Everything was good and the help was excellent. Now I understand the formats plus if I need help, they answer.

Pros

The communication when I needed help as far as understanding how to do a certain formula and how to present it in my meetings.

Cons

I didn't understand how to group my open and closes out together. Plus do a percentage and now that SC helped out I understand more now.

It has been a critical tool in creating a central database for compliance tracking, monthly reporting, and multi-property oversight. I especially like the one on one customer service with my account rep which is critical for troubleshooting issues and getting assistance with new ideas. All while being an affordable option for our business model.

Pros

SafetyCulture is the most user friendly tool I've worked with in my professional career. I often compare it to the user experience of using an Apple product. As a risk and safety professional that works in seasonal hospitality user friendliness is crucial to our unique employee base.

Cons

There are a lot of tools that are added which is a great thing, I love that aspect of using SC, but it often feels like the tools should/could interlink in ways that they currently don't.

It's very good. I like to champion it to others and share the good word. I love the fact that it is very agile and they really listen to their customers to make changes and improvements.

Pros

The customer support is second to none. The ease of use is also excellent. It is quite expensive, but you get what you pay for and good products don't come cheap.

Cons

Sometimes the platform starts on a project but then drops it without carrying on to develop it. This can be frustrating.

The product is now “part of the package” that new employees go through in our state of the art training centre, and most significantly has “contributed to a culture of quality” throughout our business worldwide.

Pros

Before SafetyCulture, paper inspections created challenges with miscommunication, illegibility and downplaying issues. After proof of concept, we began a phased rollout across the organization throughout 2017 and 2018, where we saw vast amounts of employee engagement with the platform.

Cons

Occasional version differences between IOS, Android & PC different browsers has caused minor confusion internally on occasion.

Depois que passamos a usar o SafetyCulture, nosso processo de inspeção mudou bastante. Conseguimos centralizar todas as informações, reduzir erros e ganhar agilidade. Hoje, as auditorias são feitas de forma bem mais organizada, e o acompanhamento dos resultados ficou muito mais simples. Recomendo para equipes que precisam de relatórios rápidos e detalhados.

Pros

O que mais me agradou no SafetyCulture foi a praticidade. Antes, fazíamos auditorias e inspeções usando planilhas e papéis, o que gerava retrabalho e atrasos. Com o app, conseguimos padronizar os checklists, registrar fotos e observações direto no celular e gerar relatórios automáticos. A equipe ficou muito mais produtiva, principalmente porque podemos acessar tudo em tempo real. Outro ponto forte é a possibilidade de usar offline, algo que salva quando estamos em locais sem internet.

Cons

No começo, achei um pouco confuso configurar os formulários do jeito que precisávamos. Precisei assistir alguns tutoriais para entender todas as funções. Além disso, sinto falta de mais integrações automáticas com outras plataformas que usamos.

No dashboard to track daily tasks as to what has been completed and outstanding, skills matrix dashboard could use some work. Limitations on device sign ins.

After using several other digital platforms for our small operation, SafetyCulture has been a breath of fresh air and makes customizing forms and standardizing procedures easy!

Pros

SafetyCulture has been extremely user friendly and the customization is amazing. We are able to customize a form to meet each of our daily requirements and reviewing results and trending is very easy.

Cons

The only downside I can think of is likely due to a lack of understanding on my part. There are several training resources available that should help me out.

It's fantastic I've used 5 other EHS platforms and this is far and away the best. I'd proudly recommend it to anyone.

Pros

It's easy, it's scalable, it's using AI the right way. It's an EHS professionals MVP. I like the issues, training, credentials and the analytics tools

Cons

Would like more NFPA 70e electrical safety training courses, electrical safety is our biggest hazard being a battery company.

Overall, my experience with the platform has been positive. I have found the ​safety certificates and contractor reporting capabilities to be very helpful for our team's workflow​ and tracking

All the different ways of storing and tracking documents. I like how it sends out reminders for when items are 90, 30 days coming due.

Cons

Sometimes they change around the submit feature on items that get added, it was easy having it right below and now it's moved to the upper right side, away from the information getting submitted

Incredible. After several years using the platform with two companies, it has become an invaluable tool that helps all colleges in all departments.

Pros

How easy it is to simplify things. It makes it possible to bring consistency across borders from a global perspective.

Cons

At times there is little communication when changes are made to the platform. Some changes have affected useful processes we were using. An example would be sharing templates with external users. When they hit the submit option, we would get an instant text message or email to notify us. This stop working quite some time ago when changes were made

The ease of planning and carrying out inspections allows us to detect safety incidents quickly. SafetyCulture has advanced incident analytics and reporting features which makes it easy to resolve incidents quickly by offering all the important details about them including their causes. SafetyCulture's AI powered automations help streamline safety management tasks by digitizing them. Creating safety courses makes it easy to teach everyone in the organization all the important tips of how to work safely.

