I felt limited to the parameters of the other coaching platforms I had used. With PT you can do soo much, and the level of customisation you can build in for clients is next to none, as mentioned before I felt limited for what I could do for clients before on platforms and it felt too cookie cutter for me until I found PT Distinction. Pros The ability to create multiple programs, and added flexibility in how it is timed and delivered to clients. Cons Its a very advanced coaching software, and does take a little time to getting used to....but once you get used to it, you'll be running fast! Review Source PS Paul S. Pros The software is intuitive and makes it easy to quickly scale and customize workouts . Staff are quick to answer technical questions and are continually developing new features . I use this all day every day! Cons This software is excellent for delivering strength workouts but is not designed so much for endurance training, which is fair. We still use it but it is slightly less user-friendly . They have virtually every feature that an online personal trainer would need. It makes programming much more efficient and saves so so much time. It assists you and helps you to stay on top of all aspects of taking care of every client. PT Distinction helps you to deliver an amazing experience for your clients, with a beautiful, user-friendly app, enabling you to provide everything they need from demo videos, progress charting, and feedback. The customer service is also top notch and they respond quickly to guide you through any questions you may have while navigating the software. Cons There are a couple of things that I would really like: - The possibility of changing the language, as all my clients are Italian. - A bigger exercise library. - Videos with a women. January 6, 2021 5.0 This has been one of the best decisions for me. It has allowed me to serve my clients and buy back time. The help desk has always gotten back to me with solutions if there has ever been an issue. Pros PT Distinction's biggest strength is that it is just about 100% customizable to your business's needs. Whether you do workouts, nutrition coaching, habit coaching, or lifestyle coaching, this is a great choice. Being able to set up customized habits that my clients can check off each day has been a game changer. Cons There are some small issues here and there I have found, but those are purely preference. After I’ve tried quite a few platforms, PT distinction was the best one , with a good price but even better when it comes to outlook , library of exercises and just easy to navigate. Pros I like that it’s really user friendly. Lots of good advice on how to conduct my business and really good library of exercises. I can easily swap from laptop to mobile use. Cons Some of the features are not 100% . I can’t seem to build a circuit on the laptop, but can do on a mobile format. Outstanding support that goes with top notch features of an online training app. This is the top in the space in my opinion. Pros I love being able to handle every aspect of my online coaching business. You have full control of email, workouts, creating groups etc. Too many positive things to list, but overall is a winner! Cons I wish there was a more robust nutrition component, but I understand that is not really what PT Distinction is about. Work from anywhere in the world, help more people and get known globally.... What's not to love!! The problem was that I struggled to get clients or even think of systems to manage and coach lots of clients online. I joined PT Distinction partly because of all the great reviews in Facebook groups and partly because of the extra support and help with business growth that they give. This turned out to be a great decision as I now have systems in place, a consistent flow of new clients coming in and I know exactly how to train and coach them online. I now have a solid online income and am helping more people online than I ever have face to face. Pros Designed specifically for online training and coaching. Help you with getting clients, setting up your online business and everything needed to deliver online coaching. Cons Takes a bit of time and effort to get it all setup and branded as your own. So many things to help scale so you don't have to be spending all your time trying to keep up with your clients. I love it! Pros I like that it does everything you can think of that you would need to run an online training business. Cons There are just a few things that are difficult to get to work the way that I want but I am still learning. There is so much to learn. Tracking clients data incredibly quickly is one of the most popular features on PT Distinction. I can't find you in our database so am not sure when you were a member. Highly recommend. Pros Love the features! I can send automated emails & texts to clients. Set up different groups and templates. Add my own exercises and programs. Its perfect for an online coach with a full roster. Cons The only issue I've seen is when clients do the workout, if they close out the app it will cancel their workout, but that makes sense to me. Extremely easy to use, I can manage all 200+ clients in a matter of 10 hours on the weekends. Built in messaging platform helps me communicate with all of my clients with the click of a button. I've never used other software, but I haven't seen a single reason to even look for other software at all. PT Distinction is incredible, I even manage half a dozen other trainers that work under me at the same time. Not only did I start coaching from this software, I rapidly grew my company into a full blown PT business by incorporating so many simple to use features all in one. I would easily pay $500-1000 a month for this software, it's just that good. Cons At times I wish the exercise selection was larger, but you can add your own custom exercises. Sometimes the white label application needs to be reinstalled, but whatever. May 1, 2021 5.0 Pros I found that setting up process is very simple to onboard a new client. I love groups which I can use to deliver nutrition support, training plans etc. It is very easy to upload all documents and videos there and track clients progress. My clients really liked the software and it helps them to keep a track of food diary, results and training progress. Cons I like the integration with myfitnesspal and fitbit. It is very useful for my clients. I also like how easy is to build training programs and use them as templates.
