Great support and a good knowledge base from the team in PTD Pros The system allows you to scale up your workout programs and business model with the help of their amazing support! Cons The software could get buggy sometimes where it takes awhile to load my exercises when I'm drafting a new workout program. It's a minor inconvenience but the pros overshadows the cons. It's scalable, easy to onboard new clients, integrations on the client side are straightforward and a great portal to manage all of my client relationships in one place. Would absolutely recommend!! Pros Most apps make me feel like they are a chore to use, but PTDistinction is SO USER FRIENDLY. It's the only app I feel comfortable having my clients use. I'll be a lifelong user. Their customer support is very friendly, fast and thorough. Cons Sometimes the app glitches and doesn't let users save results. I think this is very affected by internet connection. Pros I love that you have the option to customise the app to your logo and design. I think the scheduling component has to be my favourite feature as you can plan your clients week without them having to think. I also think the customer service is second to none, if I email with a question, within 24 hours there is a response which is always super helpful! Cons I feel some exercises were missing but in order to overcome this, I filmed them myself. Reason for choosing PT Distinction This just looked more like what I wanted. I wanted to have all my clients in one place not having to stress about where to go etc I wanted to also make my life easier and this is exactly what the app has done! Automation is fantastic. Simple, easy to use, and massively increases the value of my product for my clients. Cons The Android APP was pretty terrible, but the upgrade seemed to fix most things. Cons I wish i could pre-set exercises when editing them to add measurements such as kgs and reps I also wish we could create a coaching text for weekly catch up that clients can answer without external source such as google forms. March 21, 2017 5.0 PT Distinction has been the best decision I've made to advance my business. As a trainer, we're obviously limited in the number of people we can train by hours in the day. PTD allows me to train more people, and to train those outside my immediate area. The software is easy to use, and they really set you up for success with all of their training so you can maximizes the efficiency of the program. Customer service is top notch when you have a question, and they are always making improvements to the program based on feedback from the users. I looked at several different systems before using PTD, and this is hands down the most professional looking and effective program. Pros Intuitive and easy to use. The training for users how to use all of the tools as grow your business - they don't just want you to know how to use the program, but to be a successful online personal trainer. I actually really liked a number of them, then I got to PT Distinction, I couldn't believe what was possible on this software. As I worked my way through the tutorial videos I just thought WOW this is incredible. The systems you can set up, the coaching you can produce and the branding are unbelievable. There are many great softwares for online training but PT Distinction simply blows them all away. Pros It has everything needed to be successful as an online personal trainer and coach. Cons The only con I can think of is that it takes a bit more time to set up than some other softwares. However, this is because it is branded 100% as my own so I need to put in my logos, descriptions, email address and integrate to my website. Well worth the small effort and now I have my own online platform.
