Comments: Ease of use and fairly straight forward. Internet model limits individual customization to users actual numbers but is totally maintenance free and requires very little oversight. We believe the internet model adequately monitors the major drivers of pricing, namely yield curve and servicing costs, to justify its use over the in-house customization option.
Customer service has been exceptional.
