feel somewhat limited without upgrading to higher-tier plans, which may be a drawback for teams looking for deeper analytics or highly tailored dashboards.

My overall experience has been extremely positive. SafetyCulture brought more structure, speed, and transparency to our safety and quality processes. The entire team adopted it with ease, and it’s now a key part of our workflow. I highly recommend it to any company serious about improving operational safety and audit quality.

Pros

The flexibility to create custom checklists, the ease of doing inspections on mobile devices (even offline), and the automated alerts for follow-ups.

Cons

The per-user pricing might be a challenge for smaller teams. Also, some advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans

Pros

### "Very Helpful Tool for Safety and Compliance Work"

April 19, 2026

4.0

Overall experience with SafetyCulture is very good for us. It has made our work simple and faster. Our team is able to report and track issues easily in one place. It improved our productivity and reduced manual work. Application is easy to use and works properly without major issues. It also helps us in maintaining safety and compliance in better way. We are happy with the performance and using it regularly in our work.

Pros

SafetyCulture is very helpful in our daily work, mainly for creating forms and checklists very fast. I like that many templates are already available so we can just edit and use as per our requirement. It saves lot of time and effort. Everything is online so we can access anytime and from anywhere which is very useful for our team. Reports are generated automatically and inspections are now fully digital, so no need of paperwork. We can also track issues and actions in real time which makes our work more organized and smooth.

Cons

One thing I did not like much is the permission system it is little confusing and not very flexible. Some features like managing templates or folders are restricted which should be more easy to control. Also for new users it takes some time to understand all features properly.

### "SafetyCulture (iAuditor): A Practical Tool for Field Safety, Risk Tracking, and Basic Digital Sign-Offs"

April 15, 2026

4.0

Overall tool is great like easy to create a template and assign users accordingly. Minimal training needed for basic inspections. It has large library of templates for ESG, HIPAA, SOX, ISO, CyberSecurity. Price is affordable compared to others similar tools. Its has training videos. It has best customer support with quicker response. we can add signature fields inside inspection templates and compliance sign-off. Add-on, It has default template and inspection for risk assessment & corrective and preventive action at ease. Overall its has a good reporting and tracking model for employees and management with greater UI and designs.

Pros

Honestly, the best part is how much it cleans up our inspection process. Easily take screenshots and attach them directly into the report. We can manage all features and inspection results in PC & Mobile. Reporting & tracking is convenient.

Cons

Basic use is easy, but advanced setup (dashboards, workflows) can be confusing and hard to build. Needs more advanced features like live checklist or issues tracking from online. Initial setup is quite difficult.

My overall experience with SafetyCulture has been very positive. It has significantly improved how we manage workplace safety, conduct audits, and track compliance. The platform feels modern and reliable, and it has helped streamline processes that used to be time-consuming and paper-based.

Pros

Creating checklists is simple, and the ability to customize them based on different operational needs is extremely useful. The mobile app works smoothly, allowing teams to perform inspections on the go. Real-time reporting and analytics provide clear visibility into safety performance, which helps in faster decision-making. Email notifications ensure that important updates and issues are never missed.

Cons

While the platform is powerful, there is a slight learning curve for new users, especially when setting up advanced workflows or custom templates. Some features could be more intuitive, and occasional lag in syncing data can disrupt workflow. Pricing can also feel a bit high for smaller teams.

### "Proactive & Easy to Use and supported with an Excellent reporting mechanism"

April 15, 2026

5.0

I have been using the system for over 12 years and used all over the world and UK - I have actively introduced this platform into a variety of businesses and suppliers in this time

Pros

Ease of use , access to information , variety of pre formatted reports across all aspects and areas that can be downloaded and used locally and of course adjusted to meet requirements

Cons

I don't like how when setting up new users they get directed to the European app when in the UK and we have to send them via an e-mail link that sends to the US server - This is bulky and limits set up efficiency & restricts practical functionality
