### "Archioffice - 2016"

Have been using archioffice fairly frequently for the past five years. I work for two companies - an architecture firm and an owner's representative. The program makes more sense for architecture firm - as it has trouble with the fee structure that we use for the owner's representative. Customer support is great - there are a lot on online tutorials, but we pay for the Gold support package - so we have a dedicated support representative who is familiar with our programming. Since our company is small - I don't have familiarity with the batch invoicing, but on an individual input - it works great. I find it pretty intuitive to pick and start using.

Pros

Access - app syncs nicely with the main project - for timesheet entry Online/web access - makes it platform independent - so you can access program on Mac or PC Duplicate projects - you don't need to start from scratch to create a project Invoice/Transaction Entry - easy to enter and track

Cons

Timesheets are not as easy as they could be - other programs allow you to enter time by the week - this is an individual entry per project, per day NTX is for the project or phase - can't be coded as monthly - tried many work arounds - nothing worked Back function doesn't work - if you are looking at a timesheet entry in a specific project - you will back out to the home page of the project - not the timesheet screen

I have found that the online product provides nearly all of the functionality that we need and it has certainly provides a more positive user experience than previous software we have used. This is a solid product at a price point that is reasonable for my small company. I greatly appreciate the prompt support and excellent customer service whenever I have run into questions or problems. The program has been easy for my staff to use and this has increased the adoption and decreased my workload. There are a few things I would do to improve the program but BQE does seem to be continually evaluating and improving the product.

Pros

Mobility, portability, storage for project documentation/contracts, ease of use/user interface, user support/customer service.

Cons

The online product does not have report previews and it is fairly difficult to narrow down specific reports that will be most helpful. In general it would be nice to have optional report customization without incurring fees. No archive/unarchive in the BQEonline.

We've used several time and expense tracking services over the years, and Core is by and large the best program we've used. It's layout is easy to understand and navigate, and the expense tracking is seamless.

Cons

We have no negative comments regarding Core since we started using it seven months ago. So far it has lived up to our expectations.

Pros

BQE Core is easy to deploy as they offer support every step of the way. They even step up a training session specifically for our team to teach us how to use each of Core's key features.

Cons

Sometimes the time entries don't log if I click away too fast. Seems like a processing latency issue that needs to be addressed on BQE's end.

UI is clean and easy to navigate. Up to date profitability on projects is a plus.

Cons

Too many bugs - service level is poor - reporting is terrible, half of the reports do not work accurately. Resource/Forecasting module is useless is current state. Support is poor. Too many hiccups daily.

We've been using BillQuick for about 20 years. Great software and easy to use. Got the software to manage our time tracking and invoicing for our engineering office. BQ allows us to track our time on projects so we can bill out against the right project, as well as track hours against budget and fee. It's easy to capture the extra time on projects, and helps us detect when scope creep happens on our projects. Converting the time spent on projects to invoicing the clients is quick, and we can easily capture those "extras" that can slip through the cracks if you don't pay attention to it.

Pros

Staff can enter hours directly into BQ - no chasing the employees to have them fill out time sheets, or remember the projects they worked on during the month. Hours are captured daily, so we can see at any point where we are on the project budget. We can also bill out projects as soon as they are complete. No need to wait until month-end to Invoice clients.

Pros

By far the best customer service we have experienced. Strength of BillQuick is in its flexibility to customize the invoices and statements. We used to do everything including time billing and project management in Excel and send invoices using MS Word. After switching to BillQuick in 2001 we are able to keep track of our time on projects to the minute it is spent, it has helped us fill in the cracks which resulted in accurate and efficient billing.

Everything works great and the fact we have been with the software for 15 years is a testimonial

Our company uses Billquick 2013 enterprise, Websuite and Agent for employee time, expense entry, billing, and project management. Prior to using Billquick, we managed time and billing using excel - which was a logistical nightmare. Everything is much more efficient and cost effective now. The software is very well designed, is stable, and feature-rich. Employees tend to understand it quickly. The Websuite functionality allows our employees to enter time and expenses remotely from anywhere which is perfect for our company, as we always have employees in the field. Billquick offers regular training through monthly free seminars and via online resources. We pay for support which is invaluable, as the support team is very helpful. It never takes more than a couple minutes to contact someone and they normally have the issue fixed quickly. We have utilized the customization department to create special reports and software layouts that fit with our company's needs. This customization has allowed us to tailor Billquick to our specific needs, rather than struggle with the off-the-shelf layouts. The only negative is that the background functionality (e.g. setting security, setting up preferences etc.) is rather cumbersome and can be a bit of a learning curve to fully understand.

We really like the software because it is really user friendly and the customer service at Bill Quick is outstanding. We were really amazed that Bill Quick was able to set us up remotely and everything was absolutely seamless. We were a little skeptical at first because we are located in Canada but that wasn't an issue at all. We also like how easy it is for Bill Quick to integrate with Quick Books. We were also very impressed with their customization of all of all our invoices and reports. Their on line web training is also very good. Everyone at Bill Quick is very knowledgeable and very helpful.

Cons

There are no dislikes we are very satisfied with the product.

Pros

The product does what you want and need it to do.

Cons

I wish it did not have a problem with say having the number or word 00000666 and maybe you want to change some of the numbers so it says 00006666. You can't just go in and change one number without the other numbers leaving the end and sometimes the whole number leaves. I wish you could just change one number or one letter or maybe two letters simply but BQE doesn't let you. With other programs you can highlight say the last four and then retype what you want and BQE won't let you.

Lot of report options, that's about it.

Cons

Horrible customer service. All they want to do is sell you expensive blocks of "training hours". Our training hours were spent waiting for our trainer to connect with his supervisor to get the answers to our questions. Then we come to find out that some of the initial information we were given about certain features and data entries being optional turned out to be required. BQE said they could help us fix the errors based on their incorrect information for hundreds of dollars which was just about the same price as what we paid for the software to start. Unbelievable, definitely feel like there was a lot of over-selling of the intuitive and seamless nature of this software. Does not seamlessly integrate with Quickbooks at all as it was advertised.
