Then I joined my company and discovered BiznessApps was the their platform and backbone. I was blown away by the ease and convenience of developing and publishing your app. They make life easy for their clients. Loads of features that you can adapt. Excellent CMS and backend. It was the best 4 years ago and still is. Bizness Apps customer support is outstanding. I have even seen the CEO step in and sort out an issue over a weekend. BA is the first company who really listens to their smaller resellers. We have an opportunity to be heard and they follow up on our suggestions to improve the platform and address any concerns we have quickly. Pros Ease of use. Updated regularly. The only bad thing about the software is that it won't make breakfast or do laundry. Otherwise, in this space... they have the best of what is available. Pros It is intuitive! There is a phone number and an email to contact if your are really having trouble... but I'm a sales guy and have all but mastered it! A simple app can be ready within a few hours. The tools are fairly intuitive but take a little getting used to. Cons Not enough customization. I see too many apps in the app store that look the same as mine. Give the developed some additional tools to move buttons, create more within the app interface. The program is being continually improved upon with new features and improvements to existing features. Cons Some features still need further development to make the program more efficent when building apps for multiple locations. It's excellent for most situations. Company has new owners" April 26, 2019 1.0 Don't ever use this company. Again ignore all reviews older than a year. these were under the old owner. Pros Nothing. There is nothing to like. Full of bugs and issues which they can not resolve... although they will tell you the issue has been fixed hoping you go away Cons Bizness apps used to be a great company until it was bought out. The new owners immediately doubled the pricing and someone one app suddenly was charged as two. All credits earned with previous owners were wiped. Support is useless. Worth than useless. Also greatly streamlines publication on Google Play and in the App Store, which can be problematic without guidance. Cons Ultimately, the inability to have good control over UX flow, fine tune UI or develop anything truly custom hold this back from being anything other than a marketing tool for your business. You can do quite a bit to make it look nice with custom graphic slices, but there's a certain "out of the box" aesthetic and feel that's tough to shake when using these apps. After the 1-2 day learning curve, the ease of use and customization is second to none. Separate client login for push notifications is phenomenal as an upsell to clients. Customer service is great as the support was quick and easy to understand. Load time for the app is great and I cannot recall any time that the app was actually down. All in all phenomenal job and I would highly recommend BiznessApps. Pros Easy to use and customer service is quick and reliable. Bizness Apps is first rate in the customer service when there is a problem but more importantly, they treat you as a partner and ask for and value your opinion. Customer engagement is what it is about and they are top of the class. PS their platforms is awesome and always evolving. Pros The platform works as promised and very little issues. When there is an issue, it is correct very fast. Cons Upgrades aren't as quick as most people would like to see new features but it also means it is tested thoroughly before releases.
