It has crashed a couple of times recently, which hasn't happened before. The reports options are quite poor. Very seldom does the service automatically take in the receipts. I just forward and then they don't get all loaded. They sit in the inbox on the site. You do have to double check the dates and amounts or the vendors. Also, I don't like the way you can sort things. A more user friendly GUI would help. It is very helpful for taxes (although I'm not sure how helpful it will be filing for 2018) Cons I have a lot of medical expenses. Sometimes I do a week or a month at a time, either way it's easy. I love that I can input everything on my phone. I've called customer support once and they were supper responsive and helpful. March 8, 2018 4.0 Sales tax itemizing reports and tracking. Pros I like it when the image recognition works, and all values are loaded properly. I like the easy to use UI as well. Pretty simple and straightfoward. Cons Hate when i have to adjust the values or they are just plain wrong. I think they could use more organizational reports for taxes.
