In addition to sending me reminders of upcoming expirations, the system allows me to recall what agreements were made by vendors three years prior and avoid making guesses about what we agreed upon. **Pros:** To be honest I had no idea the contracts would be stored and I could access them, because normally they are a complete disaster. I attached it to google drive and it did not blow anything up. It does not try to be something I do not want it to be. **Cons:** One thing I really dislike is I can’t just drag and drop files to transfer them, it makes no sense to me why I would have to take extra steps when I am already in a rush. Another thing I do not like is I cannot perform mathematical operations between fields (ie convert currency for reporting). When I have a lot of documents to work with it takes forever to process and the site freezes whenever I try to quickly navigate through multiple items. Hayden B. It keeps the amount of work from becoming overwhelming during times when we have a large number of renewal contracts due at the same time. I am now able to inform the vendors regarding their renewal status without having to attempt to recall the details and look like an idiot. **Pros:** It is surprising that I was able to connect to google drive and it didn’t crash. Although my desk is covered in old sticky notes and cold coffee, at least all of the vendor contracts are located in one place now. I am able to locate the old contracts when I am required to complete contract reviews and I no longer have to search the entire office. The calendar reminders for the renewal dates also appear in my email inbox so far I have not missed a renewal date thank goodness. It is okay for our needs since it does not have hundreds of additional confusing buttons that I will never click. **Cons:** Sometimes the AI is pretty dumb and believes that a contract terminates as soon as it is signed which is ridiculous and has caused me to correct this manually. I am unable to drag and drop files to relocate them so I’m clicking like crazy. Occasionally the site freezes when I’ve opened too many browser tabs and it gives me a headache.
