Pros

We have been using ArchiOffice for over four years, and we appreciate how the program gets better each year. The customer support has always been helpful, and the recent training we received provided additional tips to optimize the program for our use. This program allows everyone in our office to be accountable with their time and track project budgets with ease.

Cons

While I appreciate that ArchiOffice can integrate with Quickbooks, I wish the software had a built-in accounting capability.

We are a small architectural firm of 5 architects. We do high end residential projects. I have used ArchiOffice for over 10 years. We use ArchiOffice for all of our billing. I do not need to have an accountant because the software makes keeping track of expenses and creating invoices incredibly easy. The support team is very helpful when any issues come up and we need help.

Overall the pros greatly outweigh the cons, just don't be afraid to contact customer support.

Pros

\- Free online walkthrough with helpful staff - Visually appealing dashboards with a great variety of variations and options - Effective forecasting tools - Integrates with a wide variety of accounting software

Cons

\- Very difficult to learn all of the different features - Encountered a lot of issues in the beginning, but customer support was readily available and very helpful

Pros

The integration between ArchiOffice and Quickbooks continues to expand with each version. I love the ability to eliminate all the past double entries and mistakes. I love the fact that the product continues to grow with the pace of technology. The support team really knows their stuff and does a great job walking you through things.

Cons

The learning curve is the most difficult part to have patience with. Changes mean new things to learn and, as with all software, bugs to fix.

Pros

I like the ease of navigating the system and the user manual. I also like being able to get support when you really need it. I like the option to customize the system to fit your needs and the creation of different reports.

Cons

Some screens have an option to Save and others are just Refresh or nothing at all. I would like it to have more continuity throughout different screens.

What I like most about this product is that I can call support and get great help. You are very lucky to have your staff!

Cons

Not user friendly. Missing many functions like being able to email multiple reports from 1 screen Finding invoices or dollar amounts should be as simple as having a "FIND" icon and inputting a dollar amount or invoice number or vendor name

We were early adopters of BillQuick for it's easy of use, versatility and value. Somewhere along the line, after A/E/C management seminar, we strayed. We invested well over $10K in a big name big ticket product that was unwieldy to use and even more expensive to keep up. We returned to dear 'ol BillQuik and have been faithful ever since.
