ArchiOffice comes with integrated Agile process. Running projects using agile can be managed well with ArchiOffice. The expense reports and the billing can be calculated from this software. Provides some good options to manage activities.

Recently switched to BillQuick and I am very disappointed. The program is loaded with software bugs. Reports that do not work, screens that give you errors constant freezes. I would not recommend.

Pros

The good thing that it allows us to process daily transactions. AP, AR, invoicing, to all financial reporting. It is very easy to use and do not require training. It is a friendly software also.

Cons

The bad thing about this software is that some accounts you cannot edit delete or make inactive.

The software has too many features and they should be consolidated to make it user friendly. Switching to expenses does not refresh automatically. The refresh button must be used a lot when switching from one feature to another.

Ease of use for timekeepers on WebSuite and for accounting staff in BillQuick. You can quickly export data to Excel or change parameters on reports. With both reports and on-screen review, there are numerous options to select/filter information. We don't have to contact tech support very often. But when we do, we never have to wait long to connect with a person who knows the product and can assist.

I am the Office Manager for an architectural firm and had been looking for a product that could produce budget reports for the different tasks/phases of each job. We had been using Excel spreadsheets and as we grew, the task became more and more cumbersome. We needed something that was affordable and BillQuick had everything we needed plus so much more! I have loved it so much that I have already budgeted for an upgrade to the Pro version for next year!

Pros

ArchiOffice meets our needs for internal project tracking and helps us to capture as many reimbursable expenses as possible. I typically deal with the same tech support people, which is nice. They know my history, so I don't have to repeat my story with each phone call.

Cons

There was definitely a learning curve with ArchiOffice, same as with any new program. I know I drove tech support crazy in the beginning because of all my questions, many of which were due to glitches in their system. Each version gets better and better.
