Love it! Pros The app is so easy to use, and interfaces easily with excel to easily create reports I need. Cons The app could use some small adjustments to make it a little more attractive. UI is clean and very understandable. Array of currencies was very nice too Cons Hard to change vendors in ios app. Bugginess between web platform and native app. Porting info to Freshbooks made all vendor names the same 'Itemize Event' upon import, which created a large redundant step. .CSV export made dates incompatiable to Freshbooks back end. I have had a couple of issues where it would not allow me to change the name of the business or the industry, but it was not a huge issue. I would like if the pictures of the receipt were consolidated into 1 folder on my phone, not just in my photo gallery. the reports are nice and easy to use. Used the software for: ### "The BEST Reciept tracking app available" October 5, 2016 5.0 After going through about 20 apps and countless dollars, I finally came across Itemize and my search was over. It is accurate, easy and exactly what I was looking for. The photos are clear and itemize is almost always perfect when gathering the info from the receipt. I don't have to go in and correct everything ( something I had been doing with the other programs). It catorgizes correctly and integrates seemlessly with whatever I need it to. Truly an indispensable financial app. I have bragged about it to friends and co-workers who are also in love with it now also. We also use it as my company and it is very accurate with our employees expenses and saves so much time. Instead of tracking receipts they can actually do their jobs and Itemize does the mundane work. You will really use this and enjoy how easy it makes the hassle of keeping track of your expenses. October 26, 2016 5.0 I've used Itemize for a little over a year and couldn't be more please with it. Occasionally I need to edit the type of transaction but all other information is pulled from the receipt with very few errors. Great software! Pros Information pulled from receipt is very accurate. Easy to use. Cons Sometimes it times out before loading the picture. This could be network related though. March 15, 2018 5.0 Pros It is all mobile, I take my phone everywhere. I have done this once for my ten dollar gift card and I do not have a Linkden account and do not want one. Used the software for: ### "I'm hard to please....." October 5, 2016 5.0 For a long time I needed an app to record, track and keep all of my important receipts in order. I went through the usual routine finding and deleting apps that didn't meet my needs. All of that changed the first time I opened the Itemize app. The pictures are sharp and provide an exact record of my transaction. I really like the many editing options that allow me to customize each transaction. It is amazingly simple to use, incredibly reliable and processes each transaction quickly. When I lost a receipt from Target I was able to return the item without any problem. Target simply scanned the barcode on the picture that I had taken of the receipt. I can do without a lot of apps on my iPhone and iPad, but Itemize will never be one of them. I use it so often that it is positioned on my homepage on both devices. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Itemize allows me to keep track easily and create custom report quickly in order to bill my clients, accurately and without missing one receipt. Pros Very simple and easy to use. Does exactly as expected for a independent freelance consultant. After looking long and hard, this tool is the best for expense management - never loose track and quickly create reports!! I was able to track one of last eye appoointments by pulling a received from my phone Cons Really there is not a con to it. if I had to pick on thing it would be more auto uploads of choices for costs. This would be a great idea but it needs help and support. I pay every month hoping someone will fix. Also very hard to navigate to the reports section. I don't have to flip through my book of receipts if I want to know how much something costs, it's just right ther on itemize. And I can add mileage witch is a huge bonus!
