Pros: I have used this software with a previous company so I was familiar with it and recommended it to my current company. I felt that for what it offers, it was the best price for a small non-profit company. As an administrator it is very easy to monitor and add trainings to people, as well as have the flexibility to activate and de activate people. It certainly helps to have employees have perks to get free training beyond their core training.

Cons: Software is very easy to navigate and they gave me a over the phone training and answered questions I had. I have not had a problem at all utilizing it.

Overall: It is such a user friendly product and like the fact it sends emails to staff to remind them of trainings. It has such an extensive catalog of trainings that can be overwhelming. Only thing I would recommend is to send administrators and email to tell them of new trainings available.
