"Company refused refund 5 minutes after credit card charge"

**Overall:** Adequate but poor customer service. If they cannot be trusted to do the right thing for their customers, then they should not be trusted with the CRO of your website.

**Pros:** Features are fine but we were not using the platform so I downgraded to the free plan 5 minutes after receiving the monthly email and requested a refund for the month that I would not be using their service.

**Cons:** 5 minutes after I received a monthly charge, I reached out to the company to downgrade to the free version and request a refund. They refused to refund the charge and just quoted their "policy". I recommend that you consider alternatives to this company.

"Good quick and inexpensive way to get objective user feedback"

**Overall:** Above average - the customer support is very good.

**Pros:** I like how quickly I can connect a figma prototype onto the platform, write a task and then use UserBrain's panel to recruit users and get feedback within 24 hours. It's simple and does the job.

**Cons:** It's difficult to preview the tasks and I frequently spend a credit before finding out that the task had an error.
