Pros

It has a full range of functions including time & expense tracking, project management and billing etc. The customer support is helpful if you have questions during set-up or operation.

Cons

The product is a little pricey compared to the similar products, especially for a small company. And if you have a large scale, complex project to manage, there are better project management software out there.

There have been a few glitches in transitioning from QB to BQ, but I think we are getting it with a lot of support. These issues mostly relate to the accounting module. Because I have been involved in the transition for the entire 2016 year, I have not been able to really test out the product fully - I am looking forward to mastering BQ-let's see if I can...

Pros

Absolutely the best tech support that I have ever experienced for a software product. Ease of use with QuickBooks is great.

Cons

Some very small things...for example, it would be nice to be able to type "T" in date field for today's date as a shortcut to selecting date from calendar.

I am not a tech savvy person and when I contacted BillQuick technical support, the engineer I spoke with walked me through step by step process of resolution. Not only that, they were quickly able to pinpoint the issue. We have been using BillQuick for 4 years and are happy with the software and their service.

I'm sure we don't use all the features in the system, but it is flexible enough to meet our needs. The system is very easy to use and customer support has helped us with some customizing that has worked great for some unique needs. I would highly recommend this system!

Pros

Their customer service is generally prompt and helpful.

Cons

The program is full of bugs and issues that slow down the project management process. We've been using it for about six months now, and I still get questions and complaints from staff every day about the program. The glitches slow you down only a little bit each time, but it is adding up and has nearly cost us thousands of dollars in missed revenue.

Pros

I love the way it ties together everything project related. The reports you can generate are numerous and very helpful for project management and the office manager. It has been relatively easy to learn! I am a visual learner, and the training staff has allowed me to have hands on training. They have gone above and beyond in making sure you understand the hows and whys to the software. The support staff has been tremendously helpful with any questions I have had. They know their product very well.

Cons

I don't have anything negative to report. This has been a very good fit for our company.

It was around 2000 or 2001, I was trying to create a custom database for our architectural practice that would include construction administration and invoicing in lieu of our spreadsheet templates. I ran across an article in one of the architectural magazines about Archioffice. We decided to give it a try and have used it ever since. Alas, I gave up my database hobby and have never looked back. I would recommend it for small firms like ours and have been impressed with the progression of the software.

BillQuick does a decent job of tracking all our project data and integrates fairly well will Quickbooks. It s a very robust system that allows for very accurate tracking. Its easy to use with a great UI, and I'm not tied to the limitations of my Bank.

Pros

We have been thoroughly impressed with the flexibility of the product and the support we've received from BillQuick. The options for use through the desktop software, web, and mobile applications give our users the access they need to get their jobs done.

Cons

We've run into a few small bugs with the software, but the BillQuick staff has been quick to address most issues. I don't like the fact that different licenses are required for the desktop and web interfaces. I think each user should only require one license and be allowed to run any or both interfaces under one license.
