Adequate but poor customer service. If they cannot be trusted to do the right thing for their customers, then they should not be trusted with the CRO of your website.

Pros

Features are fine but we were not using the platform so I downgraded to the free plan 5 minutes after receiving the monthly email and requested a refund for the month that I would not be using their service.

Cons

5 minutes after I received a monthly charge, I reached out to the company to downgrade to the free version and request a refund. They refused to refund the charge and just quoted their "policy". I recommend that you consider alternatives to this company.

Bad, just don't use it, there are plenty of alternatives

Pros

Not their customer service, not their UI

Cons

Customer service, they are not a fair company. They want your money, they're not in it for the long haul. They don't care if you come back in 2-3 years they just want more money now and tell you to fuk off afterwards.

Great features and prompt, caring customer support - thanks team !

Pros

I have found their customer support team especially outstanding - they have acted on my case promptly, and I have managed to gather testing results in almost no time after their support.I also found their AI analysis tool useful which optimised our workflow massively.

Cons

It could have been more easier to invitate our my own testers (e.g. bulk/automated email invitation feature).

Great. From the software UX itself, to it's reach and the support the team offer has been exceptional.

Pros

I like two main things the most about UB. 1. They've got the cost model spot on. I can dip in and out with pay-as-you-go credits with no commitment which I do for personal projects, and I can subscribe to make a real saving by buying monthly. It's the best of both worlds.

Cons

There really isn't anything I don't like. The once downside I did have is now resolved. At the start there was no qualification questions to filter users out of studies. When I raised this with the team they informed me it was on the road map and sure enough I was using it in a couple of weeks time!

The overall experience with user lbrain has been good and I will use it for another several use

Pros

\- User brain is one of the user testing platform where we can earn some extra cash from giving our feedback on softwares websites or mobile applications to companies for some monetary rewards. - One of the good thing about userbrain is that we get paid via PayPal and the payment then gets credited in our bank account.

Cons

\-One of the cons about userbrain is we do not get many tests/ studies and getting qualify for any test is also difficult.

They are a great company who cares about their people.

Pros

What I like most about their software is that they actually care about the customers and the usertesters. I have used their software for a long time now and they will make sure I am up-to-date on my profile so I won't forget they are around.

Cons

What I dislike is they do not need me for the testing as much as I thought but I think if I stayed more involved I would really make a killing.

Above average - the customer support is very good.

Pros

I like how quickly I can connect a figma prototype onto the platform, write a task and then use UserBrain's panel to recruit users and get feedback within 24 hours. It's simple and does the job.

Cons

It's difficult to preview the tasks and I frequently spend a credit before finding out that the task had an error.

I find it to be a super useful and effective tool when testing user experience on our site and would highly recommend it in the future

Pros

We use Userbrain when building or redesigning a new section of our website. Having users explore and give their honest feedback during this helps us to catch flaws in our user experience and user journeys which is a great benefit to our clients.

Cons

The only con I can think of is that the users testing our site aren't in the same mindset as our primary audience (people seeking debt help / wanting to donate) so the content doesn't have the same impact and can affect their experience on the website