Cons

We have had a smooth ride working with SafetyCulture and has been pleased by the quality of services it has been offering. SafetyCulture features are all easy to use and none has ever given us any troubles. Our experience has been spotless and we have no cons to report.

Pros

SafetyCulture has excellent task management and scheduling features which gives me an easy time organizing for inspections and assigning inspection tasks. SafetyCulture has interactive live dashboards which offers a clear real-time view of our security posture making it easy to identify incidents immediately they happen. SafetyCulture makes it easy to create awareness about work safety by using AI to create safety training courses.

Cons

Since the start, working with SafetyCulture has been easy and am glad that i have never came across anything that i like least or i don't like about it.

Overall it's a really good experience, as previously mentioned, I use it every day to receive reports from all over the world, and it's a really useful tool to have real time reports.

Pros

It's an easy way to get reports from our very wide network, having project from USA to Japan, and all in between.

Cons

It will be amazing to have the possibility add some features, especially regarding searching for old info by filtering properly, I do think the filters when looking at old reports are a bit too approssimative, when maybe I'd like to search for a specific type of report.

It has been very good my company has used the software for 3+ years. It makes performing and tracking safety inspection and actions very easy.

Pros

It is a mobile easy to use app. I can perform inspections without bringing my computer. while sending messages to POCs to get updates on their progress.

Cons

The price tag to move from a free version to paid model. I believe the first 10 seats should always be free. Software support should never be behind a paywall.

The software is easy to use, but there is lack of customer support. As an administrator for our business i have to watch training videos that don't answer your questions.

Pros

Auditing element is very quick and easy use to build audits, which in turn supports our safety management.

Cons

Lack of customer support, when you try contacting via ticket or phone no response to enquires. this in turn makes the user look for other solutions.

SafetyCulture has been a great addition to my daily work. I feel I am always learning something new when I use the product. The online support blogs and webinars have also helped me learn more to make compliance more attainable. I recently found the "Labels", and I am really looking forward to being able to better track issues by filtering with the Labels.

Pros

I really appreciate the ease of use with this product. It is easy to find what you are looking for, and f I can't find what I need, creating something new isn't difficult because the product follows a logical process. I have been able to create monthly audit forms increasing my accountability and accuracy with my monthly reviews.

Cons

Quite a few categories do not apply to my normal day to day work. That being said, I like that you can customize your home page so you don't have to see those things if you don't need them. I am not currently utilizing the Premium plan, and I do find it limiting when I can only have a set amount of active items.

Overall we are satisfied and are grateful for how SafetyCulture has improved our workflow, even the least tech-abled operatives are able to scrape by with the system.

Pros

Very easy to learn software/website. Extremely helpful and responsive customer support team. Able to adapt the platform to suit your needs how you see fit.

Cons

It's difficult to complain but the only thing that comes to mind is weird bugs or glitches which result in the system being down. This causes issues for businesses however I do understand it's out of SafetyCulture's control and they do their best.

Customer Support is awesome! Whenever my team has a question that I can't find an answer to in the Help section, I get quality answers from chatting with Customer Support.

Cons

Sometimes my team asks for features that will work well for our company's needs, but isn't a priority for SafetyCulture. I understand that this is just a problem for us because we are in a niche industry.

Great! I have no complaints about our services with SafetyCulture. I am very happy with the service and have incorporated many of our teams within the organisation into using the platform.

Pros

Easy to use and there is always someone to help if you have any questions, I have bi-weekly meetings with my account manager which are really useful. The team at SafetyCulture are friendly and professional and are always keen to help find ways on how to improve your experiences.

Cons

The only thing I would change is being able to add our own organisational brand colours into templates and graphs. This would make things a lot easier to be able to export straight into a report.

Overall, we are happy with the system. It has streamlined our processes, improved visibility of safety activities, and made reporting more efficient, although there are still some areas that could be enhanced.

Pros

SafetyCulture is very easy to use and has helped us significantly in digitalizing our safety system. It has improved efficiency, reduced paperwork, and made tracking inspections much more convenient and accessible across the team.

Cons

One area that could be improved is the inspection list view. It would be beneficial if SafetyCulture could develop a more structured and user-friendly list view to make reviewing and managing multiple inspections easier.

Everyone has been amazing to deal with, from onboarding, training and even a couple of times i needed to use the chat feature to request help. its been simple easy and everyone is always just so happy to assit.

Pros

The fact that its simple to use, but has a huge range of features for so many different aspects of business.

Cons

I feel like we're only scratching the surface of what it can actually do, so it feels like we have an iphone, but we're only using it to make calls, when its capable of even more than we know.
