We chose it as our preferred invoicing software as it provides the ability to customize client and project details. It connects to the consultant remotely via the mobile app or Web Suit module. Its supports zutomated reporting and access to information at their finger tips. It has made employees time input more accurate with its integration to Microsoft outlook. Pros Provides automated reporting and easy access to required information. Its customer support is very responsive and friendly. It gets integrated with mostly all popular and widely used accounting tools Cons Sometimes the Customer support people are too busy and you have to wait for a long time in order to get your query resolved. After several discussions with many companies, I happen to look at Billquick. I immediately downloaded the trial version to explore the different options for this software. This is an impressive and affordable software that solves the whole issue of how to integrate data from different databases. It is easy to understand, has a great manual provides an overview for every project, and the most important thing - the technical and sales support team is very helpful and responsive. I am presently implementing the accounting portal of the software and find the software absolutely wonderful for the end user. The best part is that you can customize labels, make global changes, and reports are fabulous without the need for an additional report driver. I have not seen an error with its time tracking capabilities and love the various ways to analyze the time reports and project tracking. I have worked with QuickBooks (20 years), Great Plans, Peachtree, MAS90-/ERP 300, and now applaud BillQuick as the accounting superstar for billing time. Pros Custom feature and ease of reporting. It has project management as well as billing, data analysis, and time tracking. You have the ability to get the info you need at your fingertips and also can give you a detailed report! If you need to invoice time & materials from employee time sheets and expense, this software is for you. Cons Our company has developed into a multi-million dollar construction prime. I love how easy BillQuick is to make changes or corrections to projects, time, etc. Cons I wish that the agent worked better. I defiantly like BillQuick better than using WebSuite. Supplementing with BillQuick was perfect. The two programs sync almost seamlessly. Pros Ease of use! I caught on to the program very quickly. Used the software for: ### "" September 26, 2011 4.5 We have been using ArchiOffice since its earliest version, and have been loyal users because it succeeds in generating a workflow that corresponds to how an architect thinks about project structure and management, billing, etc. It also is a true cross-platform solution that doesn't force our Macintosh-based office to have to introduce Windows into the day-to-day workflow. The progress of the application as it has evolved from version to version has been very orderly, with improvements introduced without any significant learning curve for users. In addition we have found the developer to be exceptionally responsive, in the few instances where we have needed their assistance. ArchiOffice has become a long-term solution for us, after years of being dissatisfied with applications that were either too large or cumbersome, or that were not quite up to the task. It is dependable, easy to use, and ensures a clean integration with QuickBooks, our accounting software. BQE Gold support has been a great value. BQE support staff are knowledgeable, professional, and helpful; and are there for us whenever a question arises. Pros Easy to use, integrates with QuickBooks, and can be implemented on a client, browser or in the cloud. Cons It is so functionally rich that I use only a fraction of the software's capabilities. Quick preview or detailed history on customer details, vendor details and all their payments.Easy customization of billing template with company logo and other details. There are some other great features like budget management, employee salary with complete payroll features, auto billing, purchase order and much much more. Also has a android version app which make work happen on the go also. Cons Since its cloud based app one must be online all the time to use the app. But its not much of a con but there are many accounting apps which work offline also. The number of reports available with their dynamic filters make a very powerful source of reports. And if you can not find a report to suite your needs BillQuick can create a custom report for you. Pros Real time reports, detailed integration with QuickBooks and it is a user friendly for our engineers to track time and expenses. Customer service is excellent!
